I was there on June 3, 2021 , to have the first service completed on my new RAV 4. Service advisor, David Munford was excellent and very friendly.
Each time I have been at this dealership I have nothing but great things to say about each person I have met. Hunter, Julien, Montey were extremely helpful, courteous and especially "calming our nerves" during the purchase of our new car.
We love our new car!

I had a low pressure fuel pump recall and found out later that the fuel tube didnt get connected to the tank during repair....I was filling tank a few days later and fuel was running out from under my truck. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.....The worst part about this is that I had my kids in that vehicle.....It will never happen again.... FUEL LEAK 😡😡😡

I took my Rav4 in to get checked out for a popping noise and as I was from out of town I didn’t want to travel back home without having it checked out. Initially Dax in the Service Department was pleasant. He found the problem and told me that they could get the part in the next morning and I could pick up my car up in the afternoon. This being on Friday and I could get my car on Saturday I was pleased. However when I called on Saturday morning to see when I could up my car I was informed that Dax didn't work on Saturday and the part was not in. I was told to call first thing Monday morning as he was the only person who could answer my question. When I called early Monday morning I was told he was not but she would leave a message to call me when he got in.. Not receiving a call by 11:00 AM I called him. He informed me that my car was being worked on and should be ready in another hour or so, When I told him that I felt I had been misled he became curtly dorrybyou feel that way. When I picked up my car and ask to be informed about what they had done to my car. Once again he was very curt and rude stating what I told you on the phone. What he told me was a suspension rod but what they replaced was a sway bar. I have no idea what this is and asked him to explain to me what it was. All I expected was some honest answers and understanding that I needed some explanations. I have dealt with Toyota dealerships in two states and this is the first time I walked away feeling very unhappy with the service I received. I would not recomnend this dealership service department.
