Jeremy was Absolutely amazing from the first second I arrived on the lot to test drive vehicles. The buying process was super easy and laid back. The car was detailed to to new condition and my gas tank was filled up before I picked the car up. Everyone from Jeremy, the front desk staff, to the finance office was friendly, upbeat and positive. The most amazing car buying experience I’ve ever had in the 25 years I have been buying cars!!

Still in the process of their service dept repairing an issue with rough idle and drive ability issue. Already was convinced to spend $1k on a tune up that did NOT fix the issue. They will continue working on it next week and we will see what the outcome is. So far helpful but issue not resolved so unsure. $1k is a lot to not fix the problem.

When you show up and the first thing the service guy says is "Oh you just squeaked in on the warranty" and then pushes away your 7/70000 premium paperwork - why would you come back - then we you do appt online and include the warranty issue plus the oil change and tire rotation and they don't do - really - again why would I go back. Not impressed - you ever get the feeling the man talks down to you because your a woman = yep that's how I felt. Trying the Georgia dealership as Auto Nation is terrible. By the way the electrical issue with auto play wasn't fixed with the battery changed - still there. I also had to call multiple times over two days on status - no called me until it was done after my multiple calls on second day near end of day.

I recently purchased a Dodge Ram 1500 at Hoover in Summerville. I had a particular truck in my, but I wanted to view all of the options. My salesman was Tony Pu. If you are in the market for a new vehicle ask for him. He's very amiable, not pushy, and doesn't give you the impression that he's trying to get over on you. I would definitely deal with him in the future. I highly recommend this dealership and salesman. ME Sr.

We just purchased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L and were very pleased with our salesman Joe Stebel and the overall customer experience. We had been looking around for a new car for a while and Joe was very knowledgeable in helping us make our selection. When the car finally arrived at the dealership, Joe volunteered to deliver it to our house and took the time to walk through all of the options on our new vehicle. I would also like to give a shout out to Will Smith and Jeff Stearns who made the financial aspect of buying a new car straight forward and efficient, and to Aaron Ferrell for keeping us apprised of the build status of our Jeep throughout the production phase.

If I could rate a 0 I would! The absolute worst car buying experience I have ever had. Did not get the vehicle for the purchase price given to me, it end up being $2k more. They stated it was because I didn’t use their finance but I had already told the sales rep I had my own finance and she still provided me with that price. They did not honor the price. When I found the vehicle on the website it had a mileage listed. The day that I purchased and signed my paperwork with the bank and had the check sent, the manager called told me that the mileage was incorrect and it was a thousand miles over. No adjustment was made. They decided to compensate me by delivering the vehicle to my home which was great. But then when I received the vehicle I noticed 2 cracks in the windshield and a whistling noise while accelerating the gas. Manager stated warranty will cover it. Warranty does not cover cracked windshields. Only had vehicle a month, have not drove it a thousand miles yet and it already needs maintenance service. Emailed manager Joe with concerns no response. Received call today that my insurance card was not provided to appropriate personnel to get my dmv paperwork done. So now I have to get another 30 day tags.

Testar lifted truck buyer beware. The work from Tecstar is poorly executed and when problems arise expect to be left struggling looking for resolution. Tecstar is not to be trusted. Dead end promises is all you will get.
I am not commenting on this dealership but warning anyone who is considering a lifted Tecstar truck to be certain you are not getting a fully warrantied new track as you would expect when buying new.

Y'all don't take your car to this place. They have had my car now for a week and still haven't gotten it back and Everytime my husband calls up there they tell him the next day it'll be ready. It was a simple 2 hour job but has turned into a week. Yesterday we were told itll be ready today Friday and now we are told "probably" monday. It's a simple job that should have been done in no time.

They had 2 2019 Sentra. I told sales I wanted the black one. But since he had already written up the blue one he told me the other was more expensive. Was never allowed to test drive car. Sales guy drove. Find out brakes were bad, radio knobs didn't work and batteries on key fob were dead. It's a push button car. I financed 20,000$ to get played by lazy sales guy who lied about the price of the car I actually wanted. Make this dealership your last resort, then still pass by them on your way to Columbia or Florence for a car. My sales guys were Bernard and Adam.

Service Department Review: they had me bring my Jeep Grand Cherokee in at 8:30am. I received a call at 5:00pm that a tech was now looking at it and they would call me in the morning with a quote. I’m a full time volunteer who delivers meals to those who would be otherwise unable to receive sustenance. I also volunteer at our local food bank. Having my Jeep just sit around until they seem fit to analyze it is unacceptable. So, once they give me their magical price tag, how long before they actually work on the repair? The importance of my vehicle is more than they obviously can imagine. Very VERY disappointed in the way I have been put on the back burner. Shame on you Big O, shame on you!

The service department needs some work. The front desk personnel are not very professional and rude. I brought my truck in for an oil change, tire balance/rotation, and possible alignment. The gentlemen at the front desk asked it it needed an alignment. I stated how would I know until the tech does his or her assessment. I am not satisfied with the service departments level of experience.

They clearly mismatched the price of their car. Total bait and switch. As soon as I called they said it was the discounted version based on a multitude of qualifications. My price would have been 15k more. In my book that is shady.

Will never purchase here again. I bought a RAM Limited. I was misled about the condition of the vehicle. It was supposed to be new, but the under carriage had been damaged on the lot, the air suspension system had been replaced, and there were paint defects from the factory that were not pointed out. I try to tell everyone I see about the level of service I received. I think they are the most dishonest people I have ever dealt with, which is sad.

Buyer beware! The finance department will attempt to scam you and steal your money. I have bought many new cars. I know how it works. The finance guy, Mike Bell, was walking through all of the paperwork on their big fancy desk screen. I told him up front very clearly that I did not want any extras. He said, absolutely not. No problem. He then rushed through the screens with additional warranty, tire maintenance package, etc. I asked about them and told him I didn't want them. He said it's all part of the standard warranty. I didn't believe him, but I let him continue. We got to the form explaining the deal. I asked why the $35,000 Jeep was costing me $42,000. He said that was the total of the interest on the loan added to the principal. Another lie. This particular form doesn't show the finance charges. The next one did... and it totaled $55,000. I told him it was wrong and he pretended it was a computer mistake and removed all of the additional items. I called the dealership the next day to let them know what happened. They promised they would call him out on it at the next sales meeting. I never heard another word. And somehow, I never received a survey request from Chrysler. I guess I'll be contacting them directly for this.

Will not purchase a Car, Truck, SUV, Van, Moped, or Bicycle from here. We were lied to by staff regarding sales figures multiple times. This was not a pleasant experience, and will definitely not go back.
