I wouldn't recommend their service department at all. - kimleeorona
I wouldn't recommend their service department at all. We had to tow our truck 175 miles on a trailer to a dealership that could work on it, only to be told the repair wouldn't be covered under warranty (a separate issue with Dodge) and were quoted nearly $6,000 for the repairs. We decided to pick up the truck and take it elsewhere since Dodge refused to cover the fuel system problem under warranty. When we arrived unannounced, we found the truck hadn't been moved, the cab was unlocked, the hood unlatched, and the diesel injector lines were left open after sitting on the lot for two weeks. We ended up paying $800 for "diagnostic testing," "labor," and parts (a line that wasn't broken when we brought it in) just to get the key back. The truck still wasn't running as they were waiting for us to approve the $6,000 estimate to start repairs, so it had to be winched back onto a trailer to haul it home. My husband, who isn't a Certified Mopar Mechanic, ordered the parts and repaired the truck in under two hours for less than $400. So, beware--the Service Advisor and Technician seemed more interested in helping themselves to our wallet than helping us.
