AutoStar has always been great from Kayleigh at check in to Courtney at checkout. Never a problem in between. I just show up and tell usually Kayleigh to perform any service that is due on my Jeep and the work gets done. Nice waiting room. Had a recall done on this last visit. I really didn’t get to know the service people that worked on the Jeep but everything was done perfectly. I get all my service done there so when I do come in to trade it for a new car, you know who took care of the car for years: AutoStar.

End of June 2025, we are driving home and passing through Sanford NC. The "Check Engine Oil" indicator comes ON. Very fortunately, a GOOGLE search on my phone finds Hiester CJDR only 6 miiles from my location. Got to the dealership OK, went to Service Office, and met Bill Perry. I explained our emergency, he was able to immediately get the JEEP into a repair slot. The Technician Mr. Garcia-Alcantar found the oil pressure sensor had split and was leaking oil..... So, new part installed, an oil change and a new filter, and a complete complimentary Factory Multi-Point inspection, and we were on our way. 6 hours later we arrived home, the JEEP ran flawlessly. I highly recommend this dealership and its attention to customer service. Also, it is a great location near my kids, should I ever need any maintenace done on my JEEP. Thank you to all the crew at Hiester CJDR, this was a superior and worry-free experience. - Mark S.

After looking for several weeks to find the right truck (very strict criteria) they came up with the perfect truck and were above fair on my trade. Professional experience from salesman Cameron Weeks (very genuine guy) all the way to the general manager Terry Groff, who went above and beyond for the sell. Dusty Wilson finance manager, didn't try to oversell but did advise and inform of various options/products, made it quick and painless.

Absolutely best place I have ever walked into for service and purchases! Everyone is so friendly and caring! Always makes me feel so welcomed, like home. Service team is so understanding getting your vehicle can be so stressful and costly. They always keep your pocket in mind. Quick, dependable, reliable service every time. I will never go else where. One quick phone call and they get you in immediately, you pull up and they take you right away! Both service and sales put you first always and immediately. I was not in proper care and now now have internal issues with my vehicle but luckily I found a dealership that took care of me all my needs and treating me with respect and actually worked on my vehicle, And fix the problems that they have caused. The good dealership that I went to was in SC dodge ram of Spartanburg. You will be in good care from them.

The issue I had with my 2022 Dodge Ram 1500 with Etorque engine was not directly related to Boone Dodge but rather Dodge Ram itself, Dennis Hartley was great in keeping me upated on the warranty/part order for an over 5000 part backorder on Ram's part. I was originally told it would be 3-5 months but was actually 2 months without my truck. Dennis kept me informed during the whole process of trying secure the part needed for the engine. Yesterday we worked with Brian and let me tell you it was the most seamless amazing experience! We went in looking for a used, reliable, suv but to be honest with our credit history, several rejections, pushy salesmen, and less than desirable vehicles offered to us at other places, I was nearly ready to give up on the hunt and look into buying online. We had found a vehicle online yesterday that seemed to fit our needs but we went in thinking it would unfortunately be another no go. However, Brian worked so hard to make sure we drove off the lot in something we loved! He was able to get us approved and not only did he get us approved he got us a payment that was less than we were expecting with a couple perks! We did not have our own insurance and had no idea where to even start, once again he went the extra mile and hooked us up with someone who got us affordable great coverage as well yesterday! He literally done all the leg work while we set back and was able to relax. I was so nervous going in but he continued to be reassuring, never made any fake promises, he was transparent, and explained everything in detail. I'm so grateful for him and honestly after having not the best experiences over the years of buying used and new cars, Brian has definitely changed my opinion on in person buying! He's amazing and I highly suggest him and this establishment!!! Everyone we encountered yesterday was kind and supportive. Thank you for working with us and getting us in a SUV we absolutely adore!!
