The service department.representative was very pleasant, helpful, and was able to work me into a spot. Upon my arrival, she and the technician that completed my service were pleasant, asked questions, listened to my responses, and provided answers to my questions.. The service completed appears to have been done well, and was completed in a timely manner. The service here is terrible. They are always short-staffed on technicians. It takes weeks to get an appointment. When you finally get your vehicle in for the appointment, it can be several days before someone looks at it. Recently, they had my car for a couple of weeks, saying that the part they needed was held up in Mexico. I went into the office only to find out that the part had arrived a week before. I've had to bring my vehicle in multiple times to address the same issue. The first time they misdiagnosed it, they fixed the wrong issue. The second time, they claimed to fix it, only to find out that the problem still existed the next day. It won't be long before I sell this car and move on from Jeep.

I was in the market for a new Alfa Romeo Stelvio. There are three Alfa dealerships within an hour of me so I emailed all three asking for pricing and availability. To be fair, none of them got back to me. I was most surprised by Suburban though because I can’t get other Suburban stores to leave me alone when I didn’t a KBB Cash Offer inquiry that got sent to a Suburban Chrysler of Ann Arbor and Suburban Ford. I ended up buying from another Alfa store. Still sorry I didn’t hear back because they did have the best selection. But I can’t drive an hour each way just to find out they weren’t close to where I needed to be with price,
