This dealership has held my car hostage for eight days the service technician Was rude to me stating I just didn’t like his answer. It is there for an extended warranty that Kia put out and they don’t want to follow protocol. I have spoken to Kia care about 20 times email the general manager spoken to someone from corporate who stated they will get back to me and I have not received one single phone call from anyone in eight days and they will not give me a loaner vehicle Terrible, terrible company, and service
