Let me start by saying that I abhor shopping for a car at any dealership. I am very skeptical that I’m truly getting the best price and a fair deal without hyped sales pitch. BUT…..We are very happy with our experience at Ziegler! From our first encounter with Jeff our salesman we felt very comfortable with none of the pressured sales talk. Just humble, accurate and truly interested in getting the right fit for us! We knew what we wanted when we went in and Jeff needed to find the vehicle from another location. He even brought a different color of the same model to the lot so we could look at all of the features to decide if we wanted to have him find the exact match that we wanted. That was a quick process and we did want a different color. Everything took just a couple days. All of the staff are very friendly. We really appreciated that they are super dog friendly and everyone loved on our two dogs while we were there. if there was anything negative it’s that the car buying process takes several hours just for paperwork and finalizing the purchase. But that is not on Ziegler….it just is what it is at any dealership. We are glad we went to Zeigler and would highly recommend them and especially Jeff and Lisa!

No issues with the transaction of purchasing the 92 GMC Typhoon from GR Auto Gallery. All went smoothly.... I did ask if could obtain maintenance records for the vehicle from previous owners. I was told an attempt was made to obtain maintenance records with no reply from the previous owner of the vehicle. I really needed the maintenance history to see what had been fixed / replaced / fluid changes, ect. I asked for a copy of all pictures of the vehicle that was posted on your website which showed all angles (top, bottom, sides)... none were provided for my own file, but none were provided.... SO, the sale of vehicle was no problem, but small requests were not followed up with.

If there is a more genuine car salesman out there, I have yet to encounter them! Yigit K. was incredibly knowledgeable on all the makes and models and so patient with my indecisiveness. He was thoughtful to my particular financial and trade-in situation and went above and beyond the call of duty to help me find the perfect car for me and my children. When we didn't find the exact one, he offered to search further and was not going to give up on me... He's the guy to see for a car, no doubt!

I My truck started making an awful engine noise; I called a dealership in Cadillac to schedule an appointment to have my truck inspected; only to be told Classic has a clause in their extended warranty that you can’t take your vehicle to another shop within x amount of miles of Classic. After being hosed by the service department before when they charged me $100 for a brake inspection and told me it was normal for new brakes to grind but after taking it to the Cadillac dealership found I had put on the incorrect rotors which Classic would have seen if they actually did the inspection I paid them to do. So I truly did not want to have to deal with their dishonesty again but was forced to. I dropped my truck off to the dealership on 10/30 because it sounded like a tractor, service dept confirmed it was the dreaded 5.3 lifter failure. The extended warrant paid $5,300 for the lifters to be replaced. I picked my truck up on 12/15 and it was making the same noise it was when I dropped it off. I called the following day and they told me to bring it in; I left work to take it to the dealership and as I pulled in the parking lot I turned the power off to the radio so the mechanic could hear what I was hearing. He took it for a test drive, came in and told me he didn’t hear anything. I said “well let’s go outside and I’ll make sure you hear it.” We go out, I start the truck and the radio is BLARING! So he drove it for 5 minutes to listen to it with the radio blaring?!? After I aggressively turned the radio back off all of a sudden he could hear the noise. They had me schedule an appointment to drop my truck off on 12/29, I asked if it was okay for me to continue driving my truck with the noise it was making as I was told before by them that it was a good thing I brought it in when I did because it could have destroyed the camshaft. They said it was fine. After I got to work I decided to text before and after videos to the service advisor and advise that I would be taking my truck for a second opinion; then all of a sudden they were able to get my truck in the next day. They replaced a belt and the high pressure fuel pump and said it wasn’t making the noise anymore and I could pick it up. STILL MAKING THE SAME NOISE, I took it to 2 other mechanics and they BOTH said the noise I was hearing was in fact the lifters! So it seems as though they charged the warranty company but didn’t actually do the repair. I sold them the truck so I never have to deal with these crooks again, took a hit and had to pay additional money to the bank that was owed on the loan. Not surprisingly, they already have it listed for sale, so they didn’t even fix the known issue before they sell it to someone else. BUYER BEWARE!

Blatant False Advertising – Worst Car Buying Experience in Decades We found a used Mazda CX-5 listed at this dealership, advertised clearly as being equipped with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto. We went for a test drive, liked the car, and trusted the listing. My daughter tried checking the feature on-site, but it didn’t work. We figured maybe we just didn’t know how to operate it and assumed it would work once we got familiar with it. BIG MISTAKE. Turns out, the car did NOT have Apple CarPlay at all. Zero. It was falsely advertised, plain and simple. My daughter had to move states within a week of purchase, so we had no time to bring it back. We went to the Mazda dealership to get it installed – $550 out of pocket. Add in the cost for replacing bad brake fluid and it totaled nearly $900 in expenses within 3 days of buying the car. I went back to the dealership, showed them the listing, and directly asked them why they listed a feature that the vehicle didn’t have. I asked, “Isn’t this false advertising?” The response? A very calm, unapologetic “Yes, it is.” No attempt to fix it. No compensation. No ownership of their lie. Just an admission of guilt – and then a shrug. This was intentional deception. They knew what they were doing: slap on a feature list to make the car more attractive and hope the buyer doesn’t catch it until it’s too late. And they have the audacity to hide behind “we’re not responsible after the sale.” And then there was the financing nightmare. The finance guy tried to push a warranty down our throats, using scare tactics and saying “anything can go wrong” – the usual fear-mongering nonsense. When we resisted, he casually mentioned they make more money from repairs and service than from car sales. Think about that. This is an Alfa Romeo dealership basically admitting their real profit is from vehicles breaking down, not selling them. I've been driving since 1997. This was hands-down the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. They lied outright, admitted it, and still did nothing. This was my daughter’s first car, and it was supposed to be a positive experience. Instead, it was a lesson in how shady and dishonest a dealership can be. I will NEVER return to this place, and I strongly advise anyone reading this to stay away. There are plenty of honest dealerships out there. This is not one of them.
