Before I responded to the first recall on my Pacifica, I received a second. Neither had affected my driving experience. I took the car in both items were corrected in less than an hour. I walked in on a busy day and I was surprised that they were able to complete my oil change within an hour or two. My only recommendations to this dealership is to bring back the free/complimentary snacks and drinks; I remember at the other location, these were available items.

The biggest reason I bought from Big O was Hunter. I priced Dodges all over the upstate and he was the salesman that was the most helpful. I will provide a little back ground to our story....We looked at a car online and then received a call from Jonathan regarding the car. We told him we were interested. We negotiated a price and he worked with us and our bank to get the paperwork started. He stated he would hold the car until Sat. then all of a sudden the car was sold on Thurs. evening. However, we are into the next week and what do you know, the car is still for sale. So it's clear that Jonathan and the finance department didn't find our money good enough for this vehicle. I'm not really sure what we did to get this kind of treatment but it's unnecessary.
We have bought three other vehicles from Stateline Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Fort Mill, SC and never had any issues. We had an approved loan to move forward with the purchase. There were no issues with us buying the car other than the company themselves deciding our money wasn't good enough.

Dropped my Chrysler 300c off for 8:45 am APPOINTMENT for 60,000 mile maintenance and was told that it would be ready by 4pm. Because I took their shuttle to return home, I phoned at 2:30pm to see if repair was on schedule. Was told that my car did not have an appointment & was just being brought in for service, probably not to be finished by the end of day - this delay due to the fact that I didn't have an appointment and had to be fitted in. I spoke with the manager who agreed to have my car ready by the end of day.
My frustration is due to the fact that last year's visit to this dealer returned my car to me with a missing side view mirror. My cruise control hasn't worked in 2 years despite expensive visits to repair it. The people are nice, service is disorganized and unremarkable. The young lady who scheduled our appointment had an attitude.

A couple of years ago I was in the market for a new car. I had always wanted a Jeep of some sort so I asked a good friend who owns 2 of them who he used and called his salesman, Bryan Bennett… Up until then I would have rather had a root canal without Novocain than buy a car but I am telling you that Bryan made my worst nightmare a dream! Back then he set me up with a Jeep Cherokee and when I got to the dealership to pick it up, it was ready for me and so was all the paperwork to sign! No waiting around for hours for me! Gotta say, I felt pretty special!
After a couple of years I realized I needed something bigger so, of course, I reached out to Bryan and just let him know what I needed… And to clearly outdo my first experience with him, he had a Grand Cherokee delivered to my house (I signed all the paperwork in my kitchen) and took my Cherokee away…
That is service! And that is why Bryan will have a lifelong customer… I can’t wait to see what he does next time!

One of the worst experiences. Not only did the car I was testing crap out in the middle of heavy traffic but the vehicles being sold were dirty and not cared for. I was told the price from their internet site were the correct price but when I sat down to deal the price raised $7K and I was told those prices were last months dealers incentives. Stank of Corruption and I'm so glad I walked away!

All 4 of them can LIE don't have your Chrysler 300 air conditioner fix b/c you will never ride in it again. Christian will keep lying telling you we are going to fix your car and she will keep on lying until she will have to give you your money back and your car still is not fix.I rate them a BIG FAT 0!!!!!!!!!!. take your car somewhere else.My over all rating of the service center is a 0 but it is not on here so i will give them a 1 they do not need that.
