Awesome buying experience!!! - Kathy Garcia
I want to start out by saying that I am an employee of Henry Brown and work in the service department. That being said, I have worked places that you get pushed behind "Real Customers" as if you weren't important. I was never treated like that.. Hubby and I were not sure what we wanted so we took many test drives...Willy was patient, kind and very professional with us. He was never pushy or made me feel like I was wasting his time, even though I felt like I was. Once we chose our 2019 Chevy Traverse, everything went quickly and smoothly in finance with David Ide...... Again he was not pushy, super nice and professional. Mike Miller the Sales Miller made sure I was getting the best treatment along the vehicle buying path... and that I was!! I watch all the salesman here on a daily basis and really like them all and like the way they deal with customers... Thanks for making my buying experience an awesome one!!

Told me to buy part from their parts dept. And they would install for free. I gave ok. After taking the front end of my truck. They said the bill would be 250.00. I was told you dont like that to bad. We will put it back together. I said ok took 15min to put back together. Tried to inflate the bill.

I have been dealing with York since May 2015 when I bought my new Ram. I have had all my services done at your dealership and have never been less than 100% satisfied with the work or the people.
Exemplary service department experience! - C.GEORGE
Earnhardt Chrystler Jeep Dodge Ram service department went above and beyond for me and my vehicle! Sean Moen (Service advisor) assigned to me took care of everything down to the last detail. I’ve been coming to this dealership for many years now and purchased 5 different vehicles through them and will continue to do so in the future! Hats off to the men and women of Earnhardt CJDR !!! (Only dealership I will ever go to!) ??????????
After the sale the customer becomes non-existent - Now a Jeep girl
Emily added a great element to the purchasing experience. However, after the sale, calls ate not returned. You get absolutely nowhere when trying to schedule service purchased with the vehicle. Customer service ceases with signing of contract.
Typical Oil Change service - Cm04boop
I went ... with a quote for $35.95 oil change. No call authorizing the price difference to $75 due to full synthetic.
I didn't know until I went to pick up my car... then I ended up with a rivet in my tire. Which, I'm not taking back ... what dealership will take credit for a debit rivet in the tire?
A Great Buying Experience-Again! - Hellcat Guy41
Just purchased a brand new Hellcat Redeye from Airpark. This is my third vehicle from them and once again they did me right. Steve Cazoneri make the buying experience easy. David Head is also a really good guy. Five stars to this dealership-again!
2018 Dodge Ram 2500 - Givey
I was an online shopper from another state and had great service from Rudi (Burudi Mwonyonyi ) . That is not something I experienced with any other dealership or salesman I spoke with during my searching for a new vehicle . I would recommend Rudi and Larry H Miller to anyone wanting to buy a new vehicle. Call Rudi up at 480-249-0883. 4 months later and out of state he still provides great responses to any questions I have.
Worst Dealership in the Valley - Honest.rates
Worst experience. The salesman would ask the same questions over and did not listen to any answers or vehicle requirements.
The manager was not considerate, attentive or even remotely polite. He does not take an entire family or buying party seriously. There was no attention brought to the buyers requests and questions were alsways avoided and answered how the manager wanted them answesered. Additionally, he did not listen to any answers or simply make eye contact. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!
Great customer Service - Girl
I purchased a Jeep Cherokee from Rodeo in March 2018. The buying experience was outstanding, with Roxana Torkarski! The Finance Dept and the GM, Pete were equally wonderful! Months later, I had an issue with my air conditioner and took my car in to have it looked at. The Srevice person who I was assigned was Cody. He was not really interested in getting my problem taken care of and basically informed me that it’s normal for mist to come out of your vents! I was not buying and persisted at which time Cody insisted that I call Jeep directly to get them to deal with this problem. I was ready to give up and after calling Jeep, they recommended that I take it to the dealer and they would follow up to be sure it was resolved. I wanted to take it to another Dealership, but time and distance brought me back to Rodeo, but this time I asked for a different service advisor, and was assigned Brad. What an entirely different experience! I was treated with excellent Customer Service and they kept my car until the issue was resolved. Unfortunately, I had to take it in a second time for a different issue and again asked for Brad, he was kind, and curtious and was able to take care of getting my car fixed as fast as possible. I have since had excellent customer service from them and have no complaints. Would I recommend Rodeo? Yes. Would I recommend a Jeep? No.

Worst possible dealership to work with in the USA - Bill Luckett
We are from Arkansas and broke down in Peoria, AZ with a brand new 2019 Dodge Ram. The service Dpt could not get it to do what it was doing. ( That's usually the way it goes). We were stuck between a rock and a hard place. We had no choice but to buy another new truck as we could not be broke down on the road with my wife's End Stage Renal Disease being on Dialysis and me being a disabled Vet with serious health problems of my own. We have never been treated so poorly and pressured and taken advantage of on a vehicle deal. Our truck that we had has 4000 miles on it. We traded into another 2018 ram 1500 being 11000.00 upside down in it. We were assured by "Joel" a closer I think. that we were not upside down because of the rebates and so forth. The only person who spoke the truth to us was Aaron in finance. And yes we are upside down in the new truck. and I'm not sure, but it appears the are selling my old 2018 as a Certified Pre-owned Ram. The service dpt at Larry miller advised us it was not safe to drive. I will pursue this to no end. I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau of Phoenix, AZ today and will contact Ram Corporate and a attorney. I don't care if it costs me 11000.00 in attorneys fees. I will have this resolved !
Start here and you'll never go anywhere else! - TAMMYMCDC
A real no pressure - straight forward place to go buy a car that makes you feel like they actually care....and I think they really do! Mike Harn - our sales guy did all the heavy lifting before we even got there in terms of getting the price he knew we wanted to pay. No tag team tactics. Found that the tires needed balancing after the test drive and they did that while we waited - test drove it again and we were hooked! Loved it! Then on to Steve Hill the finance guy - and he made the whole process easy and fun. We didn't do financing, but still - there's a lot of paperwork - but he made it perfectly clear for us and quick too. I highly recommend these folks. I can say that Jones is going to be where I get all my future cars! They ROCK!
Richard the salesman.. - billyt
my wife and i recently moved to Arizona and decided to purchase a 4 wheel vehicle, just incase we had some snow....well, i actually just wanted something new....I had made an appointment with a total different vehicle, but was early so i mentioned to my wife about Planet Jeep. She suggested we stop by. I had rented a Jeep a couple weeks ago and really liked it. We walked in and were greeted by a salesman as he was walking by and asked if we needed some help. He introduced himself, Richard. I mentioned to him what i was looking for and we went out in the lot on a search. While looking around I noticed this vehicle parked by one entrance.......looked GREAT the color is what got me. Upon asking about this Dodge, found that the owner used it and they had gotten it about a week and a half ago. Long story short....I drove it and really liked it. I mentioned to Richard about the appointment I had already made and told him i was very interested in this Dodge Durango GT...and asked if i needed to put a deposit on it while i went to the other dealer....he checked with the manager and turns out they would hold it...so i went to the other car maker, test drove what i thought i REALLY had to have.....after about 15 minutes I was back to see Richard....and the transaction started. The easiest and most enjoyable time I have EVER purchased a car.....The BEST!! I would recommend Planet Dodge of Flagstaff to anyone looking for new or used....and although I am sure the whole staff is great, I would recommend Richard.....Thank you Richard.....and thank you to the owner.....another great guy!!! See you guys soon for an oil change....billy
Worked us in and no charge! - Holbrook fors
We were traveling cross country and had a problem with out taillights which was very scary because we are hauling a 27 ft travel trailer. They worked us in on a Saturday and found a missing fuse which they replaced at no charge. Another couple traveling thru had an electrical problem and were so impressed that the service department responded so efficiently. The receptionist was incredibly personable and the service manager was great showing us how to get to the secondary fuse box (not so easy) and explaining what caused the problem. Great experience and we’re back on the road after a short delay on a Saturday afternoon!
Worthless and Unsatisfactory Customer Service - Milguy114
I inquired about a vehicle out of state in hopes of being able to make the deal with this AutoNation. Initially the conversation I had with the Sales Rep went great. He said that he would be able to help with a purchase on the vehicle in question. After checking the availability, he took my information and was going to work the numbers and get back with me. When I did finally hear back the following day, I received the email with the cost breakdown from a completely different individual with numbers on my trade-in being completely different than the original. Trying to get a hold of the sales person I was working with, I was notified that he was off for the next couple of days but that the numbers would be adjusted. Another day went by without hearing from the dealership. At this time the vehicle had been pulled from the inventory an no longer for sale. Again I attempted to the person I was working with only to received yet another email from a completely different person trying to sell me a different vehicle. Needless to say the communication and customer service at this location is trash, to say the least! You are better off going next door or across the street to the other dealerships. Will not return here or any other AutoNation.
Lousy service - special agent
This is the third Jeep we've owned that was serviced by this dealership! Only Jeep dealership around to keep warranty service records. Examples: Walk-in service, we're too busy, come back after 1:00p.m. Return at 1:00 p.m., do you have an appointment, we're still too busy, come back tomorrow. Came back next day, what, we don't make appointments for routine maintenance!
Attempted to schedule 30,000 mile service on-line, 06/13/18, and next available time was on Tuesday, 06/19/18. Service Manager e-mailed me at 11:00 a.m. to confirm request and stated that someone would be contacting me to schedule appointment. On 06/19/18, still have not heard from service department. Sent service manager another e-mail, but have heard from no one at Hatch!
The salesman was able to identify my needs and meet them! - Jonathan2019
Aaron is friendly, intuitive & very knowledgeable ... he quickly determines your needs, recommends a product to fill that need and guides you through the negotiation process well. He knew what I was looking for and was able to recommend a few vehicles that would work. The dealership supports it's staff well - they seem to enjoy the environment - and the maintenance for life shows commitment to it's clients. Love that ....
Typical Used Cars Sales- All they want is $$$$$$$$$$ - Disappointed
This dealership is typical of used car sales, high pressure, untrustworthy and just want the money.-There is no follow-up after sale if there are problems. I attempted for a month to talk to someone and then the person didn’t believe me and said it was his sales staff’s issue. BLUF-do your due diligence before and walk away if deal is not exactly what you want. They do NOT negotiate from the internet advertised price. Don't be pressured by all the rhetoric from all the sales staff, like comparing value on other sites. If think you need an extended warranty, check other sites for better deals. If you are buying used, get their so called pre-delivery workup and verify the work was done. I didn't and had to buy a new battery the day after purchase and a set of 4 tires after purchase. The tire issue was my fault for not seeing and bringing to their attention prior to sale. The tires were wore to the wear bar and I didn't notice until after the sale. I did purchase the warranty and now I have to pay the deductible for items I brought to their attention, that they said they would fix.
Worst service ever - Dan
First issue they sell vehicles with major issues. We got a Chevy Malibu the tires rub constantly so we bring it back. They hold it 2 days but we get it back still with the same issue. THEN they charge you EXTRA for paying early who does this?? You're getting your money early and you are charging for it. There has been nothing good to come from this auto shop buy your cars elsewhere.
Worst dealer experience ever - Donald H
Horrible service, poor salesmen they didn’t deliver what was promised and lied to me on numerous occasions, their technicians couldn’t properly install a fairly simple option, I had to complete it myself, parts to truck were missing, they wasted my time and tried my patience, and I was not offered any compensation.
They also had the Gaul to ask me to retract my dealer review and post a good review,,
A Bad Buying Experience - Kbrown
We bought a used truck there and got home and put it in the garage and realized it was not what it appeared to be at the dealership. But I’m sure they knew that. So we called our salesman Mitchell and told him about it. He was very nice. In the meantime we looked at their website and saw a brand new truck that was “advertised” about $3K higher than what we just paid for the used one so we thought we would just trade the used truck back in and purchase the new one.
We spoke with Mitchell about what we wanted to do and what truck we wanted and asked him to work up the numbers and he said he or his sales manager would get back to us with the numbers. Nathan Woodson called us back later and sent a breakdown of the cost of the purchase of the new truck and the trade in value of the used truck we had just purchased. We only drove the used truck home. The trade-in value they would apply towards the new truck was $3250.00 lower than what we had just purchased it for a couple days earlier. When I said that was not fair his reply was we are running a business and have to make money. On top of that the new truck that was priced on their website was not the numbers that were used in the new purchase agreement that was presented to us. Beware of their e-pricing as it is the old bait and switch game with Woodson and/or dealership. They also add a $1500.00 accessory fee for nitrogen in the tires which is not included in their e-pricing. Nathan was a very condescending jerk too. He wasn’t willing to deal with us at all. A dealership that doesn’t honor their internet pricing and the vehicles they sell certainly doesn’t care about their customers. We will never buy from them again and certainly will warn friends and family of how this dealership operates.
Very poor customer relations!!! - Dave and Candi
Dishonest dealer. We signed paperwork Mar 21. A manager had an accident in it and took our truck to Metal Mayhem body shop to repair the door and promised it to us by Apr 7, because we’re going on vacation. That has come and gone, 17 days now at the body shop they chose. They have been paid for the truck, we have insurance payments set up, and still no truck. They rarely return phone calls. At signing they said the door would be a top priority, 3-4days, what a joke!!! They were to replace the windshield, also, that remains a mystery at this time because the body shop won’t let us see our truck. The dealership does not communicate with us or seem to care about this dilemma they caused.
