I had rented a new Ford 250 to travel to California and pick up my horses - 2050 mile round trip. I have driven p up trucks before, but not a diesel.
Was advised by rental Co Agent that I would have to insert 2? small containers of Diesel fuel additive within the first 500 miles. Was confused about the process. Saw Lakewood from the highway decided to ask someone there about buying additive. Drove up and talked to employee Sam. Very friendly and approachable person. He checked with several knowledgeable people in the shop. It was determined that a gallon should be inserted and would last 5000 miles. That was promptly done. When I insisted in paying for the additive Sam said it was free. No amount of pressure worked in my wanting to pay. I was going to bill the rental agency. I told them that Lakewood is a great group of people. Their kindness and treating me like I was a valuable customer, when I was not, was a thermometer of their approach to customer satisfaction.

Awesome dealership! Smiles abroad from all around--must like working there. I loved my experience and my new Escape. RJ (Ranjit Singh-jimenez) met me with a handshake and smile. Had my car appraised while we looked for the right vehicle. Found the one that best fit my families need and with the diligence of management, drove off in record time. I cannot say enough good this dealership has in products, and most importantly, its people. My experience was stress free, which is very important when one makes the decision to purchase a new vehicle. There's a placard hanging from the rafters that state "Honesty! Integrity! Customer Satisfaction!..." couldn't be more true! If we buy another vehicle, West Hills will be our first and last stop.

I went to Price Ford Lincoln to look for a used Ford Escape Titanium. Just having moved here from Las Vegas 3 months ago, I was used to being accosted by numerous sales people as soon as I set foot on a car lot. This was quite a different experience. I was looking st a car on the lot when a salesman named Tim came over and asked if I needed some help. I told him I was interested in buying a used Escape and he replied that he had one I could look at. I really expected pressure to buy a new vehicle but there was none. He brought the car up, I looked at it and said I would think about it. He said he had another car I might be interested in at which point he brought up a Mercedes GLK. After driving both cars I was sold on the Mercedes. I told him I would think about it and let him no tomorrow. I expected to be pressured into making a decision but again there was no pressure. I called later that day with several questions all of which he answered. I went up the next day and bought the Mercedes and the whole process including financing took about an hour. It was the easiest car buying experience I’ve had. Everyone was friendly, professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend Price Ford Lincoln and Tim Zimmer to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Ordered a new car from factory. Got here 11 days earlier than expected. Transaction was painless and very efficient. Everything was on the car I ordered. Jerry and the closer were exceptional and very professional but down to earth. I am still walking and driving on air. Most importantly the transaction was as promised.
Worst service ever! - disappointed
I have never had such bad service. I took my car in over a month ago. Each time the service rep gave me a date it would be complete, that date was missed. (more than 5 times) Several times the rep was supposed to call me with an update, and that was also missed. There was an excuse every time. I have never been treated like this from my old ford dealer in Tacoma (Titus Will) Even with the long drive, I will now go back there. I do not expect to return to Awesome Ford again. I was considering switching to Awesome Ford before this disaster in service, and thinking about time to purchase a new car. Not from this dealer! Finally got my car back. Have to say, the end product was good. Just the in between time was so poor. At least they caught the problem with miss-installed parts before I got it back.

My husband and I originally purchased our 2016 Ford Explorer there a year ago and at the initial time of purchase the sales person was very friendly. We purchased our vehicle on a weekend, but because they were going to replace the floor mats, repair a cabin dome light and do the pre-owned certification we were not able to pick it up until a Monday.
On the Monday we came to pick up the vehicle they handed us the keys and said we were good to go. Upon getting into the vehicle we realized that the floor mats were not replaced, the cabin dome light was not repaired, and they did not provide us any paperwork for the pre-owned certification. At the time they apologized and advised that they would need to keep the vehicle for another day or two to address these concerns. At the time we wondered what the heck they did over the weekend, as they had told us we had to leave the vehicle there for them to address the issues.
None the less we were able to look past it and move on with our new vehicle. However just over a year later we have now been experiencing issues with the power steering. I took the vehicle into a local Ford Dealership (as Sound Ford is not the closest one to me) and the problem was diagnosed.
Because we were not sure what the Certified Pre-Owned Status entailed we asked the Ford Dealership that we brought the vehicle into. They said that we would need to contact Sound Ford, as they did not show it as having a Pre-owned Certification. Upon calling Sound Ford we were transferred between 6 different individuals, 2 of which adamantly argued with us that the vehicle was not Certified Pre-owned. After a great deal of argument we finally ended up with a finance manager named Joe. He did some research and advised that the dealership forgot to file the certification with the manufacturer and that they would need to try and correct it somehow on their end.
The dealership ended up offering us a loaner car, but said we would need to come and get it. Because we were already down a vehicle this was a challenge. After much argument with them, over the fact that the other Ford dealership could have started repairs right away had this shown correctly in the system they hesitantly delivered us a loaner vehicle.
On the fourth day after initial contact with Joe I finally heard back. He left a voicemail advising that everything was corrected and that we were good to go ahead and get the vehicle repaired. Upon contacting my local Ford Dealership they said that it would not be covered, due to the fact that it was at 48,950 miles instead of the 48,000 limit. They suggested we call Sound Ford for confirmation.
My husband ended up calling Joe on his office and cell phone with no returned call. We then called the dealership and spoke with a receptionist who said that she would have someone call us back by 4:30pm. 4:30 ended up passing so we called back and spoke with another receptionist who assured us that someone would call us before they go home for the day at 9pm. We sat by the phone, and not a single call.
Long story short, am I upset that my vehicle is not covered under the pre-owned certification-of course! However, I understand it is what it is. What I am truly disappointed in is the amount calls I have had to place, and arguing I have had to do just to get a simple answer. Had Sound Ford actually filed the paperwork in the first place none of this would have transpired the way it did. Now I am left having to drive 2-3 hours on a Wednesday night with a 1-year old to return a loaner car and going another week without my personal vehicle all because of their error.

Our experience buying a brand new Ford Escape was totally awesome. Duane Montague was so very patient with us while we delayed in making a decision to trade our ‘13 Escape in on a “18 Escape. He was out of town on President’s Day when we decided to make the transaction so he set us up with Sandi Morden to complete our transaction decision. Sandi was exceptional in how she dealt with us. Purchased car in 2015, each year it has needed the same major repair of the clutch. Was done under warranty twice, but less than a year after the last replacement the clutch went out again . Troy Goss service managr initially refused to warranty the work done, then lied about warranty procedures, then after he agreed to warranty the work goes back on his words and says it will be $1800 not covered. He then threatened to tow our car out to the street when we questioned and complained . By far the worst customer service ever . We have a claim open with Ford against them, and filed a complaint with the bbb. Buyer beware.

I purchased a 2018 Transit with the intent to convert it to a multi-purpose camping rig. I did my research and decided to purchase a high-roof, 15-passenger van in the Extra Length body style with a 3.7L V6 engine. I searched the internet and found Horizon Ford had one. I was able to schedule an appointment with a sales staff for the same day and went in to check out the car.
I had a little difficulty locating the lot because it has no sign, but it is the white building next to the Fortune Casino and across the street from the Great American Casino. Google Maps took me to the right place, but I drove by twice before pulling in.
The van was really clean and drove very well. The only downside is that it had a 3:73 rear axle. The salesman I was working with said it would be no problem for their shop to change it out to the higher-torque 4:10 axle. The other issue I had was that I didn't have anywhere to park it in Seattle. The sales manager was really accommodating and said he'd let me park it there while I found a space to rent to park it!
My salesman got me a quote for shop labor and parts that I could take right up to service and get the job done. Even though Sales and Service are in two different towns, the communication between them is great!
I highly recommend visiting Horizon Ford if you're looking for a new vehicle! It was a great experience!
