I had been having my 2016 Legacy there and the Service Team had always gone out of their way to make me feel like they had my back! I could trust what they were saying and they never, ever made me feel like I was a number and then I met Bruce! Bruce took me through the leasing process for my new Crosstrek! He listened to my concerns and worked with me to get the vehicle I wanted without stress or frustration! Everything was simple from the agreement to sticker! I can’t imagine using another dealership! When I walk in the door at Mastria, I’m greeted like an old friend… and that’s the way it’s been for the past 3 years! They are the best!

I'll share some of the process today. I decided to buy a used car over the last four or five days, so I contacted four to five dealers, but none of them could satisfy me. Finally I got in touch with Alex. He discussed the negative points of the car with me, which I really liked. The whole process went smoothly from the beginning. There were a few problems at times, but I'm not upset about it because that's normal when buying a used car. Anyway, thank you very much, Alex. I hope to see you next time.
