I drove all the way from Augusta, an hour and forty minutes each way, to buy my new Jeep from Victoria Charles and this dealership. The reason was simple- she listened to what my boys and I were looking for, treated us with respect ( not like we were just another potential sales number), and took the time to get to know us throughout the process. This was a very positive “small town” buying experience that left me with not only a new Jeep, but some new friends in the car business. After several very negative experiences with local “mega” dealerships in the GA/SC area, I was very pleasantly surprised to find that Victoria and this dealership still do honest business and keep their word when they promise you something. Having had a bad experience with another Jeep dealership months before, I arrived at Rick Hendrick’s having prepared myself to be hassled, lied to and uniformed. Was I ever wrong!! My salesman, Tony Kemp, handled the sale with the utmost professionalism, was knowledgeable of the Jeep I was looking for and never tried to pressure me into buying something I wasn’t going to be happy with in the long run. Kudos to the sales manager and all involved! After my purchase there was a slight problem with the installation of the luggage racks and Tony sent me home in a rental and when the work was complete brought my Jeep to me 70 miles away! THAT’s SERVICE! I would HIGHLY recommend Rick Hendrick’s Dealership on Savannah Highway and will certainly look forward to purchasing any future vehicles with them!

We have all heard the horror stories of car buying.... new or used.... but some dealerships just naturally set themselves apart using excellent customer service and actually listening to what the buyer wants, not what the sales person is trying to sell you to make their monies and quota. To put my money where my mouth is (literally), this past week we purchased our 6th vehicle from Addy's in the past 10 years for various members of the family.
I drove off the lot completely head over heels in love with my new 2017 Dodge Ram. I will give some advice to anyone in the car buying process.... do some of your own homework and know what you want BEFORE you go in. It makes the process much easier on all involved. A lot of people complain about how long it takes but forgets to consider that half of that time invested was probably from walking from car to car not knowing what they want! The sales and finance team here are really great at their jobs, but nobody is a mind reader.... put simply, I called ahead and made an appointment with Jerry LInsky. I knew ahead of time what "type" of vehicle I wanted. I went in, talked with Jerry for about 10 minutes, in which time he pulled 4 stock #'s and called John to show them to me. I made my decision within 15 minutes and was driving my beast home!! Highly recommend.

Brought my 2017 Ram 3500 here after all eight lug studs on the drivers side rear wheel sheared off while driving on I -95. That's a big issue that will need more time to get to the bottom of, and the service department here was little help. I've been dealing with Dujaun Smith, aka DJ, and at this point I'm not sure why he is a service advisor, as it doesn't seem to be a good fit for his skill set.
Examples are: original quote issued to the insurance company was $1150 for repair, with my deductible being $1000. DJ had told me on the 21st of the month that the parts were in, and the truck would be ready to go by the 1st. I get a voicemail from Casey Worthington, service manager, on the 29th stating that the insurance company is shorting them $843 and asking that I reach out to them, stating that he had left messages. I email DJ asking for the quote and a short explanation of the necessity of the additional repairs, so that I can talk to the insurance, and he sends me a parts list. No quote, no explanation, and now it's the 2nd, and I still can't pick up the truck. The truck has been sitting at the dealership since November 4th, with only lug stud, rear hub, and wheel replacement being necessary. They've made every step of the investigative effort and completion of the work more difficult than necessary, and it's due in a large part to DJ's lack of follow up on anything we've talked about in the many phone conversations we had, and his complete lack of attention to detail.

Back in April of 17 Chrysler contacted me about a recall on my 2015 Chrysler 200S. It was a factory recall for a transmission wire harness. So after they replaced it it caused my transmission to slip but once I took it there it there were very rude like I didn’t know what was talking about and there service manager at the time mark bet me 10,000 nobody would fix my car because they messed it it and didn’t know what they were doing. So over a course of 6 months they kept my car and were asking to buy but wouldn’t tell me what’s going on with my car so I went and they called the police on me and told the police I had a gun and they have seen it prior.

Service department is a joke, liars and incompetent. Week three of bringing 2016 journey up there. I live five hours away but it’s my daughters car and she is at college. Three weeks ago it wouldn’t start so It got towed there. Not only are their staff rude but they obviously have no clue what they’re doing. I was told they’d get her a rental and two days later they told me they would not. They told me it’d be ready last Wednesday to pick up Thursday they told me they still have no clue what is wrong with it. They do not return calls, they rarely answer the phone and never respond to voicemail. Have been dealing with Chrysler as well and they have not been much better. Would never recommend this place to anyone it’s a joke. 19-year-old daughter still stranded five hours away from home with no vehicle and they are not concerned. GM Won’t even return my call after leaving three voicemails.

Butler CDJ has serviced my 2008 Dodge Dakota for over 4 years. It has always been a quick pleasant experience each time the truck has been brought in for service, routine, warranty or wear & tear. The service staff have all been great to work with. The only thing I miss is the free car wash.

One of the worst experiences. Not only did the car I was testing crap out in the middle of heavy traffic but the vehicles being sold were dirty and not cared for. I was told the price from their internet site were the correct price but when I sat down to deal the price raised $7K and I was told those prices were last months dealers incentives. Stank of Corruption and I'm so glad I walked away!

Christian will keep lying telling you we are going to fix your car and she will keep on lying until she will have to give you your money back and your car still is not fix.I rate them a BIG FAT 0!!!!!!!!!!. take your car somewhere else.My over all rating of the service center is a 0 but it is not on here so i will give them a 1 they do not need that.
