Always available to answer questions by text or phone. I found the exact Tuscon Limited that I wanted at an out of town Hyundai dealership and Michael quickly coordinated getting the car to Tallahassee. Micheal O. gets an A+. With knowledgeable assistance from Major Lowe in Finance, we completed the deal! Major explained items thoroughly and happily showed us all warrenty and payment options. General Manager, Jeff Golden checked on us several times to ensure everything was going smoothly. Never thought I would buy a Hyundai, but after extensive research and their consistent great ratings, I got my sassy red Tuscan Limited with all the bells and whistles!

I recently purchased a 2024 Range Rover from Step One GMC Cadillac Fort Walton Beach, and I had an outstanding experience with Karen, Johnny, and General Sales Manager Jason Alston. From start to finish, Karen was professional, patient, and very easy to work with. She kept me updated by text and phone, sent clear numbers up front, and had everything prepared before I made the trip in from out of town. When I arrived, the vehicle was exactly as described and there were no surprises. Johnny in finance did an excellent job coordinating my Bank of America business auto loan. He respected that I already had my own financing in place and made the process smooth, efficient, and pressure-free. Everything was explained clearly, and the paperwork matched exactly what we had discussed. Jason’s leadership and support were also evident throughout the process. I bought an 09 1500 from a different dealership on the beach in 2018, i was having a re-occuring problem with some sensors. after three months a new transmission the problem was still there. i called Bob Forte Motors and i feel like a fool for not going directly to me. they fixed the problem in four days, and i dropped it off Friday after hours and picked it up Monday afternoon. this was in the spring. since then i have had a lot of work done to my truck , a lot of it preventative maintenance, and they have been straight shooters. i cannot foresee taking my vehicle anywhere else. they are located 26 miles from my house and they are worth the drive. The price may be a little high on labor but good work ain't cheap and cheap work ain't good. I just found a place with cheaper tires and installation closer to my house, but I am still going to see Anthony. I love the way i feel when i leave, not a worry in the world that my ride is anything less than reliable and ready. thank you so much!!!!! Robert Beauchamp
