My trade and buy went smoothly with Alan. I had researched prior to visiting the dealership so I was an easy sale, however no pressure was put on me to change my mind or upsell me. Was in and out in about an hour to place an order for RAV4 Limited and kept informed on estimated delivery date. My car arrived in that window from Canada, my trade and purchase out the door in about three hours. That included driving and some simple training on the new car, with instructions to call if I needed help. It was overall a very pleasant experience!

Josh and Nate did an excellent job of taking care of me .. I didn’t have an appt and as I enter the bay, it took several minutes for an employee from inside to assist me. Josh was entering the bay and I had dealt with him previously, so, one of the females was quick to pass Josh on to assist me again which was my pleasure working with Josh. Thus dealership has a turnover rate of new employees often. I hope Josh get a raise for his exceptional service.

We had bought a Corolla Hybrid from Eric before and his service and attention to our needs was one of the positive attractions that made dealing with him again so congenial. We had had a Camry (more than one, actually) in the past and the fact that a AWD Hybrid was available this time was crucial for our decision. Also the quieter ride was an important factor and Eric made it easy for us to test drive the Camry in situations that revealed the comfort, quiet and economical fuel usage. Top marks!

After an unbelievably BAD experience at a competitor Toyota Dealership, ( where the written and texted agreed lease price was raised in the FINAL paperwork by $170 a MONTH ) needless to say I was leery of going through the process Anywhere again! I called Toyota of Bristol. From the very start, it was smooth, cordial, professional and A +++ all the way. Not enough A+++ comments can be written about " ZAK ARRANTS ". He is the Internet Manager at the Dealership. He is prompt, efficient, courteous, professional and Very Hard Working ! He worked diligently and quickly to find me the Rav 4 with the features I wanted and within the price range I had budgeted. I closed on the deal yesterday. " John Witt " was the Sales Person who assisted me with the closing yesterday. He also worked efficiently and processed me through the paperwork in a timely manner. Jarett Perry was also very efficient in processing the paperwork for the Lease. I could not be more pleased with the new Rav 4 Limited Zak found me. Trust me when I say: " If you are in the market for a Toyota, save yourself the troubles of going anywhere else in the Tri-Cities but " TOYOTA of BRISTOL ". You will be glad you did. Junior Lopez was a joy to work with. After I explained the limits I had to work within he made it happen. I heartily recommend him for working your deal. I communicated with him online until he picked me up (my car had been totaled in a hit and run) and took me to the dealership. He was polite and most kind and helpful. I must add the caveat that I am a 74 year old woman with several disabilities. My most outstanding characteristic is that I speak my mind without fail.
