Not surprisingly I went through 3 sales contacts during the 11 months my Maverick was on order. Ty was the person helping the final transaction. Elizabeth Kimple and Zack Jones were also helpful previously. The dealer added $449 for coating and nitro in tires, I did not request it but was told the dealer did this with all new cars. I would rather have had a choice.

Pingrey's has always been great. I bought my F250 diesel crew cab truck used from Stewart Subaru and the salesman who we always go to and I had a lot of questions about the onboard displays and settings. He called a friend at Pingrey's and had us go there and the salesman there came right out and walked us through it all and reset a lot of things then got us a second key fob. Really great experience. Now whenever our truck needs servicing (five years now) we always go to Pingrey's as they are the nicest most friendly bunch to work with. As a side note the salesman from Stewart went to work for Pingrey's later on.

So, so, SO amazingly satisfied with my experience here. I worked with Bryan Camp ordering my Bronco back in April, and he kept me updated every step of the way while I waited. He was incredible to work with and made sure to explain everything to me, so I understood the process and made sure I built my car exactly how I wanted it. Everyone at this facility was extremely kind and welcoming, AND they gave me my favorite car ever :) who can complain about that?!

My son bought a new Ford Escape hybrid in 2021 when he lived in Alaska. He moved to Spokane in April of this year. At his 30,000 mile service he took it to Wendle. He informed them that he had a clunking noise in the front end. They failed to fix it. Now, 5000 miles later, they have discovered that the inner tie rod is damaged. In my opinion it should be covered under warranty. They told him that it was caused by water damage and therefore it isn’t covered. Well, over $1700 later it is fixed. Also, he now needs to buy a new set of tires because his original ones wore out prematurely due to the tie rod going bad. I have owned Fords most of my adult life. In fact, I have two right now. If they can’t make a vehicle that water won’t ruin the inner tie rod within the first year, I will never own another. I would definitely NOT recommend Wendle Ford. I will be contacting Ford Motor Company with a complaint.

I purchased a brand new Lincoln Nautilus on September 6th, 2022. When leaving Harris Ford Lincoln in my new vehicle they advised "sorry you have a low battery and multiple warning indicators. Hopefully they will go away in a few days." I had to drive 50 miles home. Three of the tires were severely low. There was a film of oil on the inside of the front window causing poor visibility in the sun. There was trash under the front passenger seat. My family attorney was shocked to find out one of the warning indicators was for the airbag-seatbelt and yet they allowed me to drive it home. The definition for the airbag-seatbelt warning light states "The airbag light indicates that something is wrong with the seatbelts or airbags. That means that it's probably not safe to drive with the airbag light on. If it stays illuminated in your vehicle, we recommend having it towed to the dealership rather than driving it yourself." They knew it was illuminated yet put my safety in danger and sent me down the road. I sent a detailed written complaint to the General Manager Luk Blackwell. I sent several written complaints and he didn't even respond for almost a week. When Luk Blackwell responded he didn't even apologize, say he was sorry or show any concern for the danger he put my family in. His response was cold, no compassion or concern for me or my family. I could have died in a collision and Harris Ford Lincoln knew that when they delivered the vehicle. WARNING Do not buy from Harris Ford Lincoln. They deserve a 0 out of 5 rating but I had to give them a 1 out of 5 to share my horror story. Please share with family and friends. You potentially could save a life!

Price Ford did as well as a dealership could under the condition of a 7 month wait for the Hybrid Maverick that we ordered for purchase. I think that Ford Motor Company could have been more forthcoming with information to both dealer and buyer about their delay of product. Our sales person, Brooklyn, kept the deal alive by being positive and upbeat all the way.

The only reason I'm giving these guys 2 stars instead of 1 is I've been very pleased with their Toyota dealership for 30 years. Ford? .. Not so much. The three salesmen I've worked with aren't interested in "waisting their time" with me if I'm not ready to buy something today. I came in and called to get info on a 2022-2023 Maverick. They don't have any inventory they haven't inflated the price on by $10K and me wanting to talk about ordering one is a waist of their time... I won't waste MY time with them again.

First time at Lakewood Ford. They lost my trust. I scheduled service for an oil change. Selected the Ford Factory Service which according to the website includes a top off of all fluids including DEF (see pictures). When I picked up my truck the DEF was not topped off. I returned to the service desk and asked about this. Georgia, the service representative told me they do not top off DEF as part of the service. When I told her and the other service representative sitting there that it is listed on the website as part of the package, they said they could top off my DEF but they would need to charge me $5 a gallon. Unhappy, I left and called the dealership to try and rectify this situation. I was transferred to the service manager (Ginger, I think) left a message with my concerns and still have not received a call back. Starting to wonder what else was left out that I thought I was paying for. Did they really rotate my tires? Did they remember to drain the fuel/water separator? I hope the mechanic didn’t overlook the oil filter. A little snarky, I know, but valid concerns when you are trusting someone to give you what you paid for when there’s really no way to verify. Now, I have to find a different place for my next service…..

Worst service I have ever had!!! I’am a 59 year old retired man and I had just bought a private party 2000 Ford Excursion w/126,000 miles (lots of life left) for Mrs Quinn to tow her horse trailer. Shortly after the purchase the vehicle had to be shutdown due to some weird sound (and an engine light), but still started up fine & idled. However, to avoid any damage I had AAA “tow" the vehicle into Pat Armstrong Ford's dealership. Prior to its arrival, I contacted the GM a Mr. Jon “JK” Kuhnhenn personally and gave specific instructions to him and the service advisor, a Mr. Jake Smith (both) to be sure it was connect to the Ford computer (IDS) "before they started it again" & to perform a thorough diagnostic ONLY while connected to a computer. Then, instead of towing it into the service bay as previously discussed, someone started the vehicle then, actually ran & drove the vehicle, apparently according to the shop foreman for several minutes while NOT connected to the computer! And, you guessed it, seized the engine! Then, they called and said, "I needed a new engine and that it was my problem".
The Dealer was clearly, "NEGLIGENT" in their Dereliction of Duties, while my vehicle was in their custody and care.
Filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office, but they have no real power to do anything. Dont use these guys, BUYER BEWARE!!!
