My wife and I did not know what to expect going in and we definitely were not expecting to find and leave with our dream vehicle the same day. Jerry Duran and Roger Kress were very personable and made us comfortable with dealing with them. Whenever they would offer us different options, they gave us time to talk it over amongst ourselves before we made a final decision; we didn't feel pressured at any point. They valued our interests and did not try to deter us from anything. Although we did not have an opportunity to deal with Jacob Johnson, he exercised great teamwork and customer service. I will DEFINITELY refer people to any of the above mentioned people.

In the past few weeks, I have visited several dealerships in search of the right car. I was one inch close to finalizing a deal at the first one when financing fell through because the dealer made a clerical error in recording the mileage. I ended up purchasing a vehicle through another dealer just before Christmas, but decided to return it on Christmas Eve because it was not quite right for me. Run from this place - Unhappy
I don't know where to start. Tried to buy a new Cadillac and was lied to from the very begining by everyone involved. They lied to us about the car being availble, then it wasn't, then it was from a different dealership then it wasn't. This went on for FIVE DIFFERENT CARS. They outright LIED to us the car was available and was on a trailer three hours away. Then they took a $1,000 deposit. The car never got there. Then they told us the car had a blown engine. Remember this part.
Then then they had another one just like it in Chicago. Then it was not available. Then they had one locally but it was a lot more money than we agreed to pay. Can you say "Bait and Switch"
Then they LIED about the Cosco discount program. They tried to steal the gift card from Costco. Can you say "Theft"
We told them just give our money back and we will go to a "Real" Cadillac dealership. That was three weeks ago. Again can you say "Theft" We still do not have our money back. And no one returns or takes our calls.
We went to Sewell Cadillac and took delivery of the car we wanted in one day. The car with the "Blown Engine" was another LIE. The car did not have a blown engine. Can you say "Deceptive Trade" The dealer that had the car told us they just could not do business with Cadillac of Arlington.
Folks if Cadillac won't deal with these people neither should anyone else. We still do not have our money back yet.
We will be filing suit against the dealership.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. Even the General Manager will not call us back. All we tried to do was spend $45,000.00 for a car.

My experience at Garland Cadillac was the exact opposite of ideal. I chose to buy a used Audi Q3 from them because admittedly their price was fantastic compared to others that I had found up to that point. The salesman I then dealt with was also wonderful so I took the plunge and decided to buy the car. The part that brings the entire facility down is the manager, Brad Bemis. While I was looking at the vehicle, he made me feel as if I shouldn’t be buying a car without my husband present (I’m a woman). On top of that, after I purchased the car, the key did not work. When I asked Brad to help out he told me it wasn’t his problem and I should take it to Audi Dallas. When I told this to Audi Dallas, they were very taken aback that a dealership would say such a thing and because I didn’t buy the car from them, they unfortunately couldn’t help. After going back to Brad yet again, he said he didn’t recall that conversation at all and could fix the key for $300. I explained that I didn’t believe I should pay for this because I just spent thousands of dollars at his dealership. He countered that my car was not expensive enough for him to care compared to others on his lot. He then proceeded to imply several times that I was lying and that I was unreasonable throughout our conversation. It’s a shame almost everyone else I worked with was pleasant because their management completely ruined my experience.

We were looking to purchase a new Cadillac and saw were Peacock was advertising some demos at a good discount. Advertising was on line, on Tv and posted on each car. We met with our salesman (TKeya) who was informative and to be honest we feel like she was kept in the dark about the scam. She said that the dealership was able to offer this car at the advertised price because they had allowed customers to qualify for all the incentives rather they qualified or not. We test drove the ATS for a couple days and was ready to make our purchase. I was preappoved for my loan but when it came time to sign our papers, the price of the vehicle had increased by over $10,000 including our trade in. We were advised that we could get the incentives. Approximately 6 phone calls of jumbling around numbers and scammy financing deals and we walked , RAN away from the purchase. I am 59 years old and have purchased 15+ new cars and this place is the worst! Lots of older folks looking at cars while I was there, makes you wonder what there doing to those folks. Horrible don’t buy a car here, DOUBLE CHECK YOUR PAPERWORK BEFORE SIGNING

Extended Warranty Fraud--Warranty Fraud at Auto nation Chevrolet Cadillac - Amarillo TX (806) 356-5600-- I purchased an extended I bought a GM extended warranty from a Texas auto nation dealership in Nov 2016, took my vehicle into the shop last week, I was told by GM warranty that the dealership did not complete my paperwork and the warranty in not good, dealership accepted my payment and I have signed/processed contract in hand.
I have talked with Finance department Johnathan, left messages with Abby in finance, talked with Kim in the office, who at first said that was nothing they could do and somebody should have contacted me and was sorry. I have left messages with GM, Eddie, with no response.
When I called GM warranty, they advised me that the problem was with the dealership since they did not submit a signed contract, which I and the dealership has. My truck has been in the shop for repairs that I am waiting for over a week and this is an extreme hardship. Now Parts and Service Director, Terry, would not provide last name, said there was nothing he could do, but refund my money, yet no warranty. I was told that they would refund me for payments, yet not warranty

They use bait and switch tactics. We agreed on a car and price and when we went to pick up they changed the car and said "if we want the car we picked, we would have to pay an additional $7,000!" Run away! They are horrible to work with and their customer service is non-existent. GM should be fired...
I've submitted complaints with the BBB and the state of Texas. Everyone should be aware of what they do and go elsewhere!

I took my GMC Acadia to get checked at because the A/C was blowing hot air. They told me it would cost $1,610 to fix and that my vehicle would be ready be Wednesday. Luckily I was able to afford the expense and being that I was going out of town I definitely needed the A/C in this triple digit weather! I picked up vehicle on Wednesday evening and drove home. Then Thursday we left for Arlington to pick up my stepdaughter. About 2 hours into our drive ( 6:30pm or so) I begin to feel rather uncomfortable in the third row and I notice HOT air blowing from the bottom vents in third row and tepid air from four back top vents!!! I was furious! Of course my $1,600 bill had hurt my pocket and to realize my issue has NOT been resolved I was extremely livid! Needless to say I managed to tolerate the warm air blowing and just fell asleep . It must have been the hot air!!!
We drove back today and when we got home I noticed that the passengers seat foot area was moist and that plastic covering had condensation on it!!! Then I looked under my Acadia and notified water leaking!!!
If I wanted poor service I would have paid $800 to a mom and pop shop who doesn't "guarantee" their work!!!
The service man Mike told me that their work is "guaranteed" for a year!!! He should have mentioned "guaranteed to be faulty"!!!
Extremely disappointed in the quality of service we received!!! I am taking it back tomorrow because I do not think it's fair that if it is "guaranteed for a year" another dealership should have to incur their faulty labor issues.
I will definitely be rating the service and informing GMC of the poor service so that maybe they will no longer be a "certified service" location!
