I had my daughter's car service here for a oil change a few weeks ago . I was informed that the airfilter needed to be changed and was quoted $65 plus tax. Even knowing I can do it myself for like $35 I told Park Ave to do it this way its done. I receieved the car back, oil change done , air filter changed and car washed. When I went to pay for it the service to change the airfilter was now $93 with a EPA charge of $9 and $12.50 misc charges added. My service adviser was not available and I had to leave so I paid it and reached out after. The service adviser told me those charges were for EPA disposal and supplies used to clean my car? Regardless these charges were not disclosed to me and if they were I would of told them not to do the service . Dealers can charge what they want but they need to be upfront about it. I asked for the undisclosed charges of $22 to be removed but never heard back from anyone. I do not like when dealers are not upfront with fees especially when they are xx, and do not get back to their clients to fix it. If this is how they do business then they lost a good customer and I'll go elsewhere. I am hoping they see this complaint so maybe we can fix this since they don't respond to emails. If not I know I need to go back to Prestige BMW. I bought my car from Park Ave and had a great experience which is why I gave them a chance to service my vehicles. I never had a problem like this before servicing my cars and I don't want to start now!

I recently purchased a 2026 BMW X3, and even though the vehicle wasn’t initially available on their lot, Jaymar quickly located it at another dealership and arranged to have it brought in without any hassle. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Jaymar took the time to walk me through every feature, option, and amenity, making sure I understood all the bells and whistles that came with the vehicle. There was no pressure—just genuine care and professionalism. The entire team, including the managers, was welcoming and focused on delivering a first-class experience. It’s clear they value their customers and work hard to build lasting relationships. I couldn’t have asked for a better car-buying experience. I am an out-of-state buyer who traveled over 200 miles to purchase a vehicle from Open Road BMW in New Jersey, and my post-sale experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. After the purchase, it took approximately three months to receive my registration, and during that time no additional temporary tags were provided. I was pulled over twice due to expired temporary tags while waiting for the dealership to complete their portion of the process. In total, it took about five months to finally receive my vehicle title. Throughout this entire period, I received little to no clear communication regarding the status of my paperwork. Each time I contacted the dealership for updates, I received different answers from multiple staff members, which created confusion and unnecessary stress. I communicated with Michelle Pichon (manager), Paul Moomjian (manager), and Muhammad Shoai (salesman). Not only was the information inconsistent and conflicting, but staff members frequently shifted responsibility onto one another instead of working together toward a solution. At different points, I was given completely different explanations for the delays — including being told that the title could not be released because the vehicle had not yet been paid off — while other staff members provided unrelated or conflicting reasons. This lack of coordination made it clear there was little internal communication or accountability. I was repeatedly told to contact the MVA, even though my portion of the paperwork had already been completed before I left the dealership. It became clear that the delays were due to internal disorganization rather than any action on my part. What made the situation worse was the lack of accountability and meaningful support. Despite months of delays, the dealership did not offer fair compensation. The only suggestion was a short-term rental for a few days — while I was still expected to make monthly payments and maintain insurance on a vehicle I could not legally drive. As a customer, I felt my concerns were not taken seriously and that responsibility was constantly shifted instead of resolved. Out-of-state buyers should proceed with caution and thoroughly research post-sale service experiences before purchasing from this dealership. Due to the lack of structure, communication, and accountability, I cannot recommend Open Road BMW based on my experience.

I dropped off my car Friday morning at 9:15am. I called today, Saturday at 12:50pm. My car has not been serviced or have I received a call with an update. When you attempt to call in to speak to the service dept, the phone will go unanswered and calls not returned. When I had my car serviced in BMW South Miami, they were much more organized. I offered to pick up my car on Friday afternoon and dropped off again Monday morning since it would not be worked on till then. The Service Advisor said that would restart the appt process. Basically it takes this center on average 3 days to check your car before a quote can be provided.

This is a corporate-run dealership (Open Road) and it feels like it. All dealerships are numbers based, but the good ones try not to look like it, and they show that they value relationships. This is not one of those dealerships. First, the place needs fixing up; it looks and feels outdated. A number of the bollard lights were broken out front. One or two of them laying on the ground with exposed wire...odd to say the least for a German luxury brand dealership. I leased a car here before, the experience was okay. But there are BMW dealers in the area that will definitely provide a better experience. They wouldn't budge off of MSRP on an M car, which in some markets I get. But there are other dealers that will negotiate. You may have a different experience, things change. Salesman was definitely nice and friendly, but all in all buying a BMW should feel like a premium experience. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I bought my car there, but would not buy another one. The service department has, shall we say, a credibility problem. On 3 different occasions I called to obtain quotes for service work and parts. Each time they quoted me one price, but then tried to charge me a higher price once the work was completed -- even when I had the original quotation from them in writing. Then, they gave me attitude when I actually expected them to honor the prices that they had quoted to me in the first place. BMWs are great cars, but I would never again buy one that was not within BMW's full-maintenance included, bumper-to-bumper warranty period unless I knew a very good non-BMW german car mechanic.
