Every interaction I’ve had at Circle BMW was phenomenal. My first interaction was with Phu as there were no sales reps available when I walked in and he was incredibly helpful and personable and listened to everything I was looking for before Robert was available to help me. Robert and I test drove a car on my first visit that I decided wasn’t for me, but their personability and customer service is the reason I returned when I was ready to purchase. Robert helped me select the best car for my needs and I couldn’t love it more! He stayed with me through every step of the financing, even though it was an hour+ after they closed by the time we were all done. We worked out the numbers to where I was comfortable and both Robert and Phu were incredibly accommodating, nothing like the typical “used car deal”. While I was waiting for the paperwork to be completed, Phu came up to speak to me (after hours, mind you) And thanked me for my business and for coming back. Found the Certified Vehicle on a BMW search. Came up the vehicle we wanted was at BMW of Bridgewater. Wife had called on the 28th and we made an appointment to visit and Paul Solomine was our sales person she had contacted. We arrived at about 1:00 PM. Test drove the vehicle, went over our trade and we closed the deal. Paul was helpful in getting the deal completed and done. We drove home that evening after Danielle went over the vehicle details with us. David Wagner was also helpful in getting the paper work completed. I have to say it was a pleasant experience.

I had been looking for an SUV for a very long time. I checked for hours online and local dealerships. I wanted a safe and reliable SUV with a driver assist package as I am elderly; and unlike many, do the speed limit thus having drivers passing me on the right and left and high speeds which is kind of scary.
My son and I decided to go to the BMW dealership in Morristown, NJ. Immediately we were greeted by Mr. Andrew Beifus. From the start, he was a gentleman, heard all the requests I had in a vehicle; and began to do his intense research.
Within days, he had a few used vehicles to show me. I was tentative because those vehicles are expensive, but he did find a 2015 Certified SUV for me; and in the color I wanted, silver.
It was around the holiday time and I was very busy and had a bout of the flu; and could not go back to test drive the car for a few days. When I returned to health, 2 days later. The internet gal called me and I said I would be there in 20 minutes. We were getting ready to leave the house and 5 minutes later, she called back and said the car had sold that morning. I was really disappointed to say the least.
My quest began to visit other dealerships that day. That evening I received an email from the gal; saying the sale of that vehicle fell through and the car was available again. We went there the next morning, test drove the car; and put a deposit on it. Not only that, Mr. Beifus gave us a great deal.
Mr. Beifus is not only a true gentleman, but made sure from start to finish that we were happy with the purchase.
I would caution however, that if you buy a car from any dealership to go over and understand the add on packages, such as: GAP insurance; Maintenance Upgrades, etc. It can be a little tricky to understand. Make sure you need extra packages; and understand them thoroughly. I got confused because there were so many extra packages to purchase; and did not understand them fully. I purchased the GAP insurance because my insurance company does not provide it for a used car. I also signed up for the Maintenance Upgrade, which I found would not be beneficial to me as I do not drive that many miles per year.
Andrew Beifus knew I made a mistake in purchasing this upgrade and assisted me throughout the process of taking it off my purchase price.
My conclusion: I wanted a safe and reliable Certified car; and could not afford a brand new car. Mr. Andrew Beifus is top knotch in the field of automobile sales. He is patient; does so much research; and it is obvious that his customers are very important to him.
I have been to many dealerships and spoke to many salesman. I did not come across such professionalism in any other dealership. I would send all of my friends and family members to Mr. Beifus at Morristown BMW; and will spread the word.
He was also extremely kind to my son who assisted me in finding the "right" car for me; and we did!
Beware of "Bait and Switch" or The Wolf in Salesmen Clothing - Tonygx5
I visited this dealership last week, looking for a lease on BMW X5. Jason Milligan was my sales associate at first I thought he was the kind of guy you would want your daughter to bring home, but later I learned he was nothing more than "Wolf in Salesman Clothing". He could actually give car salesmen a bad name! After three days of test drives and haggling we agreed on a price for the options I wanted. When I went back to sign all the paper work ,Jason told me there was a problem, that the car had been sold.(but he never gave me this information when I spoke to him on phone, an hour earlier, to set up the appointment to finalize the deal)He told me not to worry and offered me a better deal(for more money of course)this time when I agreed he came back from his manager and told me he couldn't this deal,but he found a car that matched our original deal ...not the original price. He asked for $1000 more upfront and $30/mo for the same car he told me was sold in our original agreement. I left that dealership feeling like I needed a shower. I was extremely angry and upset over the way I was treated but I wanted to let Jason know how I felt and give him a chance to make things better so I called his cell phone a couple of times, suddenly he was not answering so I left him a message. It's been five days an he has not called me back. I guess I should have expected nothing less. I just want other buyers to beware of this dealerships unscrupulous practices.
Lied numerous times during online purchase - blake
Unfortunately I was blatantly lied to numerous times during my transaction. After filing a formal complaint with the company, I was promptly dismissed without any repercussions to the salesman (Amit), nor any compensation for over-paying.
For context, I purchased a vehicle from them online. We spoke over the phone numerous times and I received dozens of pictures. I was open and pried more than once for any defects with the vehicle. Upon receiving the vehicle, I found issues with the following:
* half the speakers blown (listed with functioning stereo system)
* temperamental 4WD (listed with fully functioning 4WD)
* detached sun visor (was cropped out from photos, plus salesman failed to notify me).
* Poor wiring for hands-free system (ditto above)
* dead battery and low pressure tires (both should be a courtasie)

Awesome buying experience from Mt Laurel BMW. I called few other dealers but the price was not competitive and the value my old trade was low. As i was shopping around, I came across Mt Laurel BMW. I entered the trade in information and described my car, within few minutes Sam called and we negotiated the price over phone. The price was too good to be true and we went more than 50 miles to get our car. The car was ready and delivery was quick. Sam also sent a nice car mats. The X3 is awesome and I will always recommend Mt Laurel BMW to our friends and families.

I bought my car there, but would not buy another one. The service department has, shall we say, a credibility problem. On 3 different occasions I called to obtain quotes for service work and parts. Each time they quoted me one price, but then tried to charge me a higher price once the work was completed -- even when I had the original quotation from them in writing. Then, they gave me attitude when I actually expected them to honor the prices that they had quoted to me in the first place. BMWs are great cars, but I would never again buy one that was not within BMW's full-maintenance included, bumper-to-bumper warranty period unless I knew a very good non-BMW german car mechanic.
