He goes way above and beyond to make sure that we get the vehicle we want and in our budget. I am very picky when it comes to purchasing a vehicle and Cory never gets frustrated with me in my choosing process. He looks repeatedly for exactly the make and model that I am after. And after the paperwork is signed, he stays in contact to make sure we are satisfied with our purchase. Cory is extremely accommodating before, during and after the purchase. There is never pressure to make a decision. We will continue to go through Cory in the future for all our vehicle purchases. Five stars is not a high enough rating. I have been coming to Crest for Years. Bryan O. is my service advisor. Bryan continues to give me 5 star service. This morning my battery was dead. He offered to send road side service but I was able to start the car after charging it for about an hour and drove into the dealership. Bryan immediately got me in and offered to drive me to work. I have never had to worry about my Escalade's service when I leave it in Bryan's care. The service performed by the service technicians has always been top notch. Wanted to say how great my experience was at Classic GMC with Jordon Dowers. He worked with me patiently to find the best SUV for my husband who recently had a hip replacement and needed a higher vehicle with max leg room to get in. We measured every SUV on the lot and finally settled on a new 2019 Acadia. Total process went smoothly start to finish with a final shout out to Kenny in financing who made the paperwork painless. Run from this place - Unhappy
I don't know where to start. Tried to buy a new Cadillac and was lied to from the very begining by everyone involved. They lied to us about the car being availble, then it wasn't, then it was from a different dealership then it wasn't. This went on for FIVE DIFFERENT CARS. They outright LIED to us the car was available and was on a trailer three hours away. Then they took a $1,000 deposit. The car never got there. Then they told us the car had a blown engine. Remember this part.
Then then they had another one just like it in Chicago. Then it was not available. Then they had one locally but it was a lot more money than we agreed to pay. Can you say "Bait and Switch"
Then they LIED about the Cosco discount program. They tried to steal the gift card from Costco. Can you say "Theft"
We told them just give our money back and we will go to a "Real" Cadillac dealership. That was three weeks ago. Again can you say "Theft" We still do not have our money back. And no one returns or takes our calls.
We went to Sewell Cadillac and took delivery of the car we wanted in one day. The car with the "Blown Engine" was another LIE. The car did not have a blown engine. Can you say "Deceptive Trade" The dealer that had the car told us they just could not do business with Cadillac of Arlington.
Folks if Cadillac won't deal with these people neither should anyone else. We still do not have our money back yet.
We will be filing suit against the dealership.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. Even the General Manager will not call us back. All we tried to do was spend $45,000.00 for a car.

Transmission Issues - Sewell is Terrible
I purchased a 2013 Cadillac SRX several years ago & have had multiple problems. I took the vehicle in for regular oil changes & service throughout the warranty period, then used a shop closer to me after it expired. I was told by Sewell each time there was no recall on my vehicle. My transmission has gone out. When I began to research it, I found out this is a known issue for cadillac and many recalls have been issued to correct it. Apparently my vin wasn't one that was recalled. HOWEVER MY FREAKING TRANSMISSION HAS GONE OUT. I was told I would have to pay for diagnostic & repairs. Their service is a scam! There is no way I should be having transmission issues. I would NEVER recommend Sewell.

Went into the Dealership with my Tired Out 2010 SRX good car but it was starting to have issues I had just left Tom Peacock Nissan who at the time were running a deal , I had spent 2 days on the phone with a salesman at Tom Peacock Nissan working on the deal , I thought we had the deal locked in on A Altima trade in was appraised credit approved just needed to bring in my SRX so they could make sure it was what I said it was , once I arrived they started really downplaying the value of my trade in I was passed around to 4 different Salesmen and ( FOR PEOPLE WHO KNOW ME THIS IS A BIG NO NO I WILL WALK EVERY TIME ) so already frustrated to say it politely , I went to Tom Peacock Cadillac ( I KNOW SAME FAIMLY, HANG WITH ME ) to the service department just to get a New key programmed ( PRO TIP, CADILLAC KEYS ARE NOT WATERPROOF LOL ) Told my Story about Tom Peacock Nissan to the Service Manager , I really wish I could remember his name so i could give him credit as well sorry bud , He asked me why i was not trying to buy another Cadillac I told him that I had not thought about it because I was price shopping dealers for trade in and did not see any special offers, so he asked if I wanted to speak to one of his sales men while I waited on my Key, I told him I was Not in the mood to speak to another salesman that day but that I would but only while I waited on the key, He introduced me to my Man, Arber Neziri Right out of the gate he was straight up and honest, I worked with only him the whole through the whole experience , I told him where I needed to be as far as payments and Arbor with the assistance of Ben worked his A#% off to make it happen and they did take some time to get it done , but the whole time I feel I was treated the same as if I had walked in with a bag of cash looking to buy so on Saturday I walked out with my 2019 XT5 LOVE THIS CAR I could go on but i cannot say enough about this Dealership and Arber but i wont , I’m going to leave it with this final note , If you’re looking for a new car and you don’t go into Tom Peacock Cadillac ( NOT NISSON ) And at least give Arber a shot at getting you what you want at the price your looking for while giving you the full 5 star service then you are short changing yourself

Extended Warranty Fraud--Warranty Fraud at Auto nation Chevrolet Cadillac - Amarillo TX (806) 356-5600-- I purchased an extended I bought a GM extended warranty from a Texas auto nation dealership in Nov 2016, took my vehicle into the shop last week, I was told by GM warranty that the dealership did not complete my paperwork and the warranty in not good, dealership accepted my payment and I have signed/processed contract in hand.
I have talked with Finance department Johnathan, left messages with Abby in finance, talked with Kim in the office, who at first said that was nothing they could do and somebody should have contacted me and was sorry. I have left messages with GM, Eddie, with no response.
When I called GM warranty, they advised me that the problem was with the dealership since they did not submit a signed contract, which I and the dealership has. My truck has been in the shop for repairs that I am waiting for over a week and this is an extreme hardship. Now Parts and Service Director, Terry, would not provide last name, said there was nothing he could do, but refund my money, yet no warranty. I was told that they would refund me for payments, yet not warranty

I worked for James Wood for 4 years as a salesman. I ended up with some health issues that stem from an injury I had while in the military. James wood acts like they care about Veterans but when I, a disabled veteran, asked for a different position they kicked me to the curb. AFTER promising me a new position. Didn’t even tell me I was fired just locked me out of my email and other work logins.
They act like they care about veterans and the community but when it comes down to it they’re just money hungry liars.
