I have leased and purchased several cars from Circle BMW over the last 15 years. The Sales and Service Departments provide excellent service and work very well together. Very knowledgeable professionals, all your questions are answered in more detail than you'd expect. I could lease, buy and drive virtually any car I want in these my "Golden years". However, I have two BMWs (750i X-drive) in my garage, a 2017 and the 2022 which I just picked up 2 days ago when I returned my 2019 lease. They 'bend over backwards' to work with you. This has been my personal experience. Dealing with Circle BMW remains the best Auto-buying or Leasing experience I've ever had to date...

Ted was extremely helpful in identifying the work that needed to be done to get my vehicle running properly again. Ted saved me some money on the job and was able to provide me with a loaner vehicle while the work was completed. Great customer service and great job overall!

We just leased a car from Open Road BMW. The experience was very pleasant and painless and the car is great. We got great support from our Client Advisor Cameron Hughes who was very responsive, polite, explained every step of the process and helped us save time by preparing the paperwork in advance. Joanne also helped us identify the right car and was always available to answer questions. Very good experience!

We came in on Thursday 10 minutes before close to look at a car we found online. The staff was super friendly and still assisted us. Special shout out to Matt - with his help and knowledge, we were able to close the deal in <30 minutes and picked up the car 2 days later.

Gina was exceptional. She researched every bit of minutiae that I wanted to learn about, made my purchase of my first BMW a wonderful experience, expedited my registration to help me with a move to Oregon, and checked in with my local BMW dealership in Pennsylvania to ensure that my transition to the my local service center was seamless.
Shout out to the Tag and Title Clerk for her work to get me the updated registration ASAP.

BUYERS BEWARE! DISHONEST, MONEY HUNGRY, CUSTOMER... - AceF
BUYERS BEWARE! DISHONEST, MONEY HUNGRY, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS NOT PRIORITY! Yes, this review is the same across multiple social media platforms, because this needs to be shown how they really operate. I had worked through an auto broker who worked with BMW Princeton to secure an allocation for custom BMW build. These builds take about 6-8 weeks. Negotiations were done April 29, 2021 with an intent to lease on agreed terms with Salesman Chris Miranda.
My car had been built and is ready to be transported from the factory in Mexico to eventually BMW Princeton perhaps on the next 3-4 weeks according to BMW's online vehicle tracker. I received a call from General Manager Jim Polito letting me know that due to "market conditions" they cannot sell me the vehicle that I built to my specifications because they don't work with third party brokers anymore (even though my order was done back in April). The best they can do is sell me my custom order vehicle for more money than agreed upon, otherwise they will keep it as their own inventory to try and sell for more. Very dishonest, and manipulative. Jim's reasons for pretty much "shaking me down for more money" was due to "market conditions" and this is direct from Holman. This shady tactic, not only leaves me now without a car that was agreed upon months ago, but took a hit with my credit application and it took me out of the market from pursing other vehicles that were available at the time.
I would highly recommend you stay away from BMW Princeton as they do not promote the values instilled by Holman Auto Group. Let me quote their values from their own website, "The Holman name stands for honesty, respect, and integrity in servicing our customers, driven in part by our leaders who reinforce the core values of our family-owned business". Where is this because I didn't experience this. If you're looking for a BMW I would strongly look elsewhere. Look at BBB, there's a reason they are not accredited there.

Went to look at a certified vehicle. Walked into the new vehicle building and asked for my salesperson. I was sent across the street to the shanty of a used car building. All the cars were filthy and covered in dirt. The salesman and manager weren’t very helpful. Along with the car showing signs of panel misalignment, dings, scratches and vibration while driving. I would not recommend this dealership

The last day of April, I purchased a BWM out of state... - docang
The last day of April, I purchased a BWM out of state with CASH. It is now June and I have not received any documentation of proof of purchase nor the title. I have experience buying cars out of state without problems. Not so with this dealership. I have had to follow up multiple times to get responses and all I get are excuses. This was a simple transaction that turned out to be a horrible experience. I scheduled my own freight through my own local dealership, with no help from this dealership. And although funds were wired weeks ago, I do not have any proper documentation. So I cannot even get a license for my car or pay taxes at the DMW. Soon I will be fined for not paying. Run away from this dealership as no one seems to know what is going on, nor do they care. I hope I do not need to take legal action against them for something that should have been a simple procedure.
Buyer beware — as of early May, BMW of Newton is... - cjgiovanni1929
Buyer beware — as of early May, BMW of Newton is unilaterally reneging on dozens of previously negotiated customer orders unless the customers agree to pay $1500 above invoice. The general manager and sales manager of BMW Newton have washed their hands of the situation and pointed the finger at the president of Open Road as he personally directed this new short-sighted policy, purportedly in response to BMW’s supply issues. What a poor representative of the BMW brand. Avoid Open Road dealerships at all costs and instead patronize dealers who operate ethically and keep their word. Don’t feed corporate greed!
I bought my car there, but would not buy another one. ... - InstantCarma
I bought my car there, but would not buy another one. The service department has, shall we say, a credibility problem. On 3 different occasions I called to obtain quotes for service work and parts. Each time they quoted me one price, but then tried to charge me a higher price once the work was completed -- even when I had the original quotation from them in writing. Then, they gave me attitude when I actually expected them to honor the prices that they had quoted to me in the first place. BMWs are great cars, but I would never again buy one that was not within BMW's full-maintenance included, bumper-to-bumper warranty period unless I knew a very good non-BMW german car mechanic.
