Best dealership experience I’ve had! - Mreid96
Came in to buy a Ford F-350 Platinum and saw Woody Johnson! He was a fantastic sale person and I tried to review him but he is new so he’s not listed yet. He made the process very easy and never pressured me and I was comfortable me throughout the whole sale process. Glad I could do business with him at Korum. Top to bottom I was greeted by a great team as a whole. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!
Great vehicle - Jrod
Ian was great to work with. Got us just what we needed. Was very willing to listen to our requests as to what we needed
Awesome service! - Torque13
The person helping me there is named Max Davis and he was absolutely genuine and helpful throughout my entire experience there. I noticed that he also treats all his other customers just as great! I have a Ford truck and will always continue to bring it there due to how great the service and hospatality is. Not to mention the prices are also great! - written by Nelson
Prompt, Personable, Genuine - Happy Customer
Jordan was by far the quickest to respond to my internet inquiry on the vehicle we purchased. My search radius was large and I had numerous inquiries out. Nobody matches the prompt and personable treatment I received from Jordan. Because we were a few hours away from the dealership, he took pictures and gave me thoughtful feedback on all of the benefits as well as the flaws of the vehicle were looking at. I appreciated his honesty through all parts of the process. Eventually, he came in on his day off to accommodate our travel needs.
Even though he is across the other side of the state, I will look towards him again in the future for our vehicles.
Car Buying Made Easy @ Rich Hartman's Five Star Ford Lincoln - S. Warner
Phenomenal, exceptional, awesome, helpful, painless and easy aren't words you would normally hear when describing a dealer experience but trust me my sales team at Rich Hartman's Five Star Dealerships in Aberdeen, Washington were that and more.
I was looking for a 2018 Lincoln Navigator to replace our old minivan (something nice for my wife to drive) and came across a very well-equipped low mile Navigator at Five Star Fold Lincoln. I figured I'd just call them and see what the details were on the SUV. I call and started up a conversation with Pat Noll at the dealership and just chatted about the SUV, why it was leased for only a year (owners’ daily driver) and other pertinent information. Pat was open and answered all my questions without trying what I call the dealer conversation (monthly payment, etc.). I finally got to the point and told Pat what I was willing to pay for the Navigator, he didn't seem phased and simply let me know that he'd call the dealership owner and ask if he would accept my offer, simple as that. About an hour later I get a call from Pat, and he lets me know that we have a deal (remember the easy word above).
So, we go through the normal conversation about a car deal. I tell him I'm going to finance through my own bank, once again; no, “well you should finance through us;” he simply asks what interest rate I was getting, tells me he probably can't match that and proceeds to getting everything handled. At this point he needs to hand me over to one of the financial managers and I think, uh oh, here we go.
I get handed over to Bud Erickson and all my fears are alleviated very quickly. Pat has briefed Bud on the car, the financial information and the agreed deal. Bud runs me through the numbers, doesn't even try to up-sell me on anything and emails me a contract with nothing more on it than Five Star's standard document fee (clearly documented on their website) and a trip permit fee to drive the SUV back from Washington to California.
Pickup day comes; the dealership sends a driver to pick me and my wife up from the airport. We get to the dealership and within an hour we're on the SUV driving around doing some sightseeing in Seattle.
I could go on forever but I want to be really clear! I can't reiterate how great Rich Hartman's Five Star Dealerships, Pat Noll and Bud Erickson were to buy a car from. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership and their sales team to anyone, which is why I'm writing this review. Everything was seamless from start to finish. You can't go wrong trusting these guys.
On a quick side note, I didn't even look at the SUV before I purchased it. I know it sounds stupid, but the number of pictures that they provided to me and the description provided the sight picture I needed. The Navigator exceeded my expectations when I picked it up. They even included new floor mats while leaving the older, almost new ones in the SUV, new wireless headphones and a myriad of perks I was surprised at.
Don't be afraid to call Pat or Bud if you're in the market for a new or used car, you can't go wrong with these salesmen or Rich Hartman's Five Star Dealerships!
Great Service Experience - stampguy
Overall, an outstanding service experience. I was promptly greeted by Aaron at the service desk. He listened to me and made sure he had documented my concern. He put floor and seat covers in my vehicle and escorted me to the waiting area and made sure I was comfortable. He gave me frequent updates during the repair. When everything was done, he explained everything that was done, and thanked me for my business. My truck was washed and vacuumed, and the whole experience made me feel that I was engaged and important. I love this dealership! Highly recommended.
Don't buy a car from these guys!!!! - Sucker
It's like a magic trick that you may not catch right away. Their trick is a psychological one that I didn't catch till I got home. The idea is to keep you in there as long as possible to wear you down so not to catch the trick at the end.
They start with a fare price on the vehicle you are interested . The service manager and salesman team up to get your trust by befriending you, They get you talking about yourself ie what you do for a living ,your interests and things. The salesman will keep you talking while the service manager goes off to "work on the numbers". This takes far more time then it should. This is to slowly wear you down. Then they bring out basic paper work just to make it seem like everything is moving ahead. Then more with of becoming your buddy and trust building. Again playing the long con. They explain to you why your trade isn't worth what you think it is and tell you why even though you show them like vehicles on the market. They explain how they are actually losing money on the deal. Again with the back and forth drawing the process out slowly wearing you down. They slip paperwork in inbetween wait time to make it seem like things are moving along. Then after 3-3.5 hours they keep waiting a good 20 minutes plus and by this point you just want the xxxx out of there. Now you perfectly primed in their eyes to go into see the finance guy. They told me he was good going in and they were right. This is where the prestige of the trick plays out. He's a personable guy, your buddy right off the bat, the guy who's doing the best job possible for you. They slipped in an extra$500 on the price of the car. When I asked about it he pointed at another piece of paper in the middle of the stack and said he moved that number from hear to there making it "better for me" then he threw in an extra $3650 on the finance paperwork for a 7-year 70000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. I asked if I could cancel that at any time in reply he said yes. Technically he is correct because I haven't signed it and I could cancel it at any time up to that point. Being right where they wanted me worn down ,tired ,and just wanting to get the xxxx out of there after four and a half hours at this point I signed. That $500 and $3650 will be paying interest on that for the next 6 years. Used car guys got their xxxxy reputation for just this reason. I got hosed, I know how they did it and can't do anything about it now. Be warned

Price Ford-Rob White-Very happy with the service and sale - Bob J
We are very happy to report that Rob White at Price Ford was exactly the sales person we needed him to be. He was respectful of our wishes and courteous in our time line to purchase a vehicle, He showed he was knowledgeable about the vehicles and a pleasant person all around. He worked with Chris to satisfy us in our purchase price.
We purchased a new F150 and for the second time in my life I feel satisfied that I got a great vehicle at a great price. He was willing to work for every reasonable thing that we asked for. Rob really made our experience a happy time and he will be our sales person as long as he is there.
Coulda gone south ! - RADiamond
On Saturday I purchased a used Ford Edge from Westlie Ford. The car was in great shape inside and out and I drove off of the lot satisfied with my purchase. Great experience !
The next day, Sunday, I drove the car into town and on the way back home, a flashing "check engine light" was coming on and off intermittently. The car would run rough and then straighten out. I was able to get it to the dealership and speak with Matt, the salesman I had been working with.
I explained the problem to Matt and he asked me to leave the car with him and he would get things taken care of on Monday. He even gave me a ride back home.
Monday, I sweated what would come next. I spoke with Matt in the morning and he said that the car was out being driven to see what might be wrong. Matt called me back a couple of hours later and let me know that the problem was fixed and my car was ready to pick up.
I have to say..... things could of gone south at any time, but with Matt's help and the GREAT teamwork that was involved, I got my car back running great and I am really happy with the way things worked out. VERY satisfied customer here.

Not happy with sale or service - batduck
Promise of kickback to the first salesman (who couldnt be present on my second visit) was later denied after the sale by the second salesman. That made me rethink and cancel the items I was opting for in the sale (extended warrenty, toneau cover). Then the sun roof came off the track. The mechanic said he fixed it but the glass was not installed correctly by him. We argued and anothe opinion was required before I was proven right. I wont be coming back to Titus Ford.
Raptor $10000 over msrp - DC
Thought this was legit dealership had great experience with salesman Yager but then called to ask why raptor was marked up $10000 over msrp? Cuz they can. No thank you this dealership has lost all credibility trying to rip of the consumer cuz they can, they at least admit it unbelievable why anyone would support that kinda greed is beyond me I assume the owner needs to fuel his jet or build another manision somewhere lmao they will never see my business for any vehicle now thinking Ford allowing this is giving me second thoughts about getting a Ford they sure love bail outs while the xxxx the consumer and tax payer at same time

Great service! - Jeannie
I bought my Nissan Xterra here when they still had Nissans. I’ve been taking my car in to Portland for warranty work since the Longview one was closed. However, I recently had a sad experience at the Portland one so decided to try Columbia again and was very happy with the service. I will be returning 👍🏾
My best experience ever in 25 yrs of vehicle ownership! - Brian
This is the fifth vehicle I have purchased over the years, so I am a knowledgeable consumer. By far this was my best experience purchasing a used vehicle. Dylan bent over backwards to serve us in a genuinely caring way and to make certain our experience was a great one. We not only walked out with a good deal on a great vehicle, but were treated as more than just simply customers. I will definitely refer friends here as well as to Dylan.
Used their service dept for years, never disappointed! - scyr56
Have always had work done right the first time! Employees are efficient at taking care of any problems or work needed. They've never recommended any work that wasn't needed and prices are reasonable for the work done. I plan on being a life long customer.

Extraordinary customer service - Gary.Ronda
These are great people to work with who are respectful of the customer's time. They were fun, yet got us through the entire process which included the search for the right car that fit our needs and preferences, the test drive, the hands-on features training and the endless paperwork in a remarkably short amount of time. The folks are not high-pressure; these folks are are truly professionals and exceptional in their area of expertise. We live our new Nissan!
