Frank did a fantastic job!!! Very genuine and honest. No pressure. I highly recommend Frank and Corwin Ford Tri Cities. This was the best experience I have had at a dealership.

What a great and helpful staff! - Christina
Everyone at Wendle's was super helpful and informative. They have an outstanding knowledge base that helped me in my decision making for the car that best fit my needs. Mike Delaney was especially a joy to work with as he took plenty of time and energy to assist me and his fellow employees.
Very positive experience - Sed132457
Kudos to the staff at West Hills Ford. Car buying can often be a long ordeal with the customer often leaving the dealership with a car they didn’t really want or not feeling positive about the way the sale came down. Starting with Jeremy the internet salesman. He reached out to me after I inquired about a car from the dealership. He was knowledgeable and answered my questions,. He would promptly return my calls about the specification questions I had about the auto. He never pressured me to come in only suggested I give West Hills an opportunity to do business with me. After a few weeks of getting my self educated on the autos I wanted to consider, I called Jeremy for an appointment. I was given a time and date of my choosing and met with him to discuss my needs, He was open minded and suggested that some of my specifications I had questions about the auto probably would not be necessary after I discussed my driving needs to him. I got the impression he was not trying to sell me but to match my driving requirements to my driving needs. I was then passed along to Kevin who worked with me on nailing down my specifications. Again he gave me the impression that he was more interested in me making the right purchase for my driving needs as opposed to loading a vechile up with unnecessary and expensive options. When time came to discuss price I did not feel like his main goal was to use his knowledge of pricing to the dealerships advantage. He seemed to be empowered by his management to help make the pricing a win/win for me and his company. This has never happened to me in the past with price negotiations with an auto. I think giving the sales representatives enough wiggle room to make the best deal for all is a positive for the management of the company and the buyer. I did not have to sit around and wait as Kevin would have to go back and speak with the manager and consequently come back and say it wouldn’t work (sound familiar car buyers?). My trade in was rock soiled on the blue book value. No games about this or that with the trade in. The financing was seamless and no going back or forth on rates or down payments. In fact he was able to find better financing then I could through my cu. Overall it was a very seamless transparent business deal.
Great experience! - JV
Purchased an F150 from Kevin Dickens, he was awesome and listened to all our concerns. I would definitely recommend him and Lakewood Ford to all my friends.
Ford Service - tearock511
Great service. Short wait and delivered as promised. just recently located here and am impressed with the dealership overall and the large inventory. Service department waiting area very agreeable.
Great Experience - MJK
I just wanted to write a quick review about what a lovely experience I had in the Service Department. Everyone was fast and friendly and I drove away in a clean, vacuumed vehicle. To top it all off, my punch card was full so it was FREE!
Great experience! - PDXSounder
Working with Tom Denchel Ford is always great. They have always taken good care of me when I’m buying a car or having service work done. I would highly recommend them.
Great Service Dept - Poophead
Both my wife and I have had our ford's serviced here in the past two weeks. Ric Gaddis was our primary contact and defines professionalism, respect and courtesy all with a big smile.
I don't get oil changes all that often but when I do, Five Star and Richard Gaddis have my business.
They worked hard for us!!! - 0papanitro0
This is the place to buy a car. My wife and I needed a new small SUV, we have a family that needs space. We have bad credit, I was terribly injured a few years ago and was out of work for almost a year recovering, and all that that implies. We had been looking for a newer than 2007 SUV or Crossover, and my wife found a nice little rig here that she fell in love with. Our salesman, Bobby, the sales manager, Shawn, and the Financial Manager all worked hard with us for 5 HOURS, and with a small-ish down payment and a lot of patience and elbow grease, my wife got exactly the car we needed to get our family back and forth to Seattle Children's for my son's appointments. I just want to say I have never worked with a harder working and kinder salesman than Bobby and when we need to buy a car again, Valley Ford is where we will do it!!!
Straight forward and easy - Hoovy_wa
Like many people I typically dread stepping foot on a dealership’s lot. The usual experience is one of a wounded fish surrounded by sharks.
However, my experience with the sales people at Mullinax was simple, straight forward and easy. The staff was repectful, and I didn’t waste my time with a lot of gimmicks or double talk. Using their website to preselect a vehicle and get an estimate on financing options helped make the whole transaction streamlined and transparent.
Oil chabge to new truck - Tom E
We were in getting our 2013 Explorer serviced. Sunny day so we started looking at tucks. Our King Ranch is 12 years old but we loved it. Then there it was. A king ranch. Same color. A week later we drove it away. Super nice folks. Wanted to make a deal. We felt respected and treated fairly. My experience with Price Ford is a 5 star since they opened their beautiful new store.
Worst service ever! - disappointed
I have never had such bad service. I took my car in over a month ago. Each time the service rep gave me a date it would be complete, that date was missed. (more than 5 times) Several times the rep was supposed to call me with an update, and that was also missed. There was an excuse every time. I have never been treated like this from my old ford dealer in Tacoma (Titus Will) Even with the long drive, I will now go back there. I do not expect to return to Awesome Ford again. I was considering switching to Awesome Ford before this disaster in service, and thinking about time to purchase a new car. Not from this dealer! Finally got my car back. Have to say, the end product was good. Just the in between time was so poor. At least they caught the problem with miss-installed parts before I got it back.
reasonable sales experience but not service - unhappy ford owner
eight months to install a brake controller purchased with the vehicle. Claims that they have called me but no records of these calls on my phone and they struggled to verify my number. when finally got it installed i asked to verify my service appointment is indeed on jan8th. Told there was no appointment made. Made another for the 15th - only to show up on 15th to be told it was on the 8th. otherwise friendly, wash the car when service, loaners available etc but the screw ups a bit too much.
New Car Purchase - dianw
We drove to the dealership with the intent to evaluate 3 different small SUV's. We were met by a sales rep named David, who was very friendly and accommodating. He took us through the evaluation of the 3 cars, including test driving, without any sales pressure to buy one over the other. We ended up picking a Hyundai Tucson to best fit our needs. Thank you David for your friendly and courteous approach to helping us find our new auto.
Great experience! - Melissa Lourdeau
We had a great experience with Gus Johnson. Our salesperson Jake was so helpful and nice. He even helped transferring our carseats. We love our Ford Flex!
Fast no pressure purchase - 4th new ford
Probably the easiest vehicle purchase we have had. Murphy was great to work with. Offered a fair trade with no haggling. My son came and had similar experience on a used pickup the next day b
Sales of experience - Phil_pdx
I am not a person who normally writes reviews but I felt compelled to write a quick review on Vancouver ford and in particular Tyson. Tyson was extremely helpful. I appreciate his easy going demeanor. Nice easy car buying experience.
Eric and Derekand Jason are a great group of guys to work wi - Knystuen
I have given a 5 star because we worked with a great group of guys at BUCS. Eric, Derek and Jason were very helpful with the decision we made on our purchase.
F-150 Sale - Edgardo Rivera
Prior to finally driving away with my newly purchased F-150, the navigation did not work properly and caused us to have to leave it with the dealership. This was disheartening, but the dealer we were working with was very accommodating and assured me that he would take care of it, and provided me with a brand new vehicle to use until mine was ready to be taken. This action showed me that he respected my time and business. While the vehicle was in his charge, he ensured that everything that could be worked on, would be completed upon pick-up (ie. added items included in the purchase). He kept in constant contact with me (everyday). He expressed his commitment and showed his dedication to ensuring I was happy with what he could control. I understood and therefore I ended up having a good purchase experience overall.
Wonderfully accommodating - Phillip Rakestraw
I had apparently messed up the date for my service, but Bill Mitchell my Service Manager worked me in and I was totally pleased. Thanks for your flexibility!!
Great start, poor finsih - pensomethingforgotmyname
Bought a CPO F-150 at the beginning of October. Salesman was Daryl, very nice guy. After signing paper work, I was told my floor mats and second key would be ordered, since apparently they did not have them on hand. I didn't mind waiting a bit, I was happy to have gotten the truck I wanted within my budget.
Two weeks later, I called for information. I spoke we Daryl, he said he would follow up next day with status on my license plates and my key/floor mats: he never called. A week later I go in to talk to them, speak to Daryl in person. He seemed to have forgotten who I was, I understand, he probably sees 50 new faces every day. Still no word on plates(the temp plate expired in a week) or other items, he said he would call next day: no call.
Couple days before temp plate expires, I get a call from Cody, the didn't have the title for my truck...I need to come in for a new temp plate. Go in for the temp plate next day. Talk to Daryl, he forgot who I was again. Asked about floor mats and key, he had forgotten to order and didn't even recall a key. He managed to scrounge up floor mats for me, and said he would call me to tell me when my key was coming in next day: no call.
My wife and I came back in again to sign paperwork because previous form to get plates had expired. Daryl remembered me finally. No key still same story.
Two months after buying truck, plates come. Needed them for a commercial parking permit in Seattle, but parking without only cost $200 for two months. Would have bought a truck with a title on hand if I knew.
STILL NO KEY. Talk to another salesmen he checks their on hand supply for a key to my truck no luck, so, he tells me they have a vendor come in every Friday to make keys at 3:30. He says for sure this Friday I could come in and get my key made quickly and obviously at no cost to me.
Come in that Friday at 3:45, vendor was running late. Waited 20 minutes...he was still half an hour out. I'm calling it quits...keep the key. Not going back there again.
Selling Fords is not a unique feature, lots of places sell them. I have been to lots of other places and bought cars elsewhere before, never had this very unique and poor experience. Shop elsewhere. Lesson learned, ask to see the title and all components prior to signing.
Excellent in every way! - Marilyn L.
This is the third new vehicle we have purchased from Fugate Ford's salesman Kurt Kranc. Each time no pressure, gave us a very fair trade in price, very informative in helping us decide which vehicle was best for our needs and gave us a great deal. He's a good guy and I would recommend him highly, as well as the sales manager and finance manager. We will be loyal customers. Thank you Kurt Kranc and Fugate Ford!
knowledgeable, amazing truck specialist! - abby
i was so confused when i walked into sound ford but not after working with inette wolff! she was amazing! she was patient with me, spent hours explaining everything and kindly guided me to make the right choice within the f-150s. she knows everything about trucks and along with the no-pressure staff, makes car shopping a real pleasure. so impressed and happy after being there!
Nice and Easy Sale, but no Follow Up or Follow-Through - JB
In my life, I've purchased many cars. Some transactions were an absolute joy and easy (in and out in 45 minutes for my Land Cruiser). Some transactions were an ordeal (5 hours of negotiating for our first Subaru Outback).
We purchased a used Ford Fusion from this dealership earlier this fall. And the sales person was knowledgeable and friendly, but wasn't too flexible on the price, but that was ok. The sales process was very smooth. Our only contact with the service department on this vehicle has been very pleasant.
So why only 3 stars? Once the deal was done, we haven't heard a peep from the dealer or the sales person. No thank you notes after the purchase, no phone call to see how we are enjoying the car, or any issues they need to take care of. When I purchased a used Avalanche from a nearby dealer, we got at least one communication a year (Christmas card with hand-written note) for years after the sale.
When you come in and spend a lot of money on a car, you expect some sort of service AFTER the sale, and I hope this review will help the dealership improve on this. We love the car so far and I hope to be in the market for a newer truck within the next year. Whether I use this dealer or not is still in question. If I could give 3 1/2 stars, that would be a better reflection of our interaction with this dealership.
Bad salesman and staff - RickeyC
They have 2016 Taurus I wanted to buy for CASH. The sticker said $20,244.00. On the test drive, I asked the salesman the price. He read it from the sticker to me. Once we started the paperwork, the price suddenly went to $27,995.00! When I asked about it and said that is not the price on the sticker, the salesman said he would check the sticker. My wife went out to check the sticker after he did and THE STICKER WAS REMOVED! They then offered the car for "only" $25,995.00! I asked again about the price and the salesman said there was no sticker on the window and he did not know where it went. I made an offer for an "out the door" CASH price and the salesman said he would check. As he walked away, we noticed the "missing window sticker" in his back pocket! At that point, I told my wife they were not honest and we left. They called several times since then and told me the price changed. I checked just now and it is now"only" $21,981.00!! No wonder they still have it!! Dishonest dealership and deceitful salesman and sales manager!! Unbelievable! BTW, I bought a car for CASH from another dealer and am very happy with the deal I got!
Way better experience then karmart - Kat2017
The sales person was very friendly and I would definitely recommend any one who wants to buy a car to go and check them out.
Straight forward, fair - AndyPop
Craig was terrific to work with, went out of the way to get the truck we were looking for. Now to wait for it to be delivered
Limited and unhelpful service - Lucas1
Do not expect much if you plan to take your new Ford for service. They have limited capabilities and each time I go they quote " we are a commercial truck center and can only offer basic service"
Westlie Ford Service is terrible - klarkin
They didn't follow the process for warranty claims and thought we wouldn't notice. When I questioned them on it, the service manager, Mario, got nasty with me over the phone. He yelled, interrupted me, told me that he knew better than I did, and basically said he didn't want my business. He became verbally abusive towards me. The GM, Ryan, tried to fix it but he didn't follow through on my requests either. We've been good customers for a long time so I was shocked at the treatment and it's a huge disappointment because their location is very convenient for us. However, they clearly don't want our business anymore.
Excellent experience except on bad apple! - SemperFi
-Service Department is five stars, Josh (Service Manager) and Kyle H., are awesome to work with. I have a 2000 Ford F350 7.3L and Kyle is the ONLY mechanic I will let work on my truck.
-Sales: I would rate as four stars. Yiwen "George" Li was a wonderful salesman, he and David made the transaction as smooth as a sales experience could go. The General Manager was professional and stepped in to help complete the transaction on a Certified Pre-Owned F150.
-Finance: The rating scale does not go low enough to rate Jim in finance. A zero would be providing a complete disservice to the number zero. First he was the most pushy person I have ever met. He does not understand when a customer says, "no thank you", that it should be his cue to MOVE ON. He was rude, condescending, disrespectful, and unprofessional. After telling him no thank you and no several times when he was offering the extended maintenance plan, I was forced to walk out of his office and get the GM. We have secured 1.9% financing vice the 3.9% that he offered as his "best deal". If you are purchasing a vehicle from Bellevue AutoNation, you are highly encouraged to find your own financing. Do not fall prey to his attempted strong arm tactics!!!!!!
