Jewel is always friendly and helpful when I need my Cadillac serviced. This particular time I had an issue with my touch screen, needed a state inspection and my oil changed. She made sure that everything was taken care of and the service department worked efficiently to get my car back to me within 24 hours. Found a truck online that I was interested in. Called up the dealership and spoke to a salesman that immediately went and took more pictures of the truck I was interested in. I wanted other wheels from another truck and they did the wheel swap for free. I flew out the next day and was in and out of the dealership way quicker than other car buying experiences. This is a car dealership that I am glad I spent my money at. Also, they have a HUGE selection to choose from which also adds to the benefit of choosing this dealership to do business with.

Had a schedualed oil change at 8:40, checked in at 8:20, left and came back an hour and a half later, and my vehicle was still in waiting line, after talking with my rep, it took another 20 or so minutes for them to pull my vehicle into the garage, that’s a 2 hr wait before they even touched my vehicle, then another 45 minutes for them to finish the maintenance, what was the point of having an appointment, should have bought a ford or went somewhere else.this is my 3rd service appointment and very one of them was miserable.

I took my GMC Acadia to get checked at because the A/C was blowing hot air. They told me it would cost $1,610 to fix and that my vehicle would be ready be Wednesday. Luckily I was able to afford the expense and being that I was going out of town I definitely needed the A/C in this triple digit weather! I picked up vehicle on Wednesday evening and drove home. Then Thursday we left for Arlington to pick up my stepdaughter. About 2 hours into our drive ( 6:30pm or so) I begin to feel rather uncomfortable in the third row and I notice HOT air blowing from the bottom vents in third row and tepid air from four back top vents!!! I was furious! Of course my $1,600 bill had hurt my pocket and to realize my issue has NOT been resolved I was extremely livid! Needless to say I managed to tolerate the warm air blowing and just fell asleep . It must have been the hot air!!!
We drove back today and when we got home I noticed that the passengers seat foot area was moist and that plastic covering had condensation on it!!! Then I looked under my Acadia and notified water leaking!!!
If I wanted poor service I would have paid $800 to a mom and pop shop who doesn't "guarantee" their work!!!
The service man Mike told me that their work is "guaranteed" for a year!!! He should have mentioned "guaranteed to be faulty"!!!
Extremely disappointed in the quality of service we received!!! I am taking it back tomorrow because I do not think it's fair that if it is "guaranteed for a year" another dealership should have to incur their faulty labor issues.
I will definitely be rating the service and informing GMC of the poor service so that maybe they will no longer be a "certified service" location!

I took my truck to Sewell Cadillac in Grapevine on 3/28/18 for a basic oil change. I arrived at my scheduled appointment. T hey took my truck and an hour later came and told me that my brakes were completely out. I was told that my staring shaft was bent and it cut my brake line and would cost $1800 to repair. When I asked how could that happen and what would cause my staring shaft to bend. They stated that something must have hit it. I told them that I have not hit or run over anything. This truck has never been in any accident. There was no evident of any leaks. Not even when I pulled up to their bay. So from the time they pulled truck from their bay into their shop, the brakes went completely out and they could not stop. My question is, that if the brakes were a problem when they first drove it into the shop, why didn't they come tell me then. Why wait over an hour to inform me that something was wrong. When I questioned them about my concern, they became defensive. I was told that I could either fix it or have it towed out. This is the second time taking my truck in for one service and having something else go wrong while in their shop.
