We had the absolute best experience dealing with Bowman Chevrolet of Clinton. Lacey and Meghan were amazing to work with and the made the whole process so easy and seamless. From the moment I connected with Lacey to inquire about a vehicle, all the way through driving off the lot less than 24 hours later, she was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with in a vehicle transaction. We drove from over an hour away to pick up our vehicle and it was worth the drive! Lacey took the time to show me all of the new features in my vehicle and was just such a wonderful person to deal with. I would highly recommend Lacey and the team at Bowman. Finding myself in need of an unexpected service call yesterday, I called Jermaine Toyota of Dundee and inquired about the availability of a same day emergency service call. The service department.representative was very pleasant, helpful, and was able to work me into a spot. Upon my arrival, she and the technician that completed my service were pleasant, asked questions, listened to my responses, and provided answers to my questions.. The service completed appears to have been done well, and was completed in a timely manner. The. employees that assisted me yesterday provided excellent service and were wonderful representatives of Jermaine Toyota of Dundee! Blatant False Advertising – Worst Car Buying Experience in Decades We found a used Mazda CX-5 listed at this dealership, advertised clearly as being equipped with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto. We went for a test drive, liked the car, and trusted the listing. My daughter tried checking the feature on-site, but it didn’t work. We figured maybe we just didn’t know how to operate it and assumed it would work once we got familiar with it. BIG MISTAKE. Turns out, the car did NOT have Apple CarPlay at all. Zero. It was falsely advertised, plain and simple. My daughter had to move states within a week of purchase, so we had no time to bring it back. We went to the Mazda dealership to get it installed – $550 out of pocket. Add in the cost for replacing bad brake fluid and it totaled nearly $900 in expenses within 3 days of buying the car. I went back to the dealership, showed them the listing, and directly asked them why they listed a feature that the vehicle didn’t have. I asked, “Isn’t this false advertising?” The response? A very calm, unapologetic “Yes, it is.” No attempt to fix it. No compensation. No ownership of their lie. Just an admission of guilt – and then a shrug. This was intentional deception. They knew what they were doing: slap on a feature list to make the car more attractive and hope the buyer doesn’t catch it until it’s too late. And they have the audacity to hide behind “we’re not responsible after the sale.” And then there was the financing nightmare. The finance guy tried to push a warranty down our throats, using scare tactics and saying “anything can go wrong” – the usual fear-mongering nonsense. When we resisted, he casually mentioned they make more money from repairs and service than from car sales. Think about that. This is an Alfa Romeo dealership basically admitting their real profit is from vehicles breaking down, not selling them. I've been driving since 1997. This was hands-down the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. They lied outright, admitted it, and still did nothing. This was my daughter’s first car, and it was supposed to be a positive experience. Instead, it was a lesson in how shady and dishonest a dealership can be. I will NEVER return to this place, and I strongly advise anyone reading this to stay away. There are plenty of honest dealerships out there. This is not one of them.

I had to be Ann Arbor hospital early afternoon Tuesday morning. I can't explain what I felt when my wife and I got in our car to start our trip down state, and the car would not start. I called the Dealership and asked if they could replace a battery. They said it could make an appointment for Saturday. I explain that I had to be in Ann Arbor this afternoon for surgery. I was told to get the car in the service ASAP. Got the started , made it to the Dealership, and 30 minutes later was on my way, with a new battery. Not only did I make it to U M hospital, I was 30 minutes early. Thank you for the kind reaction and the fast service.

I wouldn't trust this dealer to sell me a hot wheels toy let alone trust them with my hard earned money on a large purchase such as a vehicle. I've been saving up for years to purchase my dream car but made the huge mistake of trusting this organization for this purchase. Found a CPO Nissan Z at LaFontaine Nissan of Troy, MI but unfortunately they clearly misrepresented the condition of the vehicle in photos, written documentation mandated by Nissan corporation, and correspondence between the sales rep and finance manager regarding its condition. The actual condition of the vehicle when it arrived via an enclosed trailer (which I gladly paid double for knowing LaFontaine's supposedly flawless CPO Z would be protected from the elements) was completely different than the advertised photos and CPO documentation advertised, and has numerous defects greatly impairing its value. The vehicle they photographed and advertised and this one can't possibly be the same. It's also evident the inspection report and CPO checklist were filled out fraudulently (for example this gasoline only vehicles meets all CPO requirements that apply only to hybrid vehicles). The windshield is chipped, there are scratches on the paintwork, trim pieces are damaged, the engine air filters are dirty, there are swirls in the paint and trim, and I paid their dealer fee which includes preparing the vehicle for sale which was agreed upon in writing yet the vehicle was clearly never prepped, had trash inside, still has adhesive residue from the factory, and was also missing documents and items required to be included with the vehicle's sale according to the dealer and Nissan. Zero integrity and naturally the responsiveness and attentiveness of their pre-sale demeanor immediately disappeared the second the paperwork was signed. If you value your hard earned (and honestly earned) money, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere from this organization and probably Nissan themselves unfortunately.

I had my Honda in for repairs covered under warranty. The service manager set me up with a loaner car when a part had to be ordered so that the repairs could be completed after the part arrived. I was very grateful to have a car to use and to get the repair done in a timely manner. While my car was there, service also went ahead and did the oil change and tire rotation so I would not have to come back.

Setting at shop expected to take up to a month to fix it. xxx am I suppose to do. Was my only means of transportation.
