In 2018, I contacted a friend abou car shopping. I had reviewed Consumer Reports & decided to checkout a Toyota RAV4. She asked around &, though we live in Lexington, we were referred to Frankfort Toyota & Greg Woods. Greg was knowledgeable, patient, & kind as I made my decision to purchase the RAV4. A friend contacted me a few months ago, asking for the name of my "guy" at Frankfort Toyota. I was happy to refer her to Greg & she purchased a 2025 RAV4. Unfortunately, in October 2025, someone plowed into the passenger side of my car, both airbags deployed & my car was totalled. Of course, I contacted Greg, he continues to be courteous, knowledgeable & patient. I purchased a 2025 RAV4. If shopping for a Toyota, I recommend Greg Woods at Frankfort Toyota!

And the Financial Person “Abdul” was very impressive also. Very polite, very efficient, did not waste my time, explained everything in easy to understand conversation. I am very upset bc I sent a message to this dealership and I have still not received a response. I complained about the fact that simple things like resetting my oil change maintenance menu doesn't get reset, my fluids are not being checked or if they are they are not being topped off, windshield washerfluid. And this last time my tire pressure was not checked as all four tires had different air pressure, 2 had too much, one was low, one was extremely low!!! Then I took the technician out to show her a rust spot on my car by the door handle when had occurred from falling snow/ice off of the roof. I have an extended warranty in addition to the bumper to bumper warranty. I don't understand how something that simple can take a brand new cars paint all the way down to the metal causing rust and I was asking for answers, which I didn't get and still have not gotten, nor have I gotten as much as any kind of a response of any kind!!!
