From the beginning of our conversation, there was a calm confidence to the way he spoke. He wasn’t pushy, didn’t rely on tired sales tactics, and most importantly, he listened. It sounds simple, but it’s surprisingly rare. He asked thoughtful questions, understood my needs quickly, and communicated clearly without overselling. I was told there was a deeper issue with the check engine light. If it returned, this other price needed to be replaced. On Friday I had the piece changed. Sales Manager Lamore Merchant was the best! Aside from being a lovely person, he did everything he could to meet my needs price-wise, resulting in me buying a car from this dealership. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. Answered all my questions and explained what I needed to know. Allowed me to leave a deposit and come back the next day for another test drive. The only negative about the process was the extremely long wait time for all aspects of the transaction to happen. Perhaps this was because I was there on the last day of the month and it was very busy. Otherwise......I was very pleased.

We had a bit of a misunderstanding at first but the GSM called me about it and we were able to resolve it quickly and come to terms on a deal. I did my credit app on their website and when I got to the dealership I was in and out in about 30 minutes. All paper work was ready to go and no upsells during the financing. Overall a very good and easy transaction. I had a question about something the next day and the sales rep wrote me back right away and gave me the answer with a video so even I could figure it out... The point is they were responsive even after the purshase was completed.
