We had a fantastic visit. Deadra Stringer was an excellent sales person. When we arrived she greeted us and inquired about what we were looking for. She directed us to the area of the dealership where the vehicles were that we were interested in. She asked if we wanted her to show us around, but we really wanted to explore on our own. It was so pleasant not to be "hounded" as most salespeople do. She said she would be waiting and if we wanted information, to test drive, or open any vehicle to let her know. We got to explore and she was right there when we decided to inquire about a couple of vehicle. She also directed us to another vehicle, which when we saw the interior color, cocoa dune, we fell in love with the color. The rest of the team we worked with were great. I can be slightly difficult to deal with. I'm picky and don't want to spend money. We will return for service at this location, even though there are 2 dealerships located closer. This is directly due to the outstanding people we dealt with when buying our truck.

He took the time to answer all questions and let us test drive as many cars as we wanted with no hesitations. I really believed he wanted is to leave very satisfied. Jewel is always friendly and helpful when I need my Cadillac serviced. This particular time I had an issue with my touch screen, needed a state inspection and my oil changed. She made sure that everything was taken care of and the service department worked efficiently to get my car back to me within 24 hours. Took my ctx in for service as engine light came on. After spending $3000 on repairs and telling me everything was ok the light came back on the next day . Back in their shop where they told me more expensive repairs were needed . They either did not fix it right the first time or maybe not at all -makes me wonder . Maybe Cadillac is just a terrible product or theIr service dept does not know what is going on . Very unhappy with service , costs, and trust .

There is NOTHING exceptional about the whole "Sewell" experiance. Purchased a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership - the entire experiace was the same as a root canal. First problem was - their business policy will not allow you to put down a down payment using a credit card - "if" you've secured your financing through the dealership. I've typically purchased both pre-owned vehicles & new vehicles all across the DFW area & never heard of this type of stupid policy. Went out - secured my own financing & purchased the vehicle & then they were perfectly happy to take my credit card as a down payment. & the entire "Sewell" experiance doesn't stop there - nope - vehicle had a fog light which appeared to be bent out of place - asked if the wouldn't mind aligning it - nope - flat out refused to even look at it - this is supposed to be "exceptional" customer service - more like (fill in the blank) service. The did supply two lovely new floor mats - totally the wrong color - because the RIGHT ones retail for a additional $20 more - I'm sure the whole sale difference is like $5 ...
So ... YA - FAIL - @ the whole Sewell Customer experiance - the true reason I even put up with all this nonsense is - they had a vehicle which I spent a month looking for & really wanted - also - due to medical reasons - will only be able to enjoy for a limited time.
In conclusion - totally & completely not impressed with Sewell Cadillac of Grapevine ...

I found the truck I wanted at Jerry's Chevrolet while I was searching the internet. From the time I called the dealership and talked to Don the sales experience was based on what I wanted and needed in a truck. When Don realized I needed special equipment he suggested the perfect item.
The orientation was also very good. Sarah was very helpful and interested that I knew and was comfortable with the dealer layout and that I know how to successfully set all the options the way I wanted them set.
This was a very pleasant buying experience. Don and Sarah were a great help with this process. I will certainly return here again.

Extended Warranty Fraud--Warranty Fraud at Auto nation Chevrolet Cadillac - Amarillo TX (806) 356-5600-- I purchased an extended I bought a GM extended warranty from a Texas auto nation dealership in Nov 2016, took my vehicle into the shop last week, I was told by GM warranty that the dealership did not complete my paperwork and the warranty in not good, dealership accepted my payment and I have signed/processed contract in hand.
I have talked with Finance department Johnathan, left messages with Abby in finance, talked with Kim in the office, who at first said that was nothing they could do and somebody should have contacted me and was sorry. I have left messages with GM, Eddie, with no response.
When I called GM warranty, they advised me that the problem was with the dealership since they did not submit a signed contract, which I and the dealership has. My truck has been in the shop for repairs that I am waiting for over a week and this is an extreme hardship. Now Parts and Service Director, Terry, would not provide last name, said there was nothing he could do, but refund my money, yet no warranty. I was told that they would refund me for payments, yet not warranty
