From the moment we placed our order, he was super communicative — constantly keeping us updated while the vehicle was being built and during delivery. His friendliness and easygoing personality made the whole process stress-free; I felt completely comfortable talking with him, unlike many other salespeople I’ve dealt with in the past. He was also very transparent about pricing and options, and genuinely worked to get us an amazing deal. I never felt pressured — just supported and informed every step of the way. I had a great experience with Envision Toyota. I was in the market for a Sienna minivan and did a lot of research across different dealerships/websites for months and compiled data on price offerings. Envision offered a great price for the vehicle given its attributes, and also gave me the appraisal that I was looking for on my trade-in. I had a pretty seamless experience at the dealership; Jose was my salesman and Carlos was my finance guy. They were both friendly and helpful, and went through the normal sales motions without ever getting too pushy. Plus the dealership had a BBQ with burgers/hot dogs and a kitchen stocked with beverages, which was very welcome since we were there for a few hours during lunchtime. I'd recommend this dealership.

I would like to extend my highest praise 10 stars to Toyota of Santa Monica, particularly to Arnold Funes, the Internet Sales Manager. After conducting some research last night, I became interested in leasing a brand new Toyota Prius XLE. I submitted an inquiry through an automated system that notifies all Toyota dealers, and by morning, Arnold was the first to reach out to me. At 11 a.m. sharp, Arnold was ready to discuss the details. He texted me, saying, "It's Arnold from Toyota Santa Monica. We can do $3,000 down and $380 per month. That's the best offer I can provide for you." A few hours later, I was inundated with calls from various Toyota dealers across Southern California, each employing the same sales tactics. However, none of them came close to matching Arnold's offer. Even after I shared the details of Arnold's proposal, many dealers expressed skepticism and joked that I might be getting played. Ultimately, the deal went through, and I ended up with an even better offer. This dealership is genuinely committed to their customers, and Arnold's dedication and work ethic certainly deserve recognition and a raise. I wholeheartedly recommend Toyota of Santa Monica to anyone serious about leasing a new vehicle. If you're in the market, this is the place to go.

Extremely good experience. Very organized, and everything went smoothly. Knowledgeable and nice consultant. Service center seems excellent, although for their warranty, you have to get the work done there, rather than at a local place, so it's quite a long drive for us.

I had a routine service on 9/30/25 and Tom Anderson told me that I have 2 recalls which need 2 days to fix them and just schedule it as the parts are available. I schedule the recall service on 9/30/25 and dropped off.my car. The technician told me only one recall can be done today because inly one part is available. But then Tom Anderson called and said the parts are not ready and I need to pick up my car. It was waste of my time and it was unefficient and unprofessional from Toyota service department.

Was pre-approved or also ready to pay cash for vehicle, Karen Cruz stopped returning my calls after emailing and testing her several times. Alex Velasco (Sales Manager) has terrible customer service skills, and was never willing to hear me out. Add Ons at his dealership are a joke.....STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
