I just purchased my third Subaru Forester from Cityside Subaru and wouldn’t even think of going to another dealership. Everyone I met on the sales team was very friendly and nice. The salesman, Mark Lidano, who waited on me was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and how it compared to others in the fleet. He was very thorough and I never felt any pressure to buy. The facility is brand new, spacious, and comfortable to wait in. There was minimal waiting as they streamline the whole process. I drove all the way from Rhode Island to Raynham, MA just to work with them — and it was 100% worth it. The reason? My local dealerships kept playing games with pricing. I’d ask for the out-the-door number, and I’d still end up getting vague answers or pressure tactics. Tim and the crew at Silko were a breath of fresh air — honest, upfront, and super knowledgeable. Sean DeSilva was very professional and treated me right. I came into the dealership with an ongoing A/C problem. The A/C would not hold a charge, even after the condenser had been replaced (known Honda Civic problem). They replaced it at no charge. I am happy now and we will see if the new condenser last like it should this time.
