My second visit to Northend was a total success. In a nutshell, I was rescued from a car crisis by Dave and left the lot with a splendid replacement vehicle. Dave was respectful and professional and went out of his way to help me traverse the nerve-racking trail of switching insurance companies and paying off a previous car loan. Other staff members were equally supportive and helpful.

THESE MEN ARE SCAMMERS, I bought a car from them less than two months ago, when I called I spoke to a very rude man named Mike who didn’t validate ANY OF MY CONCERNS he told me to ask nicely and be less condescending. All because I told him I have a $16,000 paperweight in my driveway with HIS companies name on the back of it!! All I can say is BIG MISTAKE, HUGE. Will make a huge fuss until they acknowledge their lemon!

I had a very wonderful experience at this Toyota dealership. From the minute I came in and was introduced to John Devine, I felt at ease and not at all pressured into buying a car. He answered all of my very many questions, and helped me find the Toyota that was right for me. And since I’ve purchased the car, I have called a few times with questions and he was willing to answer them without hesitation. I told him I probably would continue to call with questions and he said that would be absolutely fine and that he would be there to help me in anyway he could. Recently purchased a 2024 Toyota Rav 4 from Toyota of Watertown. Initially, I wanted a Ruby Red Flare Rav 4 but after seeing the car in person, decided I liked the Magnetic Gray Metallic color better. After I realized this, I contact the Kenny Wright who is one of the sale managers there. He kindly agreed to sell me the car with the color I wanted even though he had to order the Ruby Red Rav and it was already delivered to his dealership. I have bought several Toyotas in the past and Kenny was the most patient, fair and responsive sales manager I have ever dealt with. Also, the finance manager Marat Alaverdian was pleasant to deal with. He explained all the paperwork thoroughly and did not pressure me to buy anything extra I did not want. If you are looking to purchase a Toyota, definitely call Toyota of Watertown and ask for Kenny Wright; he is the BEST!
