⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently purchased a vehicle at Tasca Buick GMC in Woonsocket, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. My salesman Dale was fantastic to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely took the time to answer all of my questions without any pressure. He made sure I understood every detail about the vehicle and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my decision. I originally came in with a pre-approval from Bank of America at a 7.8% APR, and with my excellent credit, I thought that was as good as I could get. However, Kenny in finance went the extra mile and managed to beat that rate, securing me a 6% APR. Not only did this save me a significant amount of money on interest over the life of the loan, but it also lowered my monthly payment, which was a huge relief. He explained everything clearly and made the paperwork process quick and easy. I’ve worked with many dealerships in the past for different vehicles, and by far, Tasca Buick GMC Woonsocket has me hooked. What stood out the most is that they truly have the customer’s best interest at heart. Their professionalism, transparency, and genuine care set them apart from the rest. If you’re looking for a dealership that values customer service, works hard to get you the best deal, and makes you feel taken care of, I highly recommend asking for Dale and Kenny. I found my dream car at Executive Auto Sales, Smithfield, RI! I live in Southern California and so what could have been an arduous process was not. My first contact was with Neil, one of their salesmen, and he was both informative and courteous. After only a couple of phone calls between us, as I researched about the vehicle and we discussed pricing, we made a deal. They were very accommodating throughout the PPI (Pre-purchase Inspection) -- happily agreeing to have the car up on a rack when the inspector arrived so that area could easily be seen. Minor issues the inspector noted were most cooperatively resolved. The car was ready for shipment when agreed; however the transport truck broke down and the shipment had to be rescheduled. This meant keeping the vehicle nearly another full week -- which was frustrating to me -- but Neil assured me it wasn't a problem. I never bought a vehicle online, or out of state, but it was obvious the staff at Executive knew how to do it all! They sent all the needed paperwork via overnight FedEx with a prepaid return envelop. They knew how to expedite and correctly complete the sale. Their level of professionalism in this process gave me great confidence in what could have been a scary, risky, uncomfortable process if I'd been buying from a private party. The car had to undergo a Rhode Island safety inspection before it could be sold. This was actually a really nice "comforting" step! When it arrived in CA it had to pass a physical inspection, which it did without any trouble. It also passed its CA smog certification with flying colors! Neil knew that I'd need to drive it upon its arrival in CA, so he purchased 20-day Rhode Island tags at a minimal cost of $25 so I could legally drive it in CA. These steps: state safety inspection and temporary tags, are items I wouldn't even have thought to ask about. But, because Executive Auto Sales has been in this business many years, and because they are attentive to their reputation, and to customer satisfaction, they were diligent and accommodating in every way! The whole process took about a month due to the delay in the shipping. I would happily refer buyers to and/or be a repeat customer of Executive Auto Sales! They're the best!

I spent over 4 months trying to find the right car for me and kept getting nowhere. When I first arrive at King Richard’s I was not expecting anything different than every other dealership I’d been to, but walking around I immediately saw the high quality and condition of all the cars. I was drawn to a Subaru Outback that is honestly the nicest looking used car I’ve ever seen. The interior is UNREAL and loaded with more options than I’ll ever understand. Low mileage, low price, and a smooth test drive and I was sure I’d found the car. Lou was a gentleman and knows his business well—not pushy and very accommodating. I have faaar from ideal credit and had a co-signer and Lou worked hard to make me a deal that worked for me. The next day I came to pick up the car and Richard let me know that they were able to lower my rate even more!!! I’m so happy to have a car but I’m ecstatic with how fabulous the quality is! Nicest car I’ve ever had and I feel like a million bucks. I’d refer them to anyone looking for a car/truck.

5 Stars is not enough. Joe is an Allstar. From my first telephone contact, I knew that I was talking to an honest gentleman. I talked about a 2018 Corvette that he had on his showroom floor. Joe was very patient and answered all of my questions and concerns about the car and about purchasing it site unseen as the car was in Rhode Island and I am in New Jersey. Joe immediately sent me pics from his cell phone and followed up with a call. Joe without asking told me that the price listed was recently discounted over $1,500.00. He gave his word that the pics were accurate and gave me a history on the car. As a businessman I felt that he was sincere and decided to move forward to purchase it. Joe sent me a credit application and I received a follow up call from his lender immediately . I was approved within an hour at a great low rate. The paperwork went smooth and Joe arranged for shipping from a great auto transporter at a great price. The car arrived two days later and it is BEAUTIFUL. I have never seen a two year old car in better condition. Showroom fresh. Thank You Joe, Thank You Everyone at Simon Auto for a wonderful experience.

I Bought My Truck In Sept. 2016, They Did Not Stand Behind The Warranty. Had The Items Checked That They Claimed Were Fixed before I Bought It, They Lied. I Wish I Would Have Checked It Out A Little Better Before I Bought It. It Looked Very Good When I Test Drove, But Even Within The First Thirty Days I Had Issues, They Would Not Fix It For Me.
