We had a problem with our Dodge Ram 2500 diesel truck. We had previously been to two dealerships in our local area. They did not even attempt to try to help us. So I found Carolina Jeep Ram Chrysler in Lugoff and gave them a call. I spoke with Robby Hunter the service manager he made an appointment for today and told us to bring the truck in and they would get to the bottom of the problem. We had the very best mechanic I believed to be in the whole building his name was Dennis. He explained everything about our truck to us in great detail. They went above and beyond what they had to do as we did not even purchase this vehicle from them. All of our business from Hartsville South Carolina will now be done in Lugoff South Carolina with Carolina Chrysler Jeep Ram. There was no charge for anything done which was a blessing. All I can say is this is the most professional dealership that I've ever been to and I've been to a lot of them. Just want to say thank you thank you thank you to Robby Hunter Chris Brown and our wonderful mechanic Dennis. May God bless you all and we will see you again soon. This dealership really has it together and therefore I give them five stars. If it were possible I would have given them 10.

The salesperson listened to what I wanted to test drive with no pressure and was willing to let me experience the cars I test drove without interjecting himself into the experience. He was very willing to answer any (all) questions and looked up the questions I had once we returned to the dealership. My wife and step daughter bought a vehicle from this location. They test drove and ran fine. Sale person told them it was a single owner vehicle and the reason for the high mileage was a little old man drove it to Maryland and back. He told them this was a great vehicle and they would have no worries. Now i understand when you buy an "AS IS" vehicle it is the whole buyer beware, but I'm not buying from a buy here pay here or a ad out of the news paper right? After 2 weeks of owning this vehicle it ran hot and the engine blew up leaving my step daughter stranded on the side of the road in traffic. I called the dealer that day and the manager told me there was nothing he could do because their service dept was closed. So i towed it back to my house with my truck and the next day it gets towed to Conway Chrysler. I'm told by the service manager (Corey) that the engine is blown and it will be $4,200 to fix it. I then contacted my insurance company due to a minor fender bender may have cause the fail on the over flow for the radiator. The adjuster stated that the accident in no way cased the part to break and he spoke with Corey (service Manager) who stated that the part failed. I then asked him if they would be willing to work with me about getting the engine replaced due to the part failure. He stated he can not make that call and i would have to speak to the manager for sales. I then spoke with the sales manager russel or ruffer. He told me that because they drove it off the lot and it is "AS IS" he is not replacing a blown engine or do anything for me. I told him I would call the corporate office and he told me when you call them tell them you bought "AS IS". I then later learned that the vehicle was not a 1 owner vehicle like the sales person told my wife and it was not a little old man that only owned the vehicle. The sad part is that they knew that and knowing my wife is a nurse and I work for a local police agency they still pulled this scam in order to sell a vehicle. It is sad when you have to lie and cheat to sell a vehicle to trust worthy honest people that believe the line of BS you are pitching. Trey Rivers for her patiences, her expertise, knowledge and great Customer Servicec skills. She is one outstanding Service Advisor. Mike, he is one outstanding mechanic an his employer should be aware of how lucky you are to have someone that sincerely likes his work is very knowledgeable and wants his customers to get the best her willing to provide. He went the extra mile in repairing our car but did so with genuine concern and wanted to save us unnecessary expenses and give us back a vehicle we are comfortable to know was repaired correctly.

I purchased my Ram at another dealership but due to bad service I started having my service done at Piedmont Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram about 2 years ago. When I am ready to trade it will be with Piedmont and that is all because of Bryan Ward and the service department. Service is everything to me and Bryan knows me and my preferences. He calls me by name and makes sure that everything that I wanted done is completed right. If I can't trust the dealership to perform service on my vehicle I will not buy from them. I trust Piedmont Chrysler Dodge and recommend them highly.

I was in the market for a new truck, and came across the one I now own at JT's. All of the staff were courteous and knowledgeable. I left there feeling pretty good about my experience overall. It did take a little while to complete the sale, I think I sat for about an hour waiting on the gentleman in the finance department, other dealers at that point normally offer you a beverage of some sort but noting was forthcoming. Outside of that I would and probably will be a return customer if and when I decide to replace my current vehicle.

While I did not buy a vehicle at this dealership, my vehicle was there for 2 months having repairs. The absolute worse customer service I have ever experienced. Chip Dowdy was rude and would never, ever return calls. The only time we got a status update was when we, by chance, got a phone call through to the service dept, but usually was told there was nobody available to talk to us. I sent an email to the General Manager, and never heard a word back from him. This was an unfortunate event that happened as we were traveling through South Carolina, that was out of our control, and turned our world upside down. This dealership gave us a receipt of what they supposedly had done to our vehicle. When we finally got our vehicle back, we had it for 2 days, and had to take it to our local dealership to get it fixed for real. When we needed information from this dealership on what was actually done to the vehicle, everyone, including the General Manager, refused to talk to us. The worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I can only imagine how awful it would be if I bought a vehicle from this dealership and had to use their service department for service. I don't know about South Carolina, but in Texas, your word means something, and integrity means even more.

Attempted to buy a car through the internet department. Do not bother. Department is slow to respond Does not answer questions. The price changes from email to email with no rhyme or reason. Sometimes the price is higher. Sometimes lower. Who knows!
Then, without your questions answered, you are asked to send ND a copy of your driver's license to "my girl at the front desk" and fill out a credit application online.
Set aside the incredibly sexist comment, why do you need my license? Why do I need to fill out a credit application? We aren't at that point yet.
Finally, I give up and call George Mitchell. It's his name on the emails. At least he called back promptly Still, George did not answer my questions Instead gives me some long price break and rattles off incentives which do not match the those listed on the manufacturer website. In the end, George (the 'sales manager ') provides a another price, this time higher, way higher than the other quotes this dealership provided.
I ask which price is correct, and George responds the earlier quotes are incorrect, and those responding to emails do not know how to price vehicles!
So... why are they providing pricing? George, are you not training your sales team? Or is your team intentionally misleading customers?
Either way, this is a shady dealer. Avoid at all costs!

Curtis Issac was so accommodating to my family and I as we were narrowing down a length search of the perfect SUV for my family. He made sure to go over the specs of cars before and after we went on test drives-standing in the heat of the sun cooking might I add! He offered our family cold water and made sure our kids were comfortable in the lounge while we finalized our purchase. Curtis negotiated for us to get the deal we wanted. Mr. Sonet was also very helpful willing to answer any questions and made us feel comfortable and at ease. The staff filled up the gas and detailed our new car in a reasonable amount of time. I seriously recommend this dealership and staff for any family searching for a new/used car. The website is update and helpful as well!!

Once again, I found myself very pleased with the service rendered. It was a 'call back' and I thought I'd be there for several hours. Matthew in service met with me and two associates also contributed to the excellent service and I was out, in just about 50 minutes. The mechanic even pulled my truck up close to the waiting room because I'm lame and walk with a cane.

Had a USED "new" Durango. 1000 miles trying to sell like new, dirty, food all in the seats. Sales.man told me Owner used it personally and took trip with it. I ASKED THE PRICE BE DISCOUNTED and I would pay cash for it. The said no and almost laughed at us. Disrispectful idiots, if owner lets this happen he must be a dumb buisness man too. Salesman told me I rather see it sit and dirty than discount price. Great buisness thought process. DuMB dont go here! Way to treat the troops...
