I recently bought a 2008 Hummer H2 from HiLine Motors — and honestly, I couldn’t be happier. Finding one of these in great condition is hard enough, but the deal I got here was incredible. The truck was in fantastic shape, exactly as described, and you can tell they truly care about the quality of the vehicles they sell. The dealership itself is spotless and beautifully organized — it feels more like a high-end showroom or car museum than a typical dealership. Every car on the floor is something special, and their inventory includes some rare, eye-catching models like the Jaguar XK (my personal favorite). The entire team made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Marcus, Radu, Sean, Sami, Isaiah, Tommy, Alex, and Lee (the service manager) were all a pleasure to work with. Before I left, they even checked my Hummer and noticed it just needed new wipers — they took care of it right away without hesitation. From start to finish, the service, professionalism, and attention to detail were top-tier. I love what HiLine Motors stands for, and from now on, this is where I’ll be buying my cars. Five stars all the way!

I was a little skeptical about this dealer but saw the reviews on Google, & we decided to give them a try. We saw a vehicle on their website that we liked & in our price range. My husband had called & spoke to Andres to see if the vehicle was still available. I preapproved online & received a call from Herman within minutes. Herman was very professional & kind on the phone. Once we arrived at the dealer the following day, Herman greeted us directly. The finance staff was kind & asked what kind of down payment we could give, with no trade-in & what we were looking for in a monthly payment. We took the 2018 Cadillac Escalade for a test drive & Herman showed us where their Service center was located. Once we returned the finance team worked on not only the preapproval I had done online as well as with another bank to get the monthly down to what we were looking for. Very happy with the entire staff. great experience for sure, It was a very simple process & was very pleased with the outcome. So we took home our used pre-certified vehicle. :)

My 2022 Suburban has been to multiple dealerships to get an ongoing issue resolved. As I am currently on a 6mo wait list I reached out to Freedom and was put in touch with Mr. Kelton. I expressed to Mr. Kelton that this is our family vehicle so I cannot leave it without a loaner. He suggested I bring it by on a Saturday because that was first come first serve. They worked with me over the phone and getting the necessary paperwork filled out and kept in touch with me about picking up the vehicle and solutions if I didn’t make it. I really appreciated the communication. I picked up my vehicle and was assured the problem was fixed. My fingers are crossed because this has been a long process. As nice as they were I’m tired of dealing with this maintenance issue. However, I would absolutely reach out to Mr. Kelton if need be because I believe he is committed to making sure the issue is resolved no matter how many times it needs to be worked on.

I'll say the opposite of Mark and Gulliver. Had looked at many listings of the vehicle I wanted, then saw it at Gulliver. Mark worked with me the week prior to the purchase, lined everything up along with Craif the finance pro, and I had the best and easiest car purchase I've ever had. Mark's great and the two-hour drive back home a pleasure as for a 2020, looked and drove like new. Mark was very honest about the car and easy to work with. Craig in finance made it very easy too. My experience at Mac Haik Dodge Jeep Ram at Katy Frwy was nothing but awesome! Our sales rep Laura Valencia was fabulous. She worked so hard on our behalf. Laura is knowledgable, honest, and fights for her customer. She found us the exact car we wanted, gave us an outstanding price and was very fair on our trade-in. The dealership is clean, friendly and has a giant tv. The GM, Will LaGrange, is personable and approachable. Will spoke to us several times and gave out full pizzas to everyone in the lobby because it was the Saturday before Christmas. Finally, Finance Manager, Zien, was extremely kind, knowledgeable and very fair with warranty pricing. Zien went above and beyond and was so extremely honest. We love the car we purchased, but we also love the dealership we purchased from. I highly recommend Mac Haik on the Katy Freewsy. Make sure you ask for Laura Valencia. You will not be disappointed!!

Thankfully, it absolutely was. Carrien was upfront, honest, and refreshingly not pushy—definitely not your typical car salesman. After we finalized the paperwork, we pointed out a few issues we hadn’t noticed. We were a bit concerned and kicked ourselves for not noticing beforehand, but he promised to make them right.
