Worked with Stephen and Tyrone. Originally wanted to lease a Durango, however the one they had that would have got me the lease we wanted had been sold. I test drove another vehicle, decided I liked it , but it was going to be a replacement for my wife's vehicle. Took the wife to the dealership after she finished at her job. Found out we couldn't get the lease payment we wanted on that vehicle. Tyrone showed a couple of vehicles. My wife drove one and decided it was going to fit what she needed. We also reached an agreement on the payment. Ended up purchasing a 2016 Hyundai Tucson with 9,200 miles. Everyone at McKinney was courteous, helpful and professional, in putting us into a vehicle that fit our needs.

I had a great experience from beginning to end. The scheduler (didn’t catch her name when I called) was friendly and helpful and knew what she was doing. She even looked up that I had an extended warranty that covered a rental and had it ready for me when I showed up. I was greeted promptly when I arrived for my appointment and walked to my Service Advisor (Amanda). I was on my way with my rental in 30 minutes. Amanda called later in the day to tell me what was wrong with my car and said they’d have it done in about an hour. She researched my warranty info for me and got that squared away. She called back in an hour to let me know it was done. She wasn’t there when I arrived because she was sick (I could tell she had a cold or something) and left a little early, but another gal greeted me promptly and cashed me out and had someone bring my car. I was in and out in less than a day. I had another CJDR dealership do the exact same service on my last Challenger (wheel speed sensor) and they had it 3 days. Stateline put that other dealership to shame today and they will get my business next time.

I walked in on a busy day and I was surprised that they were able to complete my oil change within an hour or two. My only recommendations to this dealership is to bring back the free/complimentary snacks and drinks; I remember at the other location, these were available items.

The biggest reason I bought from Big O was Hunter. I priced Dodges all over the upstate and he was the salesman that was the most helpful. He wasn’t pushy, but kept in touch and if I had a question he knew the answer immediately. During the finalizing of the paperwork it wasn’t stressful at all. I will provide a little back ground to our story....We looked at a car online and then received a call from Jonathan regarding the car. We told him we were interested. We negotiated a price and he worked with us and our bank to get the paperwork started. He stated he would hold the car until Sat. then all of a sudden the car was sold on Thurs. evening. However, we are into the next week and what do you know, the car is still for sale. So it's clear that Jonathan and the finance department didn't find our money good enough for this vehicle. I'm not really sure what we did to get this kind of treatment but it's unnecessary.
We have bought three other vehicles from Stateline Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Fort Mill, SC and never had any issues. We had an approved loan to move forward with the purchase. There were no issues with us buying the car other than the company themselves deciding our money wasn't good enough.

One of the worst experiences. Not only did the car I was testing crap out in the middle of heavy traffic but the vehicles being sold were dirty and not cared for. I was told the price from their internet site were the correct price but when I sat down to deal the price raised $7K and I was told those prices were last months dealers incentives. Stank of Corruption and I'm so glad I walked away!

Went in to buy a new 2018 Dodge Ram Longhorn. We were not sure about trading our truck. Told them to give us 2 weeks to think about it and call us before they got rid of it. This agreement came with a handshake and a smile. Went back 6 days later they had already gotten rid of it. No phone call or anything. If your word is not good nothing else is!

The salesperson did not give the listed price until I showed it to him a 500 dollar difference. Then they offered the payoff on the trade in as exchange value, a 2000 dollar difference. The finance company wrote a surplus amount which they agreed to refund. The refund came back 100 dollars too low, and they are saying the payoff was not right that they got. So they just kept the difference on the refund they had agreed in writing was owed me. Every step was a money grab.

All 4 of them can LIE don't have your Chrysler 300 air conditioner fix b/c you will never ride in it again. Christian will keep lying telling you we are going to fix your car and she will keep on lying until she will have to give you your money back and your car still is not fix.I rate them a BIG FAT 0!!!!!!!!!!. take your car somewhere else.My over all rating of the service center is a 0 but it is not on here so i will give them a 1 they do not need that.
