Staff are great, respectful and listens. Soon as we get out of the car, the staff encourage us to think of what type of vehicle we wanted. Then he showed us the varieties of cars, and the features. When we test drive the car, he showed us the different highlights of the car. I am impressed more of how respectful and great Ruben Banks is. If any of you wants to change a car, I highly recommend the Ford Tuscaloosa branch. Everybody in this branch are great people.

Service dept. was great! Sales dept had the wrong aftermarket windshield put in and now the front collision doesn’t work and says it not their problem! I paid $258 dollars to Stivers ford to tell me they put in the wrong windshield when I purchased it! They replaced it because it was cracked. Now $1200- $1300 dollar will fix it! They made the mistake of and I should not have to pay for it!! $12-13 hundred to fix plus $258 to find the problem..it has been several months from when I bought the truck but I haven’t put 1500 miles on it when the problem showed up and less than 7000 miles in 11 months.

Marlos immediately started working on my power of attorney and had all the paperwork ready to sign in a matter of 30 minutes. Kenny had patience with me and my two screaming children, allowing me to feel comfortable in my decision.
