Saw a vehicle I liked online and began negotiating with the online sales rep. I provided them with the VIN number of my trade in and after a low initial trade in offer, eventually was able to agree on a price and trade in allowance. Drove an hour and a half to the dealership only to be told be Sales Managet that my trade in allowance was now $1500 less, coincidently the exact amount of initial low trade in offer.STRIKE ONE. Justification, one new tire and vehicle needs to be detailed. Apparently that costs them $1500! STRIKE TWO. I point out to Sales Manager that I could sell my vehicle privately for $4,000 more than his offer and ask if he could do the same. He responded that he doesn’t know what it would sell for. A Sales Manager doesn’t know what he could sell a car for? Either he really sucks at his job or he is a liar! STRIKE THREE! Online sales rep was awesome but the management is exactly what you would expect from used car salesmen. Listed my vehicle yesterday on autotrader. Bet I sell mine before they sell theirs.

The people in the service area are not friendly what so ever. I waited all day to get a call telling me my car was ready. I had called 5 hours later to be told that it was ready. I got up there and asked when it was done and found out that it only has took 2 hours when asked why no one had called or texted me to tell me it was ready the lady lied to my face saying she had texted and called me. Called management I have never heard anything back. I will NOT be back to this place for anything!!! Worst place ever!!!!

She answered all my questions correctly and if she couldn't, she found out the answer and called back ASAP! Ms. Zee is an outstanding asset to Plaza's Dealership ! Keep up the great work Zee!! Next is Jarell Smith, very understanding salesman. This is who Zee turned me over to help me. Not disappointed at all ,he came with his A-Game! No pressure or pushy attitude to sell a vechicle. Just what I like showed me around explained the commitment of Plaza to please it's customers! The biggest reason I bought from Big O was Hunter. I priced Dodges all over the upstate and he was the salesman that was the most helpful. He wasn’t pushy, but kept in touch and if I had a question he knew the answer immediately. During the finalizing of the paperwork it wasn’t stressful at all. He, my wife, my son, and I were all laughing and joking while I felt I was getting a good deal based on the research I did prior to the purchase. I will provide a little back ground to our story....We looked at a car online and then received a call from Jonathan regarding the car. We told him we were interested. We negotiated a price and he worked with us and our bank to get the paperwork started. He stated he would hold the car until Sat. then all of a sudden the car was sold on Thurs. evening. However, we are into the next week and what do you know, the car is still for sale. So it's clear that Jonathan and the finance department didn't find our money good enough for this vehicle. I'm not really sure what we did to get this kind of treatment but it's unnecessary.
We have bought three other vehicles from Stateline Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Fort Mill, SC and never had any issues. We had an approved loan to move forward with the purchase. There were no issues with us buying the car other than the company themselves deciding our money wasn't good enough.

False Advertising Bait and Switch - Sally Caughey
One of the worst experiences. Not only did the car I was testing crap out in the middle of heavy traffic but the vehicles being sold were dirty and not cared for. I was told the price from their internet site were the correct price but when I sat down to deal the price raised $7K and I was told those prices were last months dealers incentives. Stank of Corruption and I'm so glad I walked away!

All 4 of them can LIE don't have your Chrysler 300 air conditioner fix b/c you will never ride in it again. Christian will keep lying telling you we are going to fix your car and she will keep on lying until she will have to give you your money back and your car still is not fix.I rate them a BIG FAT 0!!!!!!!!!!. take your car somewhere else.My over all rating of the service center is a 0 but it is not on here so i will give them a 1 they do not need that.
