For freehold, it now have a special place in my heart, the reason i am saying is I went to other dealership (Flemington (Costco Dealer) and Princeton) but the attitude was really different and they said i will never get a car for this price. They didn't even bother to call back.
Freehold on the other hand especially Monica, she got me the exact deal I wanted on the exact bmw. She is efficient in her comminication and commitments. I would definitely recommend people to atleast try this dealership and they will be amazed.

The worst customer service I've experienced at any car... - Adam_NJ
The worst customer service I've experienced at any car dealership. No value of time, zero professionalism, horrible customer service. I was in the market to replace one of my vehicles with a new BMW X5. Went online and sent an inquiry for one of the vehicles listed on their website. The very next day i received an email from Rudolph W asking if I have any questions. I responded back within minutes since I wanted to finalize the transaction the same day but he never replied to any of my emails. Finally, I called and spoke with another sales advisor Jorge who took my information and promised to call back after checking with his sales manager for possible trade-in for my old 2014 BMW X5, but as expected I never heard back from him. Not sure how they run this dealership because here you have a potential buyer who is ready to purchase the vehicle the same day but they totally ignored the emails and phone inquiry. I strongly advise you against supporting, dealing or purchasing from this dealership especially if you are a busy professional. They don't respect your time.

I had a great experience yesterday purchasing my 2013 BMW X5 from Nick. He made the buying experience very easy & he was very professional & he made sure that we were always comfortable during the process. I’ve always been a huge BMW fan & I’m glad that he made my first BMW purchase a great one. It was worth the 1 & 1/2 hour drive from the Bronx, NY to Kenvil (Roxbury) NJ. Thanks to Mack also for helping us along the way. You guys were great.

My wife and I recently purchased a BMW at the Princeton dealership and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. Our client advisor, Richard Robinson, was truly dedicated in ensuring that our experience was as positive as possible. We are thrilled with our new car, and are incredibly appreciative to Richard for his assistance, commitment and kind attitude.

Usually, I buy my vehicle locally, but when it came to buying a new car in 2020, inventory at my local dealers was limited. This took me over 100 miles from home to BMW of Newton, who had a 5 Series that checked off all my boxes. Gail got the ball rolling for me and turned me over to Amit, who was able to get 100% of the transaction done remotely and made the whole buying process very easy. He was easy to connect with via Phone, Email, or Text, so I all needed to make the 3-hour drive up to the dealership and collect the new vehicle. In a rush to get back home once I picked up the new car, I came home to find the EV Power Charger, and Toolkit was missing from the trunk, which was disappointing as I was not able to charge the car once I got home. Still, Amit was incredibly responsive and was able to get everything mailed out to me ASAP. Even though it can be frustrating when things don't go perfectly, it's always a good test to see a dealer will come through and make things right. This is why I would highly recommend working with Amit Milan and the BMW of Newton team to anyone in their local market, or even for those further afield. Not only will you get a good deal, but you will be treated right.
Shocking response from sales rep - very asymmetric - Dave
I sent a request to the dealer looking for a 2019 330i xdrive. Julia replied that they only had 2020, 2017 and 2013 and did I like the 2020s. I went online and looked at the 2020 330's and prices, entered the mileage and features in KBB and received a price range that was $8 to $10k less than their list price. I replied asking why their prices were so high and they were asking for M-package prices and I copied a nearby BMW Mpkg with similar miles that was the same price. I then made a remark that we all have access to the internet so it is not hard to look up prices.
She replied with a nasty "SIR, I don't set prices and of course I know what the internet is" and that was it.
Julia, just so you know, the proper answer is something like "Mr. A. I understand. Perhaps you did not catch all of the options this vehicle has, here is the correct KBB value. Please let me know if you want to test drive the vehicle"
I feel cheated - Karn108
My car was fixed by them as the warning was coming up "Engine Hot, Drive Moderately". However I think it was just a sensor problem as this was up even if you start the car after a week in freezing cold. They diagnosed that the expansion tank had a crack so I was charged around 1500$ for the replacement. 6 months forward, the warning came up again. I brought the car back with the impression that it must be sensor and no I am suspecting whether they really replaced that expansion tank? To my dismay, without even looking at it the agent told me it could be something else related. And now they sent me a report :
Perform brake system fluid exchange (Found brake fluid excessively dirty/contaminated) x Fail $250.00 Diagnose oil leak (Found engine oil leak) x Fail $179.00 FAULTS STORED FOR TURBOCHARGER COOLANT PUMP CONTROL. REC REPLACING TURBOCHARGER
COOLANT PUMP (C/S VEHICLE OVERHEATING) Fail $798.65
REC REPLACING TURBOCHARGER COOLANT RESERVOIR (ON INSPECTION FOUND COOLANT SCREEN CLOGGED)
All this totaling over 3000$
My simple question to them is, lets assume what they diagnosed is correct, why does the warning come up even when the car is cold. They had no answer to that. So I think its just a sensor gone bad. Its very easy for them to name so many technical terms to unsuspecting people but I think the report is made up. So be aware if you go to them I am not going back.
Another point: To re-diagnose something they fixed they are charging $180. Is it really fair? I wish there are some serious laws around these type of mechanics

I was hesitant after the negative reviews on here. They don't seem to align with other review sites?? I had a really good experience at BMW of Springfield.
I'll start with the opportunities. The dealership could be a little nicer, I've been in nicer Acura dealerships. You don't get a very luxury feeling there and aren't treated as such - not that I was treated poorly, I guess I just had higher expectations given the price point.
They make you wait around a lot. Wait for a test drive, wait to talk to someone, wait for finance, wait for Genius. They weren't very busy so I wasn't sure what all the waiting was for.
Where I felt they excelled was on everything else. The salesman I worked with, Ray, was very easy to work with. I know better than to think the process is transparent but as best he could he was open. We landed on a fair price quickly and I never felt haggled or pressured. Ray made it feel like I was working with a colleague versus an adversary. Everything he said he would do, he did, and everything we agreed on was honored. I would recommend BMW of Springfield and am happy with my new car.

The service department at this dealership is poor. On our visit, we were told the car would be ready in a couple of days. It took 10 days. They told us we had to approve replacement of the windshield if they broke it while replacing the rubber seal around it which had decayed. They broke it, wanted almost $2000 to replace it. We said, we'll take it without the windshield and get it done aftermarket....then they back tracked and suddenly had some 3rd party doing it onsite for 1/2 the price. They we paid another almost $2000 for convertible roof seal replacement....which wasn't done when we got home....after we went back because the engine had loose parts and was rattling (not sure if it was tools or failure to reassemble...all vague. I would not go there. I've had similar bad experiences at Holman Toyota service. This is not a well managed service organization.
I bought my car there, but would not buy another one. ... - InstantCarma
I bought my car there, but would not buy another one. The service department has, shall we say, a credibility problem. On 3 different occasions I called to obtain quotes for service work and parts. Each time they quoted me one price, but then tried to charge me a higher price once the work was completed -- even when I had the original quotation from them in writing. Then, they gave me attitude when I actually expected them to honor the prices that they had quoted to me in the first place. BMWs are great cars, but I would never again buy one that was not within BMW's full-maintenance included, bumper-to-bumper warranty period unless I knew a very good non-BMW german car mechanic.
