I am the happiest customer in the world, because JT Chrysler Jeep Dodge went the extra mile to fix an unusual issue. We got our wire harness recall completed and the following week we had NO SiriusXM radio. Getting the recall done had NOTHING to do with our SiriusXM radio not to work, but for some reason we had no service after we were serviced. No one could make since of it. We asked to speak with the Top dog Service Manager. I wish I could remember the Service Manager's name, but he called SiriusXM and we to bat for us. SiriusXM was charging for services not rendered and we couldn't do anything without the help of the Service Manager. He got our service back on and now my husband is calm again. I don't brag on much, but if you can make my husband happy, well you will always get our business. Thanks JT for all you do for your customers.

Traci was helping me on a Dodge Charger SE. When I went up there to look at it Traci was not there but Lee was more than happy to show me the car. I decided that car was not for me so Lee showed me a Dodge Charger SXT which I loved and eventually purchased. The price was a liitle more than I wanted to spend but Traci wouldn't give up and we came to a compromise and I am very happy.

My front end was crashed in an accident.My car has issues since then.They checked it once and said it was fine.I had a 2nd opinion from a very reputable co.They informed me that my car does have issues that this dealership isnt willing to acknowledge.That service manager John is a problem.Some employees knows what's going on but they fear for their job.He isn't doing that dealership any justice.My advice is DONOT CARRY Your vehicle there unless you want to be stressed and deal with very uncaring people once they get your money.By the way my car is suppose to be under warranty at this moment.They don't care!!!!!I pray to God the main person over this dealership gets interested and deal with ALL O F THE PROBLEMS THERE.!!!!This is my 4th jeep and my last because of the disrespect!!!Oh and they ask people to write good reviews because everyone is complaining about them.

My husband and I were in Greenville, escaping hurricane Irma. We drove by Big O Dodge and spotted a pretty Grand Cherokee on the lot. Andy took us for a test drive and we were sold. Everyone we dealt with made the process easy for us, even though obtaining the out-of-state title was a headache for them. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
Terrible service department - Jeep
Worst service department ever! I ordered a spare key when I purchased my Jeep and had to call 3 separate times because no one could identify the order for the key! Was told twice they would call me right back and I had to call the next day...to then talk to another person who had no clue what was going on. When I finally made an appointment to get the key programmed to my car they told me it would take 45 minutes to an hour. I arrived at 9 am for my appointment and 2 hours later I asked how much longer and they told me 30 more minutes. They said the amount of time they told me was based on when they started working on the car and it didn't matter that I made an appointment because they had other cars to service before mine.

My wife and I have been wanting a Dodge Charger for a while and have been watching SC dealership inventories and prices on their websites. Sumter Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram offered us a deal on a 2017 Charger SXT Plus that Nobody could touch. To think we almost didn't check with them because of some of the other reviews on this website! EVERYONE we met and talked to was courteous and helpful as could be. Megan (Meghan?)-the receptionist- called us to respond to an internet inquiry we made, and George Mitchell -Sales Manager- responded with an e-mail. Ron Heller was the salesman who showed us our car and went with us on a test drive.
We couldn't have had a better experience. It took less than three weeks to get our tags, so they had to have processed the paperwork quickly.

I wish I read these reviews before I drove over an hour. They lied about the price of the vehicle I was interested in and the price magically changed when it was time for financing. They ran my credit multiple times without my permission!. Tried to say the price of the car I wanted was only for active or retired military! Then told me my trade was only worth $300. Total liars! I will be contacting the corporate office tomorrow to report this dealership! Unacceptable!!! Do Not GO HERE if you are serious about purchasing a car. Go elsewhere, you will save yourself money, time and a huge headache!!

The salesperson who helped us was very nice which made the entire experience more ironic. We were not offered opportunity to drive the vehicle before the paper work process. We had to wait 2 hours before the finance guy who had the same cheery demeanor of a gestapo officer could be cajoled by another sales person to help us. He was as pleasant through the process as a bout of cholera in the tropics. When we had finally waited some more, having endured the entire canon of bad eighties hits, we drove the vehicle for about five miles when it over heated. We had to drive back to the dealership to haggle with the manager who also went to gestapo finishing school. He reluctantly canceled the sale and acted as though he were giving us extra gruel at the gulag. After nearly seven hours at this dealership, full of nihilistic penury the likes of which would baffle even Solzhenitsyn, we had no car and no assurance that anything would be done to correct this epic debacle. The nice sales person did email two days later to tell us that though we had been told four times the car had been serviced, it had not been serviced at all. If you like a good old fashion day of existential despair, this dealership would win the Camus award for Sisyphian pointlessness.

All 4 of them can LIE don't have your Chrysler 300 air conditioner fix b/c you will never ride in it again. Christian will keep lying telling you we are going to fix your car and she will keep on lying until she will have to give you your money back and your car still is not fix.I rate them a BIG FAT 0!!!!!!!!!!. take your car somewhere else.My over all rating of the service center is a 0 but it is not on here so i will give them a 1 they do not need that.
