My purchasing experience from Mullinax Ford was great. First off, the "low upfront pricing" was right. I knew the market for the vehicle I was looking at, and the price indicated that. The salesman I dealt with was Chad James. He was very honest and upfront about all the details with my purchase. He clearly answered any questions I had, and didnt make me feel pressured to buy. The buying process was timely and I felt that my time wasn't being wasted. Overall Chad James and the rest of the team at Mullinax were friendly and pleasing to deal with. Over the 30 plus years together we have had a virtual fleet of Ford, Lincoln and Mercury vehicles. With that fleet comes associations with dealers. Most dealers will be “friendly” until the sale has completed and then they send you on your merry way. This has been our second Lincoln Navigator that we have bought from Korum and from now on this will be the only dealer that we will work with. Freddy went above and beyond to accommodate us on our purchases. Sure there are Ford dealers out there that sell Lincoln’s but Korum and Freddy know that this is a Lincoln dealer We have been treated with respect and genuine customer service.

Worst service ever! - disappointed
I have never had such bad service. I took my car in over a month ago. Each time the service rep gave me a date it would be complete, that date was missed. (more than 5 times) Several times the rep was supposed to call me with an update, and that was also missed. There was an excuse every time. I have never been treated like this from my old ford dealer in Tacoma (Titus Will) Even with the long drive, I will now go back there. I do not expect to return to Awesome Ford again. I was considering switching to Awesome Ford before this disaster in service, and thinking about time to purchase a new car. Not from this dealer! Finally got my car back. Have to say, the end product was good. Just the in between time was so poor. At least they caught the problem with miss-installed parts before I got it back.

Terrible Customer Service with Delayed Repairs - Breuner
What should have been a 1 day repair turned into a 5 day repair with terrible customer service and no real effort to make things right on their end. The main repair was a defective airbag that was recalled along with some expensive sensor replacements ($700).
The delay was due to Ford breaking a part during the airbag repair, receiving a broken replacement part, and then finally receiving a good part.
Beyond poor communication in general, Ford was supposed to send a courtesy shuttle to bring me back to the dealership to pick up the car. After 2.5 hours of waiting for the shuttle and being assured it was on the way, Ford finally told me that they had called me hours earlier and that I hadn’t picked up (something that didn’t happen) and decided to not try to have someone else reach out me.
On top of everything, Ford did not offer a complimentary rental car even though the main repair was the recalled defective airbag. Since the repair was supposed to be for 1 day, I didn’t get a rental car due to cost. With the extended timeline, this led to having to hassle my wife to use her car during the work week.
When I finally checked out and explained the massive inconvenience, all that was offered was a complimentary oil change worth about $50 (less than 10% of the value of my service). If they had been more accommodating due to the massive inconvenience, then fine. hHowever, with everything that happened and such a tiny effort to make amends, I am thoroughly pissed at such a piss poor effort on their end to make things right.

I live in Southwestern Utah but summer on my boat in the PNW with Bellingham, WA as my summer port. In the past I have had great mechanical service for my 2001 F350. that I travel up to Washington state in. Recently I asked Interenet Sales Scotty Kerbein to help me locate a very specifically equipped F350 Powerstroke, 4x4 dually just before going home. Scotty amazingly located said vehicle and we negotiated a satisfactory purchase price. Unfortuatley the vehicle was located remotely and was sold out from under us but undaunted Scotty found and referred me to a dealer that had the same exact vehicle only 300 miles from me not the 1300 miles I would have had to travel to pickup at Diehl Ford. Kudos to you Scotty as I am enjoying my new F350 equipped to my exact specifications.

OMG.... Purchased a used vehicle with my son - his first car. As part of the deal they said that they'd throw in a tank of gas...they only filled it half way. On the way home, found that the radio doesn't work - that was not disclosed to us. When we opened the trunk, there was half an inch of water in it. No integrity and I will not deal with them again.

I purchased a 2015 f150 , love the truck, the dealer sucks. It is a Canadian truck an reads in kilometers . I have to re set my dash every time I get in my truck. They will not fix it . I have ask many times , its too expensive to fix is what I have been told. They said they would be happy to sell me a new truck .. urgggg.... I bought this truck in the U.S. not Canada. I also bought a new suv the same week. They must have not gotten enough money from me to fix my truck. I feel screwed an used. Frontier Ford is laughing all the way to the bank . Makes me mad every time I have to change my dash to read in MPH. Screammmmmm

Evergreen Ford sold my daughter a pre-owned 2011 Chevy cruse and warranty. Benjamin assured us the pre-owned car had a complete 126 point inspection and the warranty was the best in the business and was hand picked by the owner of the Chevy and Ford dealerships. The car was having mechanical issues the day after purchase and the car was in the shop twice before the first payment, so much for the complete 126 point inspection, repairs were completed and covered by Evergreen Ford. The car was having more issues shortly after making first payment, took car to Evergreen ford for repair and was told to take the car to the Chevy Dealer. Evergreen Chevy said failed turbo fitting is not covered by the warranty would cost $700 for repair, so much for the hand picked warranty.
Called Benjamin, who now called "pre-owned car" a high mileage used car, he told me he would be happy to direct me to someone else.
Bottom line: Cars been in the shop three times in the first six weeks of ownership and will cost $700 in repairs before second payment. Don't buy a used car from Evergreen Ford and if you do don't be taken in by the warranty.
Received a call from Tom Noe General Manager Evergreen Ford who generously offered to cover my daughters out of pocket repair costs. This has restored my confidence in this dealership. Having purchased new vehicles from Evergreen Ford and Chevrolet in the past with a positive experience.

I purchased a 2018 Transit with the intent to convert it to a multi-purpose camping rig. I did my research and decided to purchase a high-roof, 15-passenger van in the Extra Length body style with a 3.7L V6 engine. I searched the internet and found Horizon Ford had one. I was able to schedule an appointment with a sales staff for the same day and went in to check out the car.
I had a little difficulty locating the lot because it has no sign, but it is the white building next to the Fortune Casino and across the street from the Great American Casino. Google Maps took me to the right place, but I drove by twice before pulling in.
The van was really clean and drove very well. The only downside is that it had a 3:73 rear axle. The salesman I was working with said it would be no problem for their shop to change it out to the higher-torque 4:10 axle. The other issue I had was that I didn't have anywhere to park it in Seattle. The sales manager was really accommodating and said he'd let me park it there while I found a space to rent to park it!
My salesman got me a quote for shop labor and parts that I could take right up to service and get the job done. Even though Sales and Service are in two different towns, the communication between them is great!
I highly recommend visiting Horizon Ford if you're looking for a new vehicle! It was a great experience!
Nice and Easy Sale, but no Follow Up or Follow-Through - JB
In my life, I've purchased many cars. Some transactions were an absolute joy and easy (in and out in 45 minutes for my Land Cruiser). Some transactions were an ordeal (5 hours of negotiating for our first Subaru Outback).
We purchased a used Ford Fusion from this dealership earlier this fall. And the sales person was knowledgeable and friendly, but wasn't too flexible on the price, but that was ok. The sales process was very smooth. Our only contact with the service department on this vehicle has been very pleasant.
So why only 3 stars? Once the deal was done, we haven't heard a peep from the dealer or the sales person. No thank you notes after the purchase, no phone call to see how we are enjoying the car, or any issues they need to take care of. When I purchased a used Avalanche from a nearby dealer, we got at least one communication a year (Christmas card with hand-written note) for years after the sale.
When you come in and spend a lot of money on a car, you expect some sort of service AFTER the sale, and I hope this review will help the dealership improve on this. We love the car so far and I hope to be in the market for a newer truck within the next year. Whether I use this dealer or not is still in question. If I could give 3 1/2 stars, that would be a better reflection of our interaction with this dealership.
