Had my wife’s car (she’s owned for many years) serviced at Honda since it got purchased. liked the service so good then we actually bought my pickup from Honda.
However, over the last experience I won’t be dealing with Honda anymore. We took her car in for oil change and tire rotation it was missing a lug nut on the passenger rear tire after the service not before. The lock key and lock lug on the front driver side is warped strictly says on the lock key no torque wrench. I called spoke with someone in service told me bring it back they would get me squared away talk to Brian Wilson or Ashley Andrews they are the service managers. I took it up there talked to Mr. Andrews explained it to him he told me that Honda doesn’t use the customers lock keys and he would get me a lug nut, but nothing he could do about the lock key situation. He went in the shop area waited about 5 mins came back said he would have to order me one. He told me it would be in the next day (reminder this is twice now due to their errors). I checked the lugs all the way around on her car they were lose I put the lug nut wrench on the lug nuts on each tire I could turn it with my foot (thinking how did it make it home). I waited several days to make sure it was in came back asked about the lug he gave it to me me and I told him about the lose lug nuts he told me that they tighten the lugs with 80 foot lbs of pressure. I said well how’s that when this is the second time this has happened here he told me that he didn’t know. I told him I had a few more oil changes left on my f-150 I bought from Honda (it was a package I bought into when I purchased the truck) and after that I was done with Honda. He said “well why don’t you go ahead and cancel it and we will part ways now.” I looked at him and said “how can I do that”? He told me to call the maintenance plan on the truck I said okay not a problem.
So I hope buying a vehicle is worth you’re attitude, service, and quality, of how we were treated. I have to buy a vehicle just like they have to make sales. But, I don’t and won’t Buy one from Honda of Greenville or use their service anymore.
I emailed the head man at Honda, Scott. He wanted me to call him directly about this matter which I did. He told me that Mr. Brian “fumbled” and made a mountain out of a mole hill. I explained to Mr. Scott that I use to love Honda buying and service but I had lost faith in their business. I appreciate Scott trying to make it it right by offering to give us a lock key set for the lug nuts and new locking lugs. But, this is a huge safety concern number 1
, and number 2 if Mr. Brian can’t handle lug nut issue properly with a customer it only makes me wonder how he talks to his subordinates as well as other customers with issues. Like I said I hope a lug nut issue and Mr. Brian’s words to me was worth future vehicles as well as future service. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else but it won’t happen to us again I can promise that..

This is perhaps the first truly negative review I’ve written on Google, and Flow Honda Peters Creek has earned it. (They’d get 0 stars if it were an actual option.)
My mother of 76 years - a mere shadow of the light she once was - went into Flow Honda Peters Creek for an oil-change in November 2020. Meanwhile, she was approached by two associates and they talked her into leasing a new car. First of all, there was absolutely nothing wrong with her vehicle to begin with. In fact...
A key to the story is she had driven onto the lot with her shiny blue 2015 Honda CR-V with low miles. They offered her a poor trade-in exchange (thousands less than Kelly Blue Book) for a new car that she’d lease for 36 months, with an option to own by dropping a mere $19K+ payout at that time (thousands of payment dollars later and thousands lost as a trade-in). My mother expressed how confusing the whole process was, and how she "felt pressured.” When I ask details about the lease, she still expresses clear confusion, which Flow Honda would have clearly been able to observe.
After spending a few hours there, and having sat with several different departments (thereby laying smokescreen that makes it difficult to implicate responsibility on any one person), my mother left the parking lot leasing a car. Instead of owning the car, as my family has always done, she was cajoled into a less savory option. AND they got her 2015 CR-V in exchange, which they then sold a few weeks later at a wonderful mark-up. I sure hope no one has bragged on Flow Honda's lot about this “customer steal”.
Many conversations with management and “apologies” later, there’s still no satisfactory option for my mother.
My advice: keep your wits about you and, please, don’t go to Flow Honda if you’re not in the best mental state. Shame on them!

Crown is fine for your standard oil change, fluid exchange, or Maintenance Minder pop-up. Anything beyond that has been nothing but an inconvenience and headache. In June, they screwed up my tire order and installation, car sat there the whole day with no communication and had to reschedule. Tried rescheduling in July, and couldn't get the tires. Had a small oil leak and an intermittent starting issue on my 2017 Civic Touring and had two appointments with horrible communication and no apparent desire to help me fix the problems with my vehicle. Both times car sat there the entire day with no communication despite asking for improved communication. Gavin could have cared less about trying to solve the problem and I'm not convinced the mechanics were that interested in fixing them either. I don't care about car issues - they happen. I don't really even care about money, car repairs and diagnosis is expensive. But what I do care about is my time and working to solve the problem because I need this car to be reliable and it's mine. Simply care to help me solve the problem. Seems simple to me....I'll be taking it somewhere else from now on.

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought my car from here had issues day one. The sales rep was awesome, Service department TERRIBLE. They didn't want to fix the issue then finally after doing my OWN research to show them it was a known issue they got it fixed. The service advisor Sean, doesn't care, he is extremely rude every time I've been there and worse last week. Dropped my vehicle off for service at 8 a.m he was so bland, didn't care I was having vehicle issues. I sent a text at 12:30 asking where it was in service, it hadn't been seen yet. I text and called saying I needed it done by 4 pm which would seem to be adequate time to service a vehicle. It wasn't the case I called 3 times, multiple text still not ready by 4. It was only a bluetooth issue i needed fixed, then he was rude when the vehicle was picked up. Honestly I'll drive anywhere else to service my vehicle from now on and never purchase here again because clearly customer service isn't a thing there.

Our Honda CRV tire pressure light went on while on the expressway and we pulled off the next exit. Surprised to see Apple Tree Honda Dealership off the exit. The service writer James King was super helpful and knowledgeable to make our delay and concern a pleasant experience. We pulled in with no appointment at 1:30pm and left at 3pm on a Friday afternoon.
It appeared that the oil and tire service at the local Honda dealership in Florida put the tire pressure at 51 psi and not 32 as recommended.

I made an appointment to have my oil changed and some weather stripping looked at that was coming off but still under warranty. I arrived on time for my appointment. I was told that it would be 1.5-2 hours even though I had an appointment. I thought this was a little ridiculous but chose to wait. After 3 hours, I asked about the status of my vehicle. I was told that it would be done in 20 to 25 minutes. At 3.5 hours I asked about my vehicle again. They had not even started work on my vehicle. So nearly 4 hours later, I left with nothing. No one provided me a status update during this time. No one seemed concerned that I had been waiting as long as I had with no work being done. I do not know why they have appointments at all. Completely unacceptable.
