I went to Price Ford Lincoln to look for a used Ford Escape Titanium. Just having moved here from Las Vegas 3 months ago, I was used to being accosted by numerous sales people as soon as I set foot on a car lot. This was quite a different experience. I was looking st a car on the lot when a salesman named Tim came over and asked if I needed some help. I told him I was interested in buying a used Escape and he replied that he had one I could look at. I really expected pressure to buy a new vehicle but there was none. He brought the car up, I looked at it and said I would think about it. He said he had another car I might be interested in at which point he brought up a Mercedes GLK. After driving both cars I was sold on the Mercedes. I told him I would think about it and let him no tomorrow. I expected to be pressured into making a decision but again there was no pressure. I called later that day with several questions all of which he answered. I went up the next day and bought the Mercedes and the whole process including financing took about an hour. It was the easiest car buying experience I’ve had. Everyone was friendly, professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend Price Ford Lincoln and Tim Zimmer to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
Worst service ever! - disappointed
I have never had such bad service. I took my car in over a month ago. Each time the service rep gave me a date it would be complete, that date was missed. (more than 5 times) Several times the rep was supposed to call me with an update, and that was also missed. There was an excuse every time. I have never been treated like this from my old ford dealer in Tacoma (Titus Will) Even with the long drive, I will now go back there. I do not expect to return to Awesome Ford again. I was considering switching to Awesome Ford before this disaster in service, and thinking about time to purchase a new car. Not from this dealer! Finally got my car back. Have to say, the end product was good. Just the in between time was so poor. At least they caught the problem with miss-installed parts before I got it back.

Michael Holden explained all the tech items in our new Escape, very patiently. That was last year & he is now going to do a Sync update for me to see if that solves a back up camera problem. Hopefully that will do the trick instead of having to go to service department. He has been so helpful to us, from day one. Bickford Ford is number 1 in customer service, and Michael is invaluable. After a heart breaking shopping adventure I received a phone call from Gus Johnson Ford dealership on Sprague Ave in Spokane. I let a couple days go by to gather my thoughts of what I really needed in my life. Still determined to get that pick up ! Well that deal was not for me. Mak was very professional, patient, and friendly during the whole process. I had't purchased a new vehicle in over 9 years. I greatly appreciated not being pressured in any way. Very very happy with the purchase of our 2017 Ford Taurus. Justin was our salesperson and he was great in helping to put together the deal. Also, to GM Andre for his part in making the purchase possible. This was my best car buying experience. The number one reason was that you knew what your monthly payment was going to be before going into finance to sign the paperwork. Hats off to Frontier for doing it this way. Normally you agree on what the car will cost you a month. Then, they send you in for financing. If you select an extended warranty and other options, your cost per month goes up more than what you originally agreed to. I now have a beautiful car that my wife and I can enjoy and be proud of.

I saw a used 2011 black Tundra on Car Guru. I called and spoke to Antonio at Horizon Truck Center, who was very friendly and pleasant, he verified that the Tundra was still available. I told Antoinio I was coming down from Lynnwood, WA, and Antonio said he would get it ready when I arrived and it was. There was no sale pressure for my experience of trading my old 97 Honda Accord for the Tundra. Antonio made me very comfortable and very upfront about my experience. He had Carfax ready, he was very knowledgeable about the Tundra, and answer all my questions about the Tundra. From this great experience, I of course brought the Tundra and very happy. Also after driving home I found out that I forgot the garage opener in Honda. I made a call back to Horizon Truck Center, and Antonio of course got it ready when I arrived. Thank You for making my buying a truck experience stress free and easy.
Nice and Easy Sale, but no Follow Up or Follow-Through - JB
In my life, I've purchased many cars. Some transactions were an absolute joy and easy (in and out in 45 minutes for my Land Cruiser). Some transactions were an ordeal (5 hours of negotiating for our first Subaru Outback).
We purchased a used Ford Fusion from this dealership earlier this fall. And the sales person was knowledgeable and friendly, but wasn't too flexible on the price, but that was ok. The sales process was very smooth. Our only contact with the service department on this vehicle has been very pleasant.
So why only 3 stars? Once the deal was done, we haven't heard a peep from the dealer or the sales person. No thank you notes after the purchase, no phone call to see how we are enjoying the car, or any issues they need to take care of. When I purchased a used Avalanche from a nearby dealer, we got at least one communication a year (Christmas card with hand-written note) for years after the sale.
When you come in and spend a lot of money on a car, you expect some sort of service AFTER the sale, and I hope this review will help the dealership improve on this. We love the car so far and I hope to be in the market for a newer truck within the next year. Whether I use this dealer or not is still in question. If I could give 3 1/2 stars, that would be a better reflection of our interaction with this dealership.

Service department - Stotzilla
Service department is not great. Had my truck in multiple times for something new to go wrong after I took it to them. Had an issue with an engine surge and took it in. They said they fixed it and was free to go. Walked into the parking lot and my truck was completely dead. They charged it only to find out Lynn batteries were now fried again (3rd time with these guys). Last time in there was my final time as I hadn’t my truck in a 1.5 months previous for injectors. Blew the same injectors plus 3 more and said my truck would be done Wednesday. Well I call Thursday mid day to be told “the mechanic reminded me it’s 105 in the shop and I’m in an air conditioned office and if you want your truck done to quit calling to see when it’s done.” Don’t waste you’re time with these jokers. Average stay for the truck in their shop was over a week. Go to pingrey
