I was looking for a very specific color and trim level - EastCoastGuy

I was looking for a very specific color and trim level Ford F-150 Lightning. Worked with Haley who answered my specific questions about the vehicle on their lot and provided a walk-around video. The price is the price but given the low doc fee compared to my state it was still competitive. They also shipped it to me on the East Coast for a reasonable fee. Had to wait a week or so but the truck did arrive in my driveway and very happy with the purchase so far. It's always tricky buying a vehicle from a dealership over 1000 miles away as they know you aren't going to them for service and aren't going to recommend local folks but this experience was a thumbs up for me.

If we could give Luther Mazda in Lee's Summit a 10 star we would! Car dealerships are incredibly stressful for me, and I have been dreading looking for a new car. We were greeted by our salesman John, who offered to show us any car we wanted. John was not pushy with trying to sell us a car and genuinely seemed like he wanted to help us find what we were looking for. He was very kind and knew we really wanted a Mazda and worked alongside the sales manager, Shaun, to make it possible. John took the time showing us every feature of the car, walked us through downloading the Mazda app onto our phones, and just made the experience really great. The sales manager Shaun, also knew we really loved the car, and worked with us on a final price which we are thankful for, because we LOVE our new car! Mark, the sales consultant was also very helpful/thorough, providing us all our options for warranties and finally closing out the deal. All 3 of them, made the process easy, the customer service was amazing, and we left satisfied with our purchase. My experience at Bommarito Volkswagen was exceptional because of Luke. I had talked with Luke through email and text prior to coming into the dealership so he knew what I was looking for. When I went for my appointment the two vehicles that I was interested in had sold. Luke was great about explaining the differences in the Atlas models and found me my perfect Atlas. I never felt pressured, and he was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. Luke was very knowledgeable about he technology in vehicle as well and did a great job explaining all the features in the vehicle. This was my first experience purchasing a car on my own and he made this process stress free. I would definitely recommend working with Luke if your in the market to buy a Volkswagen.

I went in for. service as my car was making a grinding noise. Sherry Ruff was amazing to deal with from the time I called and when I brought my car in. She had my car diagnosed in very little time. As I was going to trade it in anyway very soon, I chose not to have it repaired. While at the dealership, I went to sales and spoke with Terrance Echols (and Mike Robinson by phone). These men have been nothing short of amazing with my husband & I each time we have purchased from them. I highly recommend this dealership! Mike Robinson and all of his employees are so kind and knowledgeable. They are a pleasure to deal with!

April 14, 2025 I brought my 2019 Honda Civic in to inquire about brake service (brake fluid replacement) and to replace engine oil and filter. Laine M. (Service Advisor) Informed me at that time they could perform the services requested the same day - today. So I agreed cause the fluids replacement was due. Pinegar Honda represented by Service Advisor Laine M. Asked if I would like to wait or if I needed a ride? I said I would wait. Services I requested were completed in about 90 minutes and Laine went over the service report with me then brought my car around. I brought my car home and lifted the hood to inspect fluid levels. All services confirmed to be completed as requested. Laine M. was most courteous and informed me that he was able to bring the final bill down by nearly $50 as I had presented Pinegar Honda service coupons at the time of requesting services. I thanked Laine M. for adjusting my final bill down which was under $300 down to $242. I prefer to bring my car in to dealership for services rather than taking to 3rd party for services and Laine did not disappoint rather was informative and genuinely concerned with my overall satisfaction for services performed. It is rare to get same hour service at Springfield’s premier Honda Dealership, so again I expressed my gratitude for services well performed. Laine M. absolutely deserves my praise for taking care of business and my service needs. Thanks Laine M. for coordinating a timely service! Greatly Appreciated. Wayne S. 2019 Civic EX

Kacinda Mitchell. - Kracinda is terrible

Kacinda Mitchell. Terrible person to work with. She knows nothing about the their own warranties they provide when you purchase a vehicle from them. She was snobby, rude, and unprofessional. If I did not have a warranty I would go somewhere else and never look back. She does not know how to do her job and doesn't know how to her job crappy and be polite. Can't be bad at both, have to choose one.
