I purchased my Dodge Challenger over the Internet from more than 2,000 miles away. I was not present to make the purchase, however, Darryl and Cameron both kept my anxiety level low. Even on his day off Darryl answered my phone call and was on top of all of my questions. Most importantly these folks did not play any games or try to wear me down as I have experienced from other dealerships. I know Darryl may be one of the newer sales staff, however, his method of sales and how he dealt with me was exactly what I was hoping for from the investment of my dream car. From first contact, and all the way through the two week process this dealership was amazing. Even after the sale was closed Darryl stayed late and sent me pictures of the car being loaded on the transport! His job was "done" as a sales person, but his customer service has made him a superstar in my book and is a bar more sales people should attempt to reach. Cameron helped arrange the financing and he sent me documentation timely, he did not try to sell me on things I did not want and what he said always matched his actions. The biggest reason I bought from Big O was Hunter. I priced Dodges all over the upstate and he was the salesman that was the most helpful. He wasn’t pushy, but kept in touch and if I had a question he knew the answer immediately. During the finalizing of the paperwork it wasn’t stressful at all. Terrible Experience and stuck with a faulty truck - Kate2018
I purchased a 2017 Dodge Cummins brand new. I drove off the lot with 15 miles on the vehicle. I made it home after having a 2 hour drive and within the first 24 hours of owning the truck it left me and my child stranded in the highway at 190 miles on the vehicle. This is an experience that should have never happened. The general manager will not speak with me or return my calls. Everyone I have spoken with at the dealership has told me they cannot do anything except fix the truck under warranty. This is not the solution that needs to happen. This truck should be replaced because it is not a reliable vehicle and no one buying a new car should have to go through this experience. All I am asking for is for Lake Keowee to replace the faulty vehicle with a new one so my child and I are safe.

I will provide a little back ground to our story....We looked at a car online and then received a call from Jonathan regarding the car. We told him we were interested. We negotiated a price and he worked with us and our bank to get the paperwork started. He stated he would hold the car until Sat. then all of a sudden the car was sold on Thurs. evening. However, we are into the next week and what do you know, the car is still for sale. So it's clear that Jonathan and the finance department didn't find our money good enough for this vehicle. I'm not really sure what we did to get this kind of treatment but it's unnecessary.
We have bought three other vehicles from Stateline Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Fort Mill, SC and never had any issues. We had an approved loan to move forward with the purchase. There were no issues with us buying the car other than the company themselves deciding our money wasn't good enough.

Misdiagnose Rip Off - Knowledge Counts
I have been a faithful patron of this service department Until they Misdiagnosed my truck with transmission problems 4 times returning it to me the first time telling me the Clock-spring was bad and was causing my truck to stay in 2nd gear (I had to google it, it controls your steering wheel buttons, horn, airbag ect.) $630 later something that controls my transmission/power-train but IS NOT covered under its 100,000. mile power-train warranty half way home stuck in second gear, I return it then they said it was the Cam-shaft sensor and the replaced that free of charge and return my truck I drove it to the store, car-wash, and filled it up with gas drove about 14 miles and it did it became stuck in 2nd gear AGAIN right in front of another FCA dealership where I stopped and they ran a free diagnostic on my truck immediately as I explained the recurring issue and when the codes came up it was the TCM Module (transmission control module) denying it to shift up or down (they service manager also told me that I was being ripped off to replace all the parts except what was actually wrong with my truck at My cost. I returned it to Galeana with the report and when the service manager checked to see that both prior checks had shown the same error code and they simply replaced the part and Flashed the truck to clear the TCM code brought the technician out and said how embarrassed he was that the technician had done all of this but didn't report the TCM code for the reason I brought it there for in the first place, they ordered drove my truck around and "Replaced the TCM" it literally made it a block from Galeana and became stuck in 2nd gear AGAIN. They had my truck for another 2 weeks drove it repeatedly replacing a Solenoid and then a Cam Screen Filter drove it some more told me it seemed to be happening on every 3 ignition start cycles and that they only drove it once or twice before returning it the previous times, and on top of it said that I wasn't changing the oil often enough and It came with 4 complimentary oil changes for the first 24,000 miles which I had done and then followed the Service Manual every 10,000 miles and Oil life monitor until this situation at 73,000. miles and was not due for a oil change for another 2,000 miles the Service manager Carl told me that were we live in SC falls under the "Harsh Driving Conditions" that is stated in the owners manual and that i was driving way to far and long between changes (basically it was my fault) I drive my vehicle under normal conditions and average a higher MPG then stated by the manufacturer FCA and it is persistently taken care of and Garaged even further protecting it from the elements and harsh temperature changes that hurt the viscosity of oil in fact, I had then change the oil before I picked it up after 27 days in the shop multiple other people driving it and storing it outside.
For all of this I DO NOT RECOMMEND GALEANA to service after warranty coverage is over and that if you have purchased a New FCA vehicle that they no longer offer the 100,000 mile power-train warranty and Only 60,000. mile TRADE IT before the warranty ends as this all happened at 73,000. miles and is most likely the reason the coverage has changed.
The 8 speed is simply a knock off from the old Mercedes venture which actually sources there transmissions from ZF and do not have any similar issues, as the Jeep GC and Durango ride on the ML/GL platform under-body.
I also left 2 VM for the GM of Galeana and never heard back but they Lady who sold me a vehicle was more then happy to assist if I wanted to trade out of it.
False Advertising Bait and Switch - Sally Caughey
One of the worst experiences. Not only did the car I was testing crap out in the middle of heavy traffic but the vehicles being sold were dirty and not cared for. I was told the price from their internet site were the correct price but when I sat down to deal the price raised $7K and I was told those prices were last months dealers incentives. Stank of Corruption and I'm so glad I walked away!

All 4 of them can LIE don't have your Chrysler 300 air conditioner fix b/c you will never ride in it again. Christian will keep lying telling you we are going to fix your car and she will keep on lying until she will have to give you your money back and your car still is not fix.I rate them a BIG FAT 0!!!!!!!!!!. take your car somewhere else.My over all rating of the service center is a 0 but it is not on here so i will give them a 1 they do not need that.
