I have used the Lexus of Omaha service department for the past 20 years. In my most recent service appointment I had the pleasure of working the Gerardo. He managed my appointment, was professional and clearly understood what I wanted done. I asked for a major service to include new tires and a battery. After a general inspection of my vehicle additional concerns were raised by the technician. Pictures were made available to me with the option to accept or reject the additional work. I’m happy that Lexus does a complete initial inspection looking for and identifying any problems that exist beyond the work that was asked for. And, I spoiled myself with a VIP wash which is a several steps above the complementary wash. The detailer did an excellent job inside and out. I also requested valet service and Gerardo was able to hook me up with a late model RX which I truly appreciated. I could not be happier with the service that Gerardo and the Lexus team provided. These men and women are efficient, highly competent and skilled.

Jacob was efficient and fair. He seemed to really know and appreciate all the variables i wanted to consider when making my next vehicle purchase. One helpful bit of feedback I would like to add is perhaps figure that "the finance department" is going to take an extra hour if you choose to work with them. I came in with pre-approval in hand, north of 830 credit score, and was requested by Jacob to let them try to see if they could beat an already very attractive offer. Short story version, they did. But I didn't expect it would take over an hour for one bank to look at my credit profile.

Very Friendly atmosphere. Our sales rep, Julian, was great, he was very helpful! We had slight misunderstanding with the initial deal but that was rectified with a new deal and all parties seemed happy. Our only complaint was with the finance team. If we didn’t have that experience, this would’ve been a 5 star review. Just overall an unprofessional and unpleasant experience with the finance team.

Scott went beyond sales to help me get into a used Cadillac on his day off. He not only brought the car to me to test drive, but later the same day he took me to my credit union to pick up the check to purchase the Cadillac. The lot was closing at 6pm and he talked to finance and arranged for finance to wait until we could get back there with the check so I could drive home! Briefly, I had been without a car for 5 days due to a car accident in April, where my Cadillac was totaled by my insurance company and I was stranded due to unusual circumstances.
