Went in to purchase a inexpensive car to just go back and forth to work. Nothing to fancy. Told Tracy several times that the two auto loans were recently paid off. Banks either denied or came back with high terms. Why because I had $45k in car loans. When I questioned why they ran it wrong 21 times? Well I am not finance. I didn't know and my favored " we can't correct the past." Dang i knew better. Pat Armstrong messed us up 3 times before this issue. Guess local ford dealership just isn't worth keep giving chance to. Very disappointed

If you are considering a purchase from CORWIN FORD,... - Michael C.
If you are considering a purchase from CORWIN FORD, PLEASE READ this somewhat lengthy review because this is important information that affects everyone that purchases a vehicle from CORWIN FORD.
Yesterday, we purchased a pickup from Corwin Ford Tri Cities. What was seeming to be a positive experience in the beginning unfortunately left us with a bitter feeling at the end that will not be soon forgotten. After several hours of back and forth negotiations with an admittedly very pleasant salesman, BOTH PARTIES finally AGREED on a purchase price; all was well until we were sitting down in the “signing room” finalizing the paperwork. Corwin Ford had added on approximately $1,000 to the agreed upon price for 2 “accessories” on the vehicle. FYI…these “accessories” are not optional, we were told that Corwin Ford chooses to add them to EVERY car/pickup that comes to the Corwin Ford lot and then the expense of Corwin Ford’s decision to add them is then passed onto the buyer without any option to have them removed if you didn’t want them. The deceptive part of this is that the accessories are apparently not considered a part of vehicle when negotiating the purchase price, they are considered “accessories” that are added on to the price after the deal has been made but this information is not disclosed to you at the time..
Here is how it worked…..Early in the process, after both parties agreed to a purchase price, initial paperwork was shown to us stating the agreed upon price with different options of monthly payment plans were listed below. We REPEATEDLY told them throughout the negotiation process that we were solely interested in the purchase price of the vehicle, not what our monthly payments would be. After several hours of negotiating and waiting, now back in the “signing room”, we noticed that the purchase price of the vehicle had increased by almost a $1,000 even though the monthly payments had stayed the same. When we questioned them on it, it was then that they pointed out on the initial paper, in small print, it states that the cost of the “accessories” are included in the monthly PAYMENTS shown but what they fail to tell you is that the costs are not reflected in the written agreed upon price. WHAT???…isn’t the point of negotiating a mutually agreed on price is so it can’t be changed? We assumed we negotiated a price for the vehicle “as is” and Corwin obviously assumes that they can add-on the cost of THEIR choice of accessories on top of the agreed upon price after the fact. We were told that, unfortunately, the #3 salesman neglected to point this information out to us. REALLY?? We feel that this is a very DECEPTIVE PRACTICE and was only caught by us at the signing of the final papers. So just be warned….if you’re only focused on the monthly payments that are initially shown to you, you’ll never notice that these “accessories” are added to the actual agreed upon purchase price.
In the end, it could be said “shame on us” for not walking out after catching this deceptive tactic but the circumstances of needing to replace our previous pick-up that had been totaled in an accident a week ago, made walking out not an option for us. What is more appropriate is “shame on Corwin” for not having the integrity to honor their word when negotiating a price.
We left with a pick-up that we will enjoy but with a bad feeling that Corwin Ford uses practices that compromise their integrity. This review is just to make all buyers aware.

Gave us plenty of time for the test drive. Clear and upfront about pricing and trade-in value process.

I give up!!! We purchased our 2019 F150 from Kendall Ford and once they got our money, they forgot what Customer Service is. We've had our truck in for minor fixes and an oil change. We had to have the mechanism repaired for the step inside the tailgate, however now the top piece of the tailgate pops off when anything is slid over it. It's a poor design and will need to be repaired AGAIN. When we purchased our truck we had Kendall Ford set up the install of our bed liner "Line X" and within a few months there was a small tear in the liner. I've asked Patrick to help me contact who installed the liner to ask them about repairing it. That was MONTHS ago. I have been to the dealership twice to have this issue resolved. and still nothing. Patrick took photos of the tear and told me he could contact the dealer and it would be repaired. I've called Patrick on his direct line SIX times and twice to the dealership and transferred. I have not heard back from him. Getting fed up, I asked to be transferred to the service manager to see if he could get me the information to set up the appt. myself to have the tear repaired. I have left him two messages and still nothing. Finally, I called the dealership and asked to speak to the dealership general manager. I was transferred to Vince, I left him a voice mail. He called finally called me back.
He told me that he would "personally" get me the information and call me back. That was two weeks ago. He had promised to get back to me that day. He did call me back to get some additional information, however, Vince NEVER called back with the information of which "Line X" dealer installed our liner. And again, the covid safety protocol was ignored by both employees and customers the last time I visited the dealership. I would not recommend this dealership for Sales, Service or Repair. Once they have your money, they forget how to treat their customer. I'll be using another dealership for any further service for our truck. And Kendall Ford, please don't sent me that BS reply to contact Ted, the service manager, he's just as worthless when it comes to responding to a customer. We live on So. Whidbey, it's not just a simple trek to the dealership to have things done, it's an all day event or should I say in Kendall Ford's case, "a day wasted".

We have purchased several vehicles from Columbia Ford - when it came time for a truck purchase, it was our good fortune to have the help of Matt. Quick to answer all our questions, and after a test drive, we were sold - on the truck and the price. Fair value and decent expectations. We left with a new F150 XLT that continues to meet our needs and put smiles on our faces.

Outstanding service. Jeremy and Kyle in sales and Aimee in finance were all so friendly, helpful and professional. We couldn't believe how quickly we were able to buy the right vehicle at the right price and leave the dealership feeling very good about our purchase. Kyle was very prepared for our arrival, having the car we were interested in ready and waiting at the front door to the dealership. Kyle and Jeremy worked seamlessly to get the paperwork completed and Aimee put the finishing touches on by getting the documentation completed in record time. Everyone worked hard, and always with a smile, to get us into the car we wanted at the price we wanted. This was a great car-buying experience. We highly recommend Awesome Ford.

I am a Canadian who was trying to buy a car for my sister in Seattle. We chose the car but the sales people there were the worst people in term of customer service that I ever dealt with for buying a car. They took forever to complete the paperwork so we ended up buying the car from a different dealership in the same neighborhood..

2015 F350 PSD in service dept for no a/c, traction control light & back up camera. A/c repair covered by dealer warranty with truck purchase. I’m a retired USN aircraft mech, & understand intermittent gripes can be problematic if the gripe is not present during diagnostic test. Such was the situation for the intermittent gripes. However, a/c repairs were thoroughly rectified, additionally, I requested the interior to be detailed - which is not a normal service request. I’m very pleased with the service rep communications and detailing results. Would not hesitate to use their services.
Their service team SET CUSTOMERS UP to ROB your money.... - Qijing
Their service team SET CUSTOMERS UP to ROB your money. You will pay TWICE than other Ford dealership shops to fix your car.
This is not the first time I do business with a Ford dealership. I bought my car from a Ford dealership. I did every regular maintenance and fix in Ford dealership across US as I moved from Cleveland to San Francisco then to Seattle. This one is the WORST one ever. I always know that the price in dealership is higher than independent shop. But this one charge you like you are fool.
Claudio first told me that my mustang only have battery issue, so it just need to replace the battery. I went there at 9 in the morning, and it took 4 hours for the whole process. At 1pm, Claudio came to me said the engine test is still not passed, so he wanted to borrow me a car and would tell exactly what to be fixed by next morning. What a such friendly and helpful salesman. Next morning, he said it need to replace purge valve and pressure sensor with extra labor which brought the price up to $1177.32.
After we did some research from other Ford mechanic, we found that we are overcharged by not only the material but labor cost. Please see my photo attachments to see the price difference.
Car Buying Made Easy @ Rich Hartman's Five Star Ford Lincoln - S. Warner
Phenomenal, exceptional, awesome, helpful, painless and easy aren't words you would normally hear when describing a dealer experience but trust me my sales team at Rich Hartman's Five Star Dealerships in Aberdeen, Washington were that and more.
I was looking for a 2018 Lincoln Navigator to replace our old minivan (something nice for my wife to drive) and came across a very well-equipped low mile Navigator at Five Star Fold Lincoln. I figured I'd just call them and see what the details were on the SUV. I call and started up a conversation with Pat Noll at the dealership and just chatted about the SUV, why it was leased for only a year (owners’ daily driver) and other pertinent information. Pat was open and answered all my questions without trying what I call the dealer conversation (monthly payment, etc.). I finally got to the point and told Pat what I was willing to pay for the Navigator, he didn't seem phased and simply let me know that he'd call the dealership owner and ask if he would accept my offer, simple as that. About an hour later I get a call from Pat, and he lets me know that we have a deal (remember the easy word above).
So, we go through the normal conversation about a car deal. I tell him I'm going to finance through my own bank, once again; no, “well you should finance through us;” he simply asks what interest rate I was getting, tells me he probably can't match that and proceeds to getting everything handled. At this point he needs to hand me over to one of the financial managers and I think, uh oh, here we go.
I get handed over to Bud Erickson and all my fears are alleviated very quickly. Pat has briefed Bud on the car, the financial information and the agreed deal. Bud runs me through the numbers, doesn't even try to up-sell me on anything and emails me a contract with nothing more on it than Five Star's standard document fee (clearly documented on their website) and a trip permit fee to drive the SUV back from Washington to California.
Pickup day comes; the dealership sends a driver to pick me and my wife up from the airport. We get to the dealership and within an hour we're on the SUV driving around doing some sightseeing in Seattle.
I could go on forever but I want to be really clear! I can't reiterate how great Rich Hartman's Five Star Dealerships, Pat Noll and Bud Erickson were to buy a car from. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership and their sales team to anyone, which is why I'm writing this review. Everything was seamless from start to finish. You can't go wrong trusting these guys.
On a quick side note, I didn't even look at the SUV before I purchased it. I know it sounds stupid, but the number of pictures that they provided to me and the description provided the sight picture I needed. The Navigator exceeded my expectations when I picked it up. They even included new floor mats while leaving the older, almost new ones in the SUV, new wireless headphones and a myriad of perks I was surprised at.
Don't be afraid to call Pat or Bud if you're in the market for a new or used car, you can't go wrong with these salesmen or Rich Hartman's Five Star Dealerships!
