Just wanted to share my great experience at Asheboro Honda last night. On the way home, my Kia with 231k miles finally gave out on me, so knew it was time to buy a new car. Walked in 1 hour before closing at Asheboro Honda and Aaron Bell greeted me. Asked what I was looking for and showed me the new 2024 Accords. Was able to explain all the differences between the different trims and made my decision easy! Not at any time did I feel rushed or not important even though the dealership had already closed by the time I got into finance. We just purchased a 2026 Passport Trailsport Elite Blackout. When we walked in everyone was dressed so nicely and professionally. We were greeted by the front desk lady and then our salesperson, Brandon walked over. He was very welcoming. We were originally looking at a CRV but after being in a bad wreck that totaled my car I quickly realized it wasn’t going to be big enough. My husband asked if we could see a Passport. When we walked out to look at it it was the Trailsport Elite Blackout and when I saw the black wheels with the “brown/black” interior I knew I was in love. This feeling increased when I drove it! It was up high and very spacious. I loved all the features. During the process we spoke with I believe both managers and they were very accommodating and helped make this purchase possible for me on a teachers salary! We didn’t purchase it that Saturday bc I just needed a little time to process. Brandon followed up Monday morning and we went back that afternoon and finalized everything. In addition to the vehicle, we added a few extra necessities that made me love my car even more. During our time in finance he explained everything to us and was also very professional. Our entire experience couldn’t have gone any better, including getting the service department to install the few extra add ons. The service department was very helpful, nice, and prompt! I definitely recommend Brandon and the entire Indian Trail Honda family!

I stopped by the Service department today to get the batteries in my key FOBs replaced and had the pleasure of meeting Louis. He replaced the batteries with a speed and expertise that was quite impressive. I told him I was having issues with the trunk release on my Accord, and he immediately figured out the remedy. Louis came out to my car and showed me the button in the glove compartment that was causing the problem. He completed all of this in record time and was so pleasant, not to mention having a great sense of humor! I will be returning when I am ready for my next Honda!

May 2026 I bought a 2026 Accord EX-L Hybrid from Mitch and Mike; an efficient and pressure-free process. Mike gave me a great deal, Mitch gave me great service and that's what matters. And the car was clean. Buying a car is fun, negotiating isn't always. Admittedly, I got in my feelings when I thought I was being taken advantage of. I jumped to conclusions, versus asking questions, and I looked and felt like an a$$ as a result. I apologized, still...I mucked up!. They did not. Great experience overall, from a dealer that I have done business with repeatedly. By far, the most effieicnt transaction since my first one from them in 2008. Mike P or Mitch K.

Beware - do not trust this dealer. I put a deposit down on a car and they sold it to someone else first thing the next morning. Would not recommend doing business with them at all based on my experience. Since I was traveling to purchase a car, they asked for a larger deposit ($2,500), initially insisting it would be non-refundable for any reason. Ultimately, they agreed it would be refundable if and only if there was an issue with the car. I accepted, paid, and made travel arrangements to pick up the car first thing on Monday morning. I paid the deposit around 6:30pm on Friday, shortly before they closed for the day. When I was at the bank on Saturday morning around 10am (to get a cashier’s check) just an hour after the dealership opened, I got a call saying there was a problem and someone else bought the car. They insisted it was an oversight and there was nothing they could do, as the sale had already been completed in the first hour the dealer was open.
