My service advisor JAIME is by far the best I have ever worked with!! Besides being a total gentleman and always makes me feel special , he is soo knowledgeable is all aspects of Mercedes service! I was there last week and the computer system had a bad glitch . Jaime not only fixed the problem for me but for other customers with the same issue. He really saved the day calmly and with expertise!! Because of him and Patty I would never go anywhere else for Mercedes service! The level of customer care is totally in another league!

I live closer to another Benz dealer, but after some googling, I decided to give Paramus a try at their service. I am patting myself on the back now for making such a good decision. David L Ingersoll came out to greet me and introduced himself as my advisor. He took note of the car problem; gave me a clear plan, albeit one with some moving parts (pun unintended); and delivered the final result 2 days later (as they happen to have in stock the key part (<- singular)). On my drop-off day, Mr. Gonzalez the GM of the dealership happened to walk by, and greeted me personally with such full attention and professionalism that only later did I realize that he was the top guy of the house. I met the service manager Ben when I picked up the car, equally helpful, professional and courteous. They listen to their customer and focus on solving the problem before anything else. I don't think one could ask anything more from a dealer. Ten stars if I could. Would recommend? absolutely yes -Henry Mi.......g

Shopped with car gurus the car I was looking for was at flemington Mercedes and a couple other places towards Bergen county. After a lot of back and forth we decided on a price and I was told I needed 3000 down for the purchase. I asked how much for my trade in and it was a low 2000 but I still went with the deal. When I got the car everything was as quoted but a few weeks later they call me saying I needed another 2000 to get the deal I signed papers for. I was already driving the car a few weeks. I was like we agreed 3000 down the manager said 3000 cash and no one believes that a trade in goes towards the cash deposit. I was like I had a better deal elsewhere so you can have the car back. He said he can’t take the car back and he was going to lower the down payment and raise my payment. What a scam. So I ended up putting 5000 down for a car I had elsewhere for 3000 down. Buyers beware of this place. They don’t stand by the words or signed contracts either apparently. I will never buy there again and the wife is due to upgrade her Mercedes and this place is not even a thought. I don’t care how good they try to make it sound. It won’t stay what they quoted to get you in the door. I wish I could take back my original rating which was done before they changed my deal.
