Recently we had to purchase a pre-owned 2018 X3. We visited several dealerships, but finally the vehicle we wanted was available at BMW of Tenafly, which was a bit far from where we lived. We decided however to go the distance, and it was in fact the best decision we made. The sales person (Arletta Conabee) was so courteous, knowledgeable, and patient with us, she answered all our questions about the vehicle, and she was not rushed at all. The pricing of the vehicle was just right, and we felt this was a truly memorable experience, I would highly recommend this dealership in case you plan to purchase a BMW...you will not be disappointed>

This was not my first experience with BMW dealership - pretty much I've been to several in the area (leased 2 cars in the past, was in for regular maintenance when it was offered :-) and went for a couple of repairs). My intention was to test Audi and BMW to compare and make a decision some time later. When I came to Bridgewater , I was expecting the usual: not much interest in my persona (was not buying top of the line), dry responses with pricing, and pretty confident attitude like "people do not come to negotiate here, they just come to buy" (actual quotation of one of the BMW salesman from the past). The experience I received totally exceeded my expectations: Manjula was the second person in the dealership I saw (first did not even look at me when I walked in) - she approached me and asked if I needed help. I did not plan to buy anything on that day - actually I did not even need a car for another month, just started to shop around. But! I walked out very happy and I did buy a car right there and then, Why? Because just from several questions Manjula knew exactly what I needed, she ran numbers, offered me several options and treated me with a full attention not to just my signature on the contract but to my needs. What I received on that day, was what every customer needs: undivided attention and care about every single concern that I had. I thought I did not care about those things - after all, we are all busy and tired. Turns out, great customer service made a difference even for me - All I needed on that day was to check cars, have a test drive, and make a decision later. What I received, was the best customer service experience ever with care, knowledge, attention, efficiency, great attitude. I never went back to the dealerships I attended on that day while shopping around and I bought the car on the same day. I am driving my car, very happy, and feel like one in a lifetime i'm going to become a return customer, not even mentioning the fact that I now recommend the dealership to other people because I had a great experience, a unique experience. I leased my X5 from Paul Miller in 2015 and was happy with the experience. I am at the end of my lease and have contacted them multiple times to provide me with a copy of a wear and damage warranty I purchased and they refuse to provide me with the document. I am nevertheless inundated with emails, phone calls and mailers from them soliciting me to lease another vehicle despite unsubscribing from their notifications and advising Marcelo in finance (who promised to mail me the document I requested last month...still waiting) that I will be purchasing my next vehicle out of state. Robert Mann in sales has proven to be the typical car salesman who doesn't care what the customer is entitled to unless they are making their money. My ownership experience was wonderful as was my initial sales experience but I would rather Uber than deal with the current sales team at Paul Miller BMW and their mercenary approach to customer service.

Went to roxbury BMW to lease a vehicle for my family. Was met by the most rude salesman we have ever met. His name is Greg isola. After refusing to test drive us in the car we came to look at Greg brought us to his desk where he began to throw his insults our way. My daughter mentioned there was an ad online for a specific lease price. Greg began basically harassing us saying we will never get that price and we are going to need a lot of money down. My daughter said Ok, how much would we need to give you?. Greg did not know and had to go to someone else to ask which made him very angry and he said and i quote "When are indians going to learn how to negotiate correctly"? Well Greg I apologize but we are from Pakistan, get it right next time you racist. Was able to go to Park ave BMW and get our car the same day. My advice to the owner of Roxbury BMW is to throw Greg out in the street with the other angry old racists.

I will admit- this may be first time salesman found the car I wanted, not want they wanted to sell me. They had to go Connecticut to find X3 with Premium Audio.
Problem was when I asked for Out the Door Price including possession of my 428xi coming off lease, they did not pay BMW finance for minor scratches. Months later, I got bill for $400+ which manager Jim? says "he is waiting to hear back from management!"
I guess "Out the Door" means price to walk out the door now, and more bills to follow!!!

After taking my bmw for service and getting horrible service, i checked the reviews. Well they were correct in the unethical practice. I had an appointment in the morning and then they called me at 4:05 pm and didn't do anything i asked and told me i needed $3500 worth of repairs. I was told both my oil filter housing gasket is leaking and the oil pan gasket is leaking. I asked how is this possible since i'm not loosing oil and i park in my home garage that has a white concrete floor. No oil spots. There are other items, but you get the gist.

I bought my car there, but would not buy another one. The service department has, shall we say, a credibility problem. On 3 different occasions I called to obtain quotes for service work and parts. Each time they quoted me one price, but then tried to charge me a higher price once the work was completed -- even when I had the original quotation from them in writing. Then, they gave me attitude when I actually expected them to honor the prices that they had quoted to me in the first place. BMWs are great cars, but I would never again buy one that was not within BMW's full-maintenance included, bumper-to-bumper warranty period unless I knew a very good non-BMW german car mechanic.
