It is with great pleasure that I post this review of this excellent business in Paradise Pa.  After much searching across several states, I located the exact vehicle I have been interested in. My first contact was with Ty in sales and he graciously accepted my deposit. The following Saturday I travelled almost 4 hours, one way, on my quest for the vehicle. On arrival, I met Anthony in sales who was fantastic. Personable, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time with me, made sure I took advantage of any available discounts, and guided me through the process. Scott was also very helpful, demonstrating some of the advanced features on this brand new Camaro Convertible. Mike in the Finance department was also very kind and patient working out the actual numbers with me. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the overall buying experience at this business. Buying my new car was a great experience at Williams Chevrolet in Elkton MD! The salesperson, Rachel Kalmbacher, was knowledgeable and happy to answer all of my questions. In addition, she was patient and understanding when it came to informing me about all of the car's features once the purchase was made. I left the dealership feeling prepared to fully enjoy the numerous 'bells and whistles' that the vehicle offers. The General Manager, Steve Musick, introduced himself and made me feel welcomed and cared for. The Director of Sales and Finance, William Little, did an amazing job of walking me through all of the myriad of details that go into the actual financial transaction involved in the purchase. He made a process that can seem overwhelming as pleasant as possible for me. I left Williams in my new car, feeling proud to be a part of this wonderful team who cares for their customers with respect, kindness, patience and great attention to detail! I don’t usually write long reviews, but this one is well deserved. I purchased an Audi SQ8 from this dealership on April 1st, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating, disappointing, and dangerous. Shortly after taking the vehicle home, I noticed one of the tires was damaged — a visible chunk was missing from the sidewall, which, upon further inspection, is clearly visible in the listing photos. That alone should’ve raised red flags during any proper inspection before sale. I reached out to the dealership immediately and got no response. I then had to call multiple times for days to follow up, and each time, I either got brushed off or heard nothing back. I was passed around with no resolution or accountability. Eventually, the tire blew out completely, putting me in a dangerous emergency situation. Because this is an all-wheel drive vehicle, Audi’s own official guidelines recommend that all four tires be replaced simultaneously for safety and performance. Driving with mismatched tread on an AWD car risks damaging the drivetrain and voiding the warranty — which any qualified dealership should know. I had no choice but to replace all four tires at a major, unexpected cost of nearly $2,000. When I finally got someone to acknowledge the situation, the dealership offered to only reimburse me for one tire. Even worse, over 7 days have passed, and I still haven’t received the promised check or any kind of follow-up. Once again — silence. To make matters worse, I also experienced issues with my trade-in. The dealership waited over a month to pay off the remaining lien, which resulted in a late payment fee and a derogatory mark on my credit. When I reached out repeatedly to get clarity, I was once again ignored. What frustrated me the most, though, was how I was treated when I finally spoke with Frank Sorrentino. Instead of listening to the valid concerns I raised and acknowledging the facts supported by Audi’s manufacturer guidelines, he talked down to me as if I had no idea what I was talking about. I came to the conversation prepared with information, photos, and documentation — but was met with condescension and dismissal. This is not just about money — it’s about safety, transparency, and basic respect for customers. I gave the dealership seven days to respond and make things right in writing. That deadline has passed with no accountability, no professionalism, and no resolution. If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership — especially a high-performance or luxury car — I strongly urge you to have it independently inspected before signing anything. Don’t assume they’ve done their due diligence, and don’t expect much if issues arise afterward. This has been one of the worst vehicle-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Buyers, be warned.

WOW how bad can you treat a person ASK THE GM TONY!!!!!!!!!!!Buying a $80,000.00 Truck I filled out all the paper work for financing pulled my credit send over all documents ins. cards drivers license everything they asked got verified from there bank. I was under the impression I could sign using e sign but they told me no because of fraud they was happing I said no problem booked a flight ($300) while one the phone with them for the next day sent them my itinerary because they told me they would have someone pick me up at the airport and bring me to the dealership to do paper work and sign and drive truck back home and i was happy to do it . Then they tell me they can't sell me the truck because of my id drives license was not real I told them it is and was issued by the state of new Hampshire and is 100% real and but I will also bring my passport they told me no thats probably not real. LOL ONLY ME my response was I cant fly without a id or passport and you see my fight info with my name and address on it ... IS THIS EVEN REALLY HAPPENING . I asked the GM Tony to talk to his boss and he said that no-one is his boss he is the boss and he told me in a nicer way to F OFF AND POUND IT NO DEAL AND HUNG UP. I called back and talk to the operator and I told her what happen and she put me on the phone with Tonys boss I told him the situation and he said let me look into it and I'll call you back before end of the day never got a call back still and its been 24 hours I own 6 different business if any of my over 120 employees ever handled or acted like that to a Customer they would be let go immediately. i hope the owner of the dealerships reads this review or the last few witch are all 1 star and makes some changes but I know 1 thing they lost my business and every plat form I get I will copy and past this review.. 40 years old and by far the worst experience I ever had.. 80k going to a different dealership not this xxxx hole.. Tony I think you suck as a gm and person customers like me pay your salary and keep places like the one you work at running Thanks Rocco
