Took my vehicle to the dealership because the check engine light was on. They diagnosed it as having two bad turbos. I dropped my car off on a monday and they didn't know what was wrong with it till Wednesday. The service associate Jeorge told me they had to order the part and it would take about 2 to 3 days after they get the part. I called the next monday just to get a progress report. I was told he would call me back after he had spoke with the mechanic. I received no call at all. The following Wednesday I called again to check on the status. He informed me he didn't know that the motor needed to be raised to do the job. Then he tells me the head gaskets might be bad. My response was I thought you guys ran a diagnostic to know what was exactly wrong with it. After telling me it was one thing and not everything from the beginning is fraud. I was lied to about the length and the severity of job. I'm just looking for good service that is honest and straight forward.

We became Cavender Cadillac customers when Carlos Villarreal started working there. He had been our service manager for several years at a previous dealership. Carlos has given us a sense of security in the maintenance of our vehicles. His professional manner, courteous and friendly approach has made him very beloved by us. the truck has been in their service department at least 10 times since October for the SAME issue. they turn the light off and say it's fixed and then same issue, all this while under warranty. Call Mike Lee in the service department who tells us to take it somewhere else. truck goes some where else and they are able to quickly find the issue. speak to Mr. Goff because why should we pay for something that they could have fixed months ago because it's been the same issue continuously? jump through hoops last week and today, no one is willing to pay for the problem that their mechanics could have fixed MONTHS ago. no more GMC products and def do NOT recommend this dealership or service department
