That being said, I have worked places that you get pushed behind "Real Customers" as if you weren't important. I was never treated like that.. Hubby and I were not sure what we wanted so we took many test drives...Willy was patient, kind and very professional with us. He was never pushy or made me feel like I was wasting his time, even though I felt like I was. Once we chose our 2019 Chevy Traverse, everything went quickly and smoothly in finance with David Ide...... Again he was not pushy, super nice and professional. We have purchased vehicles from this dealership before and have never been disappointed. Allen in the service department is always there when we need help, and he has never failed us in advising corrective actions needed for our vehicles. We just bought another 2018 Grand Cherokee, and Sean was our sales representive. He was simply outstanding and patient while my wife made up her mind as to which jeep she wanted. There was no sale pressure, he just wanted us to be sure and happy about our choice. Richard from finance was really helpful and answered every question we had. He walked us through the entire contract, and he made it simple and advised me correctly when I asked about extended warranties. We bought only what we needed for the extra time we felt we would keep the jeep past the 3 year/36 month time frame. It was the honesty, no pressure, and caring attitude of people like these guys that keep us coming back to this dealership.

Told me to buy part from their parts dept. And they would install for free. I gave ok. After taking the front end of my truck. They said the bill would be 250.00. I was told you dont like that to bad. We will put it back together. I said ok took 15min to put back together. Tried to inflate the bill.

I would like to send a Big Thank You to Traivon Myers. My wife and I were looking to get into a newer car without stretching our budget.
From the moment we walked in Traivon was a big help. I first started the conversation by letting him know what were looking for; as far as price points, down payment, financing, and type of car. My wife and I routinely rent vehicles so we were knowledgeable in what we wanted in our next car…and while not being too picky we were looking for a deal.
Travion immediately listened, then showed us around the lot, letting us pick out a few cars matching what we were looking for before we even took a test drive. After testing out 4 vehicles I asked him to run numbers on one of the vehicles (but I was not totally convinced if that was the car for us).
While he did this, my wife started looking a few vehicles that I had thought would be out of our pricing and came back with 3 more select vehicles. We then sat there with Traivon and as he worked up some pricing. As it turns out, he was able to work with us to get a pricing point we felt comfortable with on one of the vehicles my wife selected.
I just want to say thank you to Traivon for his patience and all he was able to do for us. I would definitely recommend Tempe Chrysler Dodge to anyone looking for a new car and I would highly recommend Traivon Myers as your service agent.

Worst possible dealership to work with in the USA - Bill Luckett
We are from Arkansas and broke down in Peoria, AZ with a brand new 2019 Dodge Ram. The service Dpt could not get it to do what it was doing. ( That's usually the way it goes). We were stuck between a rock and a hard place. We had no choice but to buy another new truck as we could not be broke down on the road with my wife's End Stage Renal Disease being on Dialysis and me being a disabled Vet with serious health problems of my own. We have never been treated so poorly and pressured and taken advantage of on a vehicle deal. Our truck that we had has 4000 miles on it. We traded into another 2018 ram 1500 being 11000.00 upside down in it. We were assured by "Joel" a closer I think. that we were not upside down because of the rebates and so forth. The only person who spoke the truth to us was Aaron in finance. And yes we are upside down in the new truck. and I'm not sure, but it appears the are selling my old 2018 as a Certified Pre-owned Ram. The service dpt at Larry miller advised us it was not safe to drive. I will pursue this to no end. I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau of Phoenix, AZ today and will contact Ram Corporate and a attorney. I don't care if it costs me 11000.00 in attorneys fees. I will have this resolved !

A real no pressure - straight forward place to go buy a car that makes you feel like they actually care....and I think they really do! Mike Harn - our sales guy did all the heavy lifting before we even got there in terms of getting the price he knew we wanted to pay. No tag team tactics. Found that the tires needed balancing after the test drive and they did that while we waited - test drove it again and we were hooked! Loved it! Then on to Steve Hill the finance guy - and he made the whole process easy and fun. We didn't do financing, but still - there's a lot of paperwork - but he made it perfectly clear for us and quick too. I highly recommend these folks. I can say that Jones is going to be where I get all my future cars! They ROCK!

Horrible service at this dealership, do not buy cars from them! Just awful customer experience. I took my Dodge Durango for service this morning (BTW this is the same place I bought my car brand new) at 10:30AM and the service agent Marvin told me there were only 4 cars ahead of me and for me to leave my car that they should get to it today by 3PM. He does not call me all day, I come to see what’s going on at 5PM and he tells me there are 15 cards ahead of me and that they will not be able to see my car and probably not tomorrow. He said “My Fault” and that’s it, not even apologize for being wrong or offer solutions, possibly giving me a quick rental or something, nothing. Just horrible service!

This is the third Jeep we've owned that was serviced by this dealership! Only Jeep dealership around to keep warranty service records. Examples: Walk-in service, we're too busy, come back after 1:00p.m. Return at 1:00 p.m., do you have an appointment, we're still too busy, come back tomorrow. Came back next day, what, we don't make appointments for routine maintenance!
Attempted to schedule 30,000 mile service on-line, 06/13/18, and next available time was on Tuesday, 06/19/18. Service Manager e-mailed me at 11:00 a.m. to confirm request and stated that someone would be contacting me to schedule appointment. On 06/19/18, still have not heard from service department. Sent service manager another e-mail, but have heard from no one at Hatch!

I bought a used Dodge Journey from Chapman payson store, vehicle had a few issues, the dealership choose to fix one of them, but not all of them, I emailed the sales person to express my concerns and he said he would have Bill call me. Bill emailed me on Thursday 4/13/17 and asked me the best time to call me, I immediately email back and said anytime at my cell number. I emailed Bill a week later to ask why I hadn't heard from him yet and still have heard a thing! Joe

Tates Ford in Holbrook AZ is over all dingy, water stains all over the celing. No soap dispenser in mens room. A secluded oil change took one hour and 45 minutes. After an hour and a half waiting we were told we were next in line for the wash. After 15 minutes we were told there were 2 ahead of us? Not sure how that works. Anyway the whole experience was bad. Glad we are from Michigan and won't have to deal with them again. Time for Ford to do some inspections of there dealerships. This place was run and looked more like a old truck stop...
New 2017 Ram Malfunctioning GPS - Ten4Nick
July 2017 purchased 2017 Ram. GPS malfunctions tells us we are in a restricted area (Tucson, Freeway, Sahuartia, Vail everywhere). Has us take frontage road or through residential areas. Jon and his supervisor told us we can update the GPS for $800, this is a brand new car and we purchased a NEW GPS, but we can now pay an additional $800 to update. Jon and supervisor can not replace the GPS because it would cost them $800. Jim Click can take your money but can't spend $800 of their money to make things right. Yes, we are sorry we purchased from Jim Click, stuck for life 😧 HEAVEN Help Us!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! - Delia
Unable to give ZERO stars. I have had the absolute WORST experience EVER! I really wanted a Jeep so I bought it here. Yuri Trump was my sales person. The WORST, most pushy sales person I have ever experienced. I almost didn't get a Jeep just because he was so horrible, but I broke down and purchased the car I wanted, even though it killed me to give him a sale. Weston was my finance person and he was WONDERFUL. I didn't want to buy the night I was there because MY car that I was trading in needed to be cleared out, but I let them talk me in to it. I use it for work and had a ton of event stuff in it. Yuri was supposed to take the car to my house so I can unload it, but by the time we finished the paperwork it was going on 9pm and there was no one left at the dealer ship to follow him over.
I was PROMISED that I could leave my belongings IN the car and come at a later date to clean it out. I had a bunch of work supplies, a canopy, personal belongings etc in it. I didn't want to do that, but they assured me everything would be safe and fine. They were aware I was going out of town for the weekend.
Fast forward to the next week when I could go get my belongings. I had been in constant contact with the dealership so they were aware I still needed to come get my things.
I called to make a time to pick them up and Vanessa (very nice customer service rep) had put me on hold to check. She came back and told me that they had SOLD my car with all my belongings IN IT!
I had my son's letters from boot camp were in there, my sons High School Year books, work items and more!
I am so angry and beside myself. If I could take the Jeep back and be done with this company I would! Stay away! Once they have your money, they could care less about you. ALL of my personal and work belongings are gone and there is nothing I can do about it.
Typical Used Cars Sales- All they want is $$$$$$$$$$ - Disappointed
This dealership is typical of used car sales, high pressure, untrustworthy and just want the money.-There is no follow-up after sale if there are problems. I attempted for a month to talk to someone and then the person didn’t believe me and said it was his sales staff’s issue. BLUF-do your due diligence before and walk away if deal is not exactly what you want. They do NOT negotiate from the internet advertised price. Don't be pressured by all the rhetoric from all the sales staff, like comparing value on other sites. If think you need an extended warranty, check other sites for better deals. If you are buying used, get their so called pre-delivery workup and verify the work was done. I didn't and had to buy a new battery the day after purchase and a set of 4 tires after purchase. The tire issue was my fault for not seeing and bringing to their attention prior to sale. The tires were wore to the wear bar and I didn't notice until after the sale. I did purchase the warranty and now I have to pay the deductible for items I brought to their attention, that they said they would fix.
A Bad Buying Experience - Kbrown
We bought a used truck there and got home and put it in the garage and realized it was not what it appeared to be at the dealership. But I’m sure they knew that. So we called our salesman Mitchell and told him about it. He was very nice. In the meantime we looked at their website and saw a brand new truck that was “advertised” about $3K higher than what we just paid for the used one so we thought we would just trade the used truck back in and purchase the new one.
We spoke with Mitchell about what we wanted to do and what truck we wanted and asked him to work up the numbers and he said he or his sales manager would get back to us with the numbers. Nathan Woodson called us back later and sent a breakdown of the cost of the purchase of the new truck and the trade in value of the used truck we had just purchased. We only drove the used truck home. The trade-in value they would apply towards the new truck was $3250.00 lower than what we had just purchased it for a couple days earlier. When I said that was not fair his reply was we are running a business and have to make money. On top of that the new truck that was priced on their website was not the numbers that were used in the new purchase agreement that was presented to us. Beware of their e-pricing as it is the old bait and switch game with Woodson and/or dealership. They also add a $1500.00 accessory fee for nitrogen in the tires which is not included in their e-pricing. Nathan was a very condescending jerk too. He wasn’t willing to deal with us at all. A dealership that doesn’t honor their internet pricing and the vehicles they sell certainly doesn’t care about their customers. We will never buy from them again and certainly will warn friends and family of how this dealership operates.

Dishonest dealer. We signed paperwork Mar 21. A manager had an accident in it and took our truck to Metal Mayhem body shop to repair the door and promised it to us by Apr 7, because we’re going on vacation. That has come and gone, 17 days now at the body shop they chose. They have been paid for the truck, we have insurance payments set up, and still no truck. They rarely return phone calls. At signing they said the door would be a top priority, 3-4days, what a joke!!! They were to replace the windshield, also, that remains a mystery at this time because the body shop won’t let us see our truck. The dealership does not communicate with us or seem to care about this dilemma they caused.
