We went there looking for a replacement for our beloved 2015 Ram which had just been destroyed by an uninsured unlicensed driver while we were on a trip. We figured that we would have to wait weeks to get our insurance company to settle the loan on that one. We found a 2020 that we loved. We were afraid it would sell before we could buy it. Somehow they handled it that day and we were able to bring it home that afternoon. We found a couple small issues and and they fixed them no questions asked. When we are looking for a veoagain Luther Chrsler in Hudson will be our first stop. The Sales Lady and the Service Tech we dealt with were awesome. Thank You.

I went in to look at the Durango with no intention of purchasing it that day. I had had a bad experience with Russ Darrow in Milwaukee in the past, so I was hesitant to go. Working with Joe and Jon on the purchase of my new Durango got rid of any hesitations I had. Joe was very responsive to my questions and helpful. Jon was able to get the finance rate that I wanted. I got a decent price on my trade-in. I ended up leaving that day with my new Durango. So far everyone I've talked to at the dealership in West Bend has been great. I wouldn't hesitate to go back in the future.
