My Jeep is relatively new with relative low mileage. So when I go in for service, it's usually for oil changes. Sometimes I make an appointment, sometimes I don't. Even in the non appointment times, I'm never ran off or made to wait for an unreasonable time. I am a truly satisfied customer.

Never got a call or email report of findings or completion. Live 30 mins away and have some one waiting to take me to pick.it up. Its Saturday and cant get thru. Waiting... Inconsiderate service.

A couple of years ago I was in the market for a new car. I had always wanted a Jeep of some sort so I asked a good friend who owns 2 of them who he used and called his salesman, Bryan Bennett… Up until then I would have rather had a root canal without Novocain than buy a car but I am telling you that Bryan made my worst nightmare a dream! Back then he set me up with a Jeep Cherokee and when I got to the dealership to pick it up, it was ready for me and so was all the paperwork to sign! No waiting around for hours for me! Gotta say, I felt pretty special!
After a couple of years I realized I needed something bigger so, of course, I reached out to Bryan and just let him know what I needed… And to clearly outdo my first experience with him, he had a Grand Cherokee delivered to my house (I signed all the paperwork in my kitchen) and took my Cherokee away…
That is service! And that is why Bryan will have a lifelong customer… I can’t wait to see what he does next time!
Bought a brand new Big Horn Truck - S.C. Lemon Law - Bill A.
Purchased a brand new 2019 Big Horn Truck and immediately had shaking, rattling and exhaust problems. Replaced pipes after 3 days. Now has been back for 3rd time and dealer has had vehicle for 33 consecutive days. No longer communicating and Chrysler tells me Big O is giving them the run around too about replacing my truck. Keep in mind it has 1,500 miles on it and dealer has had it 90% of the time I have owned it. I have ben forced to retain attorney since nobody seems to care at Big O since my $38,500 check cleared their acct. Have asked to speak with owner, lead manager etc. and heard zilch. I hear from the lowest guy in the Service department every 2 weeks via text that car is still not ready and sorry about inconvenience. I have missed work, can't travel and totally treated as a problem that can't be resolved so " Go Away "

I will provide a little back ground to our story....We looked at a car online and then received a call from Jonathan regarding the car. We told him we were interested. We negotiated a price and he worked with us and our bank to get the paperwork started. He stated he would hold the car until Sat. then all of a sudden the car was sold on Thurs. evening. However, we are into the next week and what do you know, the car is still for sale. So it's clear that Jonathan and the finance department didn't find our money good enough for this vehicle. I'm not really sure what we did to get this kind of treatment but it's unnecessary.
We have bought three other vehicles from Stateline Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Fort Mill, SC and never had any issues. We had an approved loan to move forward with the purchase. There were no issues with us buying the car other than the company themselves deciding our money wasn't good enough.

One of the worst experiences. Not only did the car I was testing crap out in the middle of heavy traffic but the vehicles being sold were dirty and not cared for. I was told the price from their internet site were the correct price but when I sat down to deal the price raised $7K and I was told those prices were last months dealers incentives. Stank of Corruption and I'm so glad I walked away!
