I walked in just looking for at used vehicles, and drove out a buyer. They wanted to sell and I was willing to buy as we both came to a mutual agreement of satisfaction. I had no problems other than if I knew I was going to trade I would have pre cleaned out the things I had in it before hand .
Again the sales was satisfactory for me and I will recommend them in the future.

We live in middle Tennessee but our son and his family were in Myrtle Beach on vacation. Jason held the truck until my son drove back through on his way home. Earl was great!!! Scott worked on getting me a better price also. They obtained the car from another dealership and brought it to me. Only complaint was the lack of cleaning beforehand. It was absolutely filthy under the hood. Our 2012 truck looked better when we sold it. Got a slight problem with a rusty frame on the back seat and will contact the dealer about that. Otherwise I would recommend Galleana to others.

This is the second time i have had my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 AWD ( yes I said AWD) in this dealership ( unrelated repairs). I drive from Saint Marys Ga for the major and high dollar repairs. I want it done right the first time. I do have a dealership near me that I go to for the random oil change but even after that I have to check behind the tech when I get my truck back, errors have been found in the past. This dealership in my opinion gets 6 stars (5 star scale) for speed,accuracy, and I don't get back a vehicle with that smells like or has grease on the steering wheel. Blair was my service writer and kept me up to speed with repairs. Highly recommend this service dept.

Just spoke with the manager of this car dealership, Mike Williams, how rude and disrespectful!!! He didn’t call me to work through my problems with the car I bought from them, instead he called to let me know he thought I was lying and to tell me he has been doing this type job for 28 years. I have had problems with this car since driving it off the lot and he did not care. This car dealership is TERRIBLE! Do not, I repeat do not buy from them! He wanted me to send pictures of a tire that was bad on the car I brought from them. How is sending a picture of a belt broke in a tire possible??? That was only one of the problems I have had! He was very argumentative then accused me of raising my voice when he raised his first! The nerve of some people. As the phone called begin to get worse, I informed him that I would update my review to let customers know how I was treated and the way he talked to me on the phone and he stated, “ ma’am, I can find out where you live and give you a bad review too!!” WOW! Customer service is supposed to be top priority, not from this place of business! Hope you don’t treat all customers the way I was and still am! Very nasty to be the manager of a business! I will say that the car salesman, James Holder, was a nice salesman and did everything he could to help!
Horrible car buying experience! Purchased a car from here about a month ago and we have had problems every since. We found the car we wanted online and drove 2 hours one way to purchase the car. The salesman assured us that the car was throughly checked out. Upon arriving home, the car had used all of the gas the dealership put in it, we found the air filtration hose/system was missing. Called back and had to take the car back because one of the repairman forgot to put it back on. They kept it a week for repair. The back and forth of 4 hours a trip there and back home was ridiculous to say the least. Now the car needs 2 tires that should have been replaced before it was sold to us!! They knew this car was not ready to be sold but sold it anyway. Terrible car buying experience. Dealership is full of liars! Don’t waste your time nor money!

I would give this dealership 0 stars if it were possible. GM is as dishonest as they come. My vehicle had to be returned by no fault of my own and this dealership had the nerve to charge me $3500 for the luxury of keeping it parked in my driveway for a month. No communication from anyone - especially there delight of a GM: Brian Defoor. He gives everyone in the car industry a bad name. Take your business elsewhere.

Very low trade offers and then they jacked up advertised prices to cover value of trade-in. Also the car I came to look at did not have some of the features advertised. Shop carefully or elsewhere. The car was DIRTY inside and out, which really surprised us due to COVID-19 and was missing a head-rest, which is a safety item. I did not want to drive the car because it was not cleaned and it was obvious!!
I think the car I wanted to trade in might have been in better condition. Then they tried to tell me that the car I was looking at had $3K spent on it in their shop....Really? it only had 38k miles on it...Very Unlikely...That would show a true lack of maintenance which should throw a bunch of red flags.
I don't think a person could get a fair and honest deal here.

Jason in sales was great to work with, really went down hill with the paperwork. There was a problem with the paperwork and by the time the dealership got it worked out my Temp Tag is expiring. Reached out to them on the delay. They told me to contact the Tag office, I did and the Tag office said they had not received the paperwork. Called the Dealership and they said it was not their problem. Asked what/ suggestions on how to deal with my tag expiring. Answer- call the Tag office..... Again stated the Tag office said to call you, Sales manager said well we can't do anything. Was extremely rude and did not seem to care. #proofit over people!! As long as they have your money they DO NOT care.

We had been to a couple of dealerships looking for a van, at one (Honda on Sav. HWY) we waited for on a stool for 20 min. and no one approached us so we left. The next day we went to a Toyoto dealership, again on highway 17, the salesman was lackluster, at best, didn't seem to know vehicle or anything about it.
Third day we went to Hoover Chrysler Dodge in Summerville and we hit the jackpot. Many salesman standing in parking lot just waiting to help. No one was pushy and they were all very nice. We wound up with Haywood Johnson as our salesman and boy was he great from start to finish. He made our buying experience very pleasant and we left this just the van we were looking for at the price we wanted to pay. I will say the other people we dealt with, sales manager, finance manager were knowledgeable and helpful. I just can't say enough about how good our experience was. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and it is well worth the drive to Summerville for this level of treatment and a really good deal.
I would highly recommend this dealership and certainly Mr. Johnson for your next auto purchase.
Unethical Service department/ bad customer experience - Dennis
This place is an absolute rip off. Took my car to the service department here that I purchased from another shady dealer on Laurens Rd thinking they would do great work. First, when I called, the receptionist said it would be 2-3 weeks before the car could be looked it. I said no big deal since I have another car. Got a call back the same day, from service rep Rodger, who spit off a list of unneeded repairs that required fixing now or else.. ( I checked online, and the search came back to a common problem of a fuse or battery). The total Rodger gave me was over $1600 for a fuse, battery, brakes, and rotors. He also said that my warranty that he didn't even look at would not assist with any of the repairs because they are "common maintenance issues". He then refused to call my warranty company to verify. After going back and forth on several calls, I finally said just charge me what it will take to get the car working and I will fix the rest later, I got the bill down to $700 for the fuse and battery (which from doing research, I knew that was still too expensive), but at this point I just wanted my car back. I went to pick up the car a couple days later. Arrived to the dealership and no one said a word to us in the service department. Despite the fact that no other customers were currently in the pull in bay, and they weren't on the phone speaking with a customer. I went to the closest service rep since no one else walked over to help, the rep said that Rodger was busy, then quickly rushed us inside and walked us over to a pay window. Rodger then came rushing inside to assist. My wife and I asked to check out the car before we paid, they agreed, then while we were outside, Rodger came rushing out side to hurry us along and get us back to the pay window. Just to make conversation, I asked Rodger what the additional repairs would be and the price. While at the pay window and with an attitude, Rodger said I put it on the paper. Then quickly wrote something on a sticky note and handed it back to the the girl at the pay window without telling us anything. Then he rushed off without another word. When I finally saw the paper, he tried to over charge us over $1000 for brake pads and rotors. Customer service at this place sucks. The workers are unethical and over charge you. Do your research prior and find out about pricing before agreeing to any repairs.
