We bought a cat from Gus 2 and a half weeks ago. Gus was amazing. He gave us what we needed for trade in and we got the car we saw online. We live 6 hrs away and did everything by text and email. He even drove three hours to meet us half way to deliver the car. The car is amazing and I love it. With that being said, the finance department leaves something to be desired. We have and still are dealing with finance. We went through our own bank because we are established with them and knew it wouldn't be an issue and it wasn't. The issue is the lack of communication with Jose in finance. My bank is still waiting on a document he has failed to email over. I have emailed Jose n finance and called Jacob, the manager, and have not heard back from either. Gus is AMAZING but finance, definitely not.

Fidel Martínez is a fine salesman. He's patient, emlathetic—and persistent! My only complaint about Kia of Round Rock is that they declined to transfer the specialty plates from our old car to the new one. The result will be a lot of unnecessary paperwork and a long delay while we wait for the DMV to send new plates to the dealer, which I will then have to take to the DMV (or maybe it's the county tax assessor-collector) to swap them for the specialty plates.

Jake is incredible, friendly, knowledgeable, unlike other dealerships or sales agents that make you feel pressurized in buying a car by using aggressive sales tactics, Jake just offered facts about anything we asked and made it a pleasurable experience. Jake sold us our daughters 1st car and we will be back to see him for our sons car soon and for as long as we will be needing vehicles he will no doubt have all of our return business.
