Wow what a great experience Stephen Huang was awesome not pushy at all and very informative. He went the extra mile in making sure I was taken care of. I was a little indecisive on the actual vehicle I wanted out of the handful I was interested in but Stephen gave me both pros and cons for the vehicles I had chosen to help me make the best decision. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. All the staff seemed to be very attentive but if I had to do it again I would chose Stephen Huang. The guys out at the dealership were the most friendly, considerate group of guys have I bought a car from. We went there cause the internet said they had the car my wife wanted, we get there they say it's at the lot in Hermiston, I said oh we will drive out to Hermiston, they said go get a bite to eat and we have the car here in an hour, sure enough it was there. Arnold was amazing not pushy, very friendly. Then we dealt with Manny he was amazing, he worked on getting us a lower interest rate for a couple days, sure enough lower interest rate and payments. If your looking to buy a new or used car pay them a visit.

I was not pleased with the hill assist my new 2018 mustang gt. I couldn't find anywhere how to disable it. I googled and there were no step by step instructions. I called the ford customer service and they couldn't figure it out either. They said they would research it can get back to me tomorrow. Well the dealer I purchased from was on my way home so I decided to stop by to see if anyone could help me. Jon Sweigert said he wasn't sure how to do it, but he would figure it out. Once we sat in my car he figured it out extremely fast! I was thrilled. From now on if I have any questions about anything i'm not checking google....i'm calling Jon!

This is the place to buy a car. My wife and I needed a new small SUV, we have a family that needs space. We have bad credit, I was terribly injured a few years ago and was out of work for almost a year recovering, and all that that implies. We had been looking for a newer than 2007 SUV or Crossover, and my wife found a nice little rig here that she fell in love with. Our salesman, Bobby, the sales manager, Shawn, and the Financial Manager all worked hard with us for 5 HOURS, and with a small-ish down payment and a lot of patience and elbow grease, my wife got exactly the car we needed to get our family back and forth to Seattle Children's for my son's appointments. I just want to say I have never worked with a harder working and kinder salesman than Bobby and when we need to buy a car again, Valley Ford is where we will do it!!!

The price I paid was below fare market purchase value, so I knew I was getting a great deal. They also didn't try to push you into anything. I went to Price Ford Lincoln to look for a used Ford Escape Titanium. Just having moved here from Las Vegas 3 months ago, I was used to being accosted by numerous sales people as soon as I set foot on a car lot. This was quite a different experience. I was looking st a car on the lot when a salesman named Tim came over and asked if I needed some help. I told him I was interested in buying a used Escape and he replied that he had one I could look at. I really expected pressure to buy a new vehicle but there was none. He brought the car up, I looked at it and said I would think about it. He said he had another car I might be interested in at which point he brought up a Mercedes GLK. After driving both cars I was sold on the Mercedes. I told him I would think about it and let him no tomorrow. I expected to be pressured into making a decision but again there was no pressure. I called later that day with several questions all of which he answered. I went up the next day and bought the Mercedes and the whole process including financing took about an hour. It was the easiest car buying experience I’ve had. Everyone was friendly, professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend Price Ford Lincoln and Tim Zimmer to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
Worst service ever! - disappointed
I have never had such bad service. I took my car in over a month ago. Each time the service rep gave me a date it would be complete, that date was missed. (more than 5 times) Several times the rep was supposed to call me with an update, and that was also missed. There was an excuse every time. I have never been treated like this from my old ford dealer in Tacoma (Titus Will) Even with the long drive, I will now go back there. I do not expect to return to Awesome Ford again. I was considering switching to Awesome Ford before this disaster in service, and thinking about time to purchase a new car. Not from this dealer! Finally got my car back. Have to say, the end product was good. Just the in between time was so poor. At least they caught the problem with miss-installed parts before I got it back.

Our experience buying a brand new Ford Escape was totally awesome. Duane Montague was so very patient with us while we delayed in making a decision to trade our ‘13 Escape in on a “18 Escape. He was out of town on President’s Day when we decided to make the transaction so he set us up with Sandi Morden to complete our transaction decision. Sandi was exceptional in how she dealt with us. Kevin Parker was a top notch financial guy who helped us in the final deal paperwork. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience overall!
Mechanic failed to diagnose a problem with a 2010 Hyundai - uhartm
I brought my 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe in for an oil change on 24 Aug 2017, and to diagnose a clunking sound in the front end when going over an uneven road. Eric Olson was the Service Advisor. Stephen Beaman, the mechanic, found that the sway bar end links were the problem. I had him put the car back up on the rack to show me. There was no play in either end link, but I was reaffirmed this was the cause. I declined the repair but was charged $112.00. In the fall of 2017 I noticed that one front strut and one back shock were leaking so I had a local repair shop replace both struts, the end links, and the rear shocks. I inspected the old end links and there was no play in any of the four lubricated joints. But the car was still making the clunking noise so I had the repair shop put it back on the rack so I could inspect all moving parts and connections on the front of the car. Using a flashlight to see the front engine mount, I discovered the 12mm x 5 inch front engine mount bolt was missing. It had been missing for some time, and was the cause of the front end clunking noise. The mechanic should have seen that the bolt was missing when he conducted the "12 point inspection." I purchased a replacement zinc-coated bolt and nylon lock nut from a local merchant and had it installed because the Hyundai parts list didn't state the size of the bolt or the type of OEM nut. Engine mount bolts should be secured with a locking nut or cotter pin. Apparently it was a standard nut and the vibration caused it to loosen and fall off, then the bolt fell out.

I needed a vehicle but hate car salesmen. Thank God I didn't have to worry about that. Josh is extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicles we looked at and I never felt pressure to purchase or even test drive. He was never a "salesman" and simply provided guidance based on our needs. We found the one we liked, test drove it and decided to pray about it overnight. The next morning we informed him we wanted the truck and he had it ready when we arrived. The stereo needed to be replaced and he even set all of that up with the installer.
Nice and Easy Sale, but no Follow Up or Follow-Through - JB
In my life, I've purchased many cars. Some transactions were an absolute joy and easy (in and out in 45 minutes for my Land Cruiser). Some transactions were an ordeal (5 hours of negotiating for our first Subaru Outback).
We purchased a used Ford Fusion from this dealership earlier this fall. And the sales person was knowledgeable and friendly, but wasn't too flexible on the price, but that was ok. The sales process was very smooth. Our only contact with the service department on this vehicle has been very pleasant.
So why only 3 stars? Once the deal was done, we haven't heard a peep from the dealer or the sales person. No thank you notes after the purchase, no phone call to see how we are enjoying the car, or any issues they need to take care of. When I purchased a used Avalanche from a nearby dealer, we got at least one communication a year (Christmas card with hand-written note) for years after the sale.
When you come in and spend a lot of money on a car, you expect some sort of service AFTER the sale, and I hope this review will help the dealership improve on this. We love the car so far and I hope to be in the market for a newer truck within the next year. Whether I use this dealer or not is still in question. If I could give 3 1/2 stars, that would be a better reflection of our interaction with this dealership.

I was surprised by how fair the first offer on my trade was. I was expecting a low ball offer as its common with all my previous car buying experiences. With the trade value out of the way, the rest was very fast and easy. Antonio was very friendly and went out of this way to make sure the car was ready for us to drive home. I recommend this dealer.
