It all started with the parts manager, Jordan. Classy fellow. Bird fan. He ordered the exact tires that I asked him too (I even supplied the part number). There are a number of people (idiots) that could have gotten that wrong. Jordan didn’t. I bet he rounds his total up at Taco Bell for da kids. Back to Geoff. G-Unit (as 50 Cent calls him) was able to squeeze us in on a Friday. A Fri-day. Literally unheard of. This guy was getting ready for fantasy football drafts and he still was able to do his job. Enrique, Mariah, Chad Kroger featuring Josie Scott all sang songs about Geoffrey (his government name). Hero. Everyone talks about mailmen being the real hero’s of society. Nah ah. I’m glad to report that our tires are wonderful. Round, thick, black, sometimes wet in the right setting. Oh geez. Where was I? Great experience. Thanks Geoff, ma and pa should be proud. USA!

I went in to look at the Durango with no intention of purchasing it that day. I had had a bad experience with Russ Darrow in Milwaukee in the past, so I was hesitant to go. Working with Joe and Jon on the purchase of my new Durango got rid of any hesitations I had. Joe was very responsive to my questions and helpful. Jon was able to get the finance rate that I wanted. I got a decent price on my trade-in. I ended up leaving that day with my new Durango. So far everyone I've talked to at the dealership in West Bend has been great. I wouldn't hesitate to go back in the future.
