I had an issue with my whee and tire insurance whom refused to pay more then $150 for rims that had scratches and missing alloy from a massive pot hole, during the winter. I waited till my first service to have them replaced. Under the circumstances, and with incredible help from my service rep, they were able to get the insurance company to pay for the repair of all the wheels. Which is what they should have done for the start.

From my many worrisome texts regarding price and the deal we had in place he answered and explained every question to me before I arrived at the dealership. This was last winter, and the car has been perfect since! They were also happy to provide me with a wonderful loaner car. Great marketing! I'll recommend the i3 to anyone. It's solid! I bought my car there, but would not buy another one. The service department has, shall we say, a credibility problem. On 3 different occasions I called to obtain quotes for service work and parts. Each time they quoted me one price, but then tried to charge me a higher price once the work was completed -- even when I had the original quotation from them in writing. Then, they gave me attitude when I actually expected them to honor the prices that they had quoted to me in the first place. BMWs are great cars, but I would never again buy one that was not within BMW's full-maintenance included, bumper-to-bumper warranty period unless I knew a very good non-BMW german car mechanic.
