I hope someone from corporate reads this as we did have one complaint, the process of getting our military rebate was extremely difficult and made things a little frustrating for us. Surely ford can come up with a better, easier, faster way to verify military status!! We spent the whole afternoon trying to get the website to recognize that my husband was a retired captain in the naval reserves and in our opinion took way too long and made us very frustrated.

Suzie has been my Service Writer ever since this facility opened. She knows my Explorer better than i do. Last week I walked in and she said, You need an Oil change right? I said how did you know and she replied, because I have seen you in awhile. Now this is personal service!!!. I have come in with a tail light out and the technician fixes it on the spot and I only pay for the bulb. When the car has need more lengthy service, Suzi always manages to find me a loner car. When I do come in for minor service and wait, they have an incredible waiting room with free WiFi and a big screen TV. Please a large window that looks out onto the service floor where you can watch you car being taken care of. They have nice easy chairs, table and even a computer work bench. Free coffee and Popcorn. This is The Best car Service Department I have ever dealt with.

This was my first experience with this dealership and I have found my lifelong Ford dealer & service team! I took my Ford Explorer in to be serviced and everyone here from sales, parts & service were outstanding! I didn't see one person in the store, customer or staff, that wasn't happy and kind. Nate from the service team checked me in, offered me a shuttle ride to work, told me about the service being performed as well as the time line for getting my vehicle back and sent me on my way. Upon getting my vehicle back I was given a top to bottom explanation of my vehicles health and once again how the "surgery" on my car went. They washed my Explorer, treated it well and treated me even better. Unlike most dealerships who love you when they're ringing your wallet dry, these guys treated me like a VIP and all my work was under warranty! I would absolutely recommend Skagit Ford for all things Ford!

This is the place to buy a car. My wife and I needed a new small SUV, we have a family that needs space. We have bad credit, I was terribly injured a few years ago and was out of work for almost a year recovering, and all that that implies. We had been looking for a newer than 2007 SUV or Crossover, and my wife found a nice little rig here that she fell in love with. Our salesman, Bobby, the sales manager, Shawn, and the Financial Manager all worked hard with us for 5 HOURS, and with a small-ish down payment and a lot of patience and elbow grease, my wife got exactly the car we needed to get our family back and forth to Seattle Children's for my son's appointments. I just want to say I have never worked with a harder working and kinder salesman than Bobby and when we need to buy a car again, Valley Ford is where we will do it!!!

2017 Ford Edge purchase - dickj
I have purchased 11 new vehicles since 1955. Saturday I had an appointment with Tom Horne of Korum Ford in Puyallup, Washington. We discussed what type of vehicle I was interested in. Mainly a 2017 edge Red in color with Michelin tires. He stated he had exactly what I wanted and guided me to the vehicle on his lot. The asked if I would like to drive it after I looked it over thoroughly and we went for a test drive over various types roads to see the handling characteristics, Power etc. I was impressed with the turbo engine and we sat down in his sales area to formulate a deal. It didn't take too long to come up with an agreeable Price for the new one as well as my trade-in. I met the sales manager call my finance manager and was very impressed with them also. All in all this was the smoothest trade I have made in my life. I can only rate everyone involved as excellent! This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Korum. Absolutely no high pressure tactics involved at this dealership like you find many places. Just good old hometown type sales. I certainly appreciate the way I was treated and will continue to do business with Korum Ford.

Bad salesman and staff - RickeyC
They have 2016 Taurus I wanted to buy for CASH. The sticker said $20,244.00. On the test drive, I asked the salesman the price. He read it from the sticker to me. Once we started the paperwork, the price suddenly went to $27,995.00! When I asked about it and said that is not the price on the sticker, the salesman said he would check the sticker. My wife went out to check the sticker after he did and THE STICKER WAS REMOVED! They then offered the car for "only" $25,995.00! I asked again about the price and the salesman said there was no sticker on the window and he did not know where it went. I made an offer for an "out the door" CASH price and the salesman said he would check. As he walked away, we noticed the "missing window sticker" in his back pocket! At that point, I told my wife they were not honest and we left. They called several times since then and told me the price changed. I checked just now and it is now"only" $21,981.00!! No wonder they still have it!! Dishonest dealership and deceitful salesman and sales manager!! Unbelievable! BTW, I bought a car for CASH from another dealer and am very happy with the deal I got!
First Brand New car at age 60! - macruryonline
I've owned almost new cars, but this is my FIRST new born car! I came in looking for a used car but left with a brand new one. Between the rebates and incentives for the 2017 Ford Focus, the price was slashed to an unbelievable low price.
My salesman was JR and I highly recommend him as your salesman. My credit is just above Fair due to student loans and other old debts that I am still paying on. But, Peter in the finance department worked hard to get me financed and now I have the car of my dreams.

Do not expect much if you plan to take your new Ford for service. They have limited capabilities and each time I go they quote " we are a commercial truck center and can only offer basic service"

They didn't follow the process for warranty claims and thought we wouldn't notice. When I questioned them on it, the service manager, Mario, got nasty with me over the phone. He yelled, interrupted me, told me that he knew better than I did, and basically said he didn't want my business. He became verbally abusive towards me. The GM, Ryan, tried to fix it but he didn't follow through on my requests either. We've been good customers for a long time so I was shocked at the treatment and it's a huge disappointment because their location is very convenient for us. However, they clearly don't want our business anymore.

-Service Department is five stars, Josh (Service Manager) and Kyle H., are awesome to work with. I have a 2000 Ford F350 7.3L and Kyle is the ONLY mechanic I will let work on my truck.
-Sales: I would rate as four stars. Yiwen "George" Li was a wonderful salesman, he and David made the transaction as smooth as a sales experience could go. The General Manager was professional and stepped in to help complete the transaction on a Certified Pre-Owned F150.
-Finance: The rating scale does not go low enough to rate Jim in finance. A zero would be providing a complete disservice to the number zero. First he was the most pushy person I have ever met. He does not understand when a customer says, "no thank you", that it should be his cue to MOVE ON. He was rude, condescending, disrespectful, and unprofessional. After telling him no thank you and no several times when he was offering the extended maintenance plan, I was forced to walk out of his office and get the GM. We have secured 1.9% financing vice the 3.9% that he offered as his "best deal". If you are purchasing a vehicle from Bellevue AutoNation, you are highly encouraged to find your own financing. Do not fall prey to his attempted strong arm tactics!!!!!!

i went in after seeing great ads but when i asked to see the car they said it was sold. so we checked out other comparable cars but as we were looking i noticed the ad car i came in for was parked around blocked in! i checked the vin and yes it was it! i asked if it is sold, whats it doing still on the lot? their reply was that they input the wrong stock number.... needless to say, i lost all faith and left.
