Easy to work with - Leilani.34
Went in and got a great car, wasn't pressured, to buy. I let them know what I wanted and pretty much got what I asked for. When it came to paper work they did what they could to make the numbers work. Thank you very much Terry for helping us out.

I worked with Travis Terry, Ronnie Werz and Patrick Hofer on Nov 20, 2018. They went above and beyond to get me in a vehicle that I would love...and I do! thank you!
AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE - Sydneep1
I was lucky to come across Jerry as my salesman. I just bought my second vehicle from him and it was a breeze. Jerry stays in touch to make sure I don't have any questions. The finance department was AMAZING as well. I appreciate Dennis Loper, for being patient. This dealership is hands down the BEST.
Awesome buying experience!!! - Kathy Garcia
I want to start out by saying that I am an employee of Henry Brown and work in the service department. That being said, I have worked places that you get pushed behind "Real Customers" as if you weren't important. I was never treated like that.. Hubby and I were not sure what we wanted so we took many test drives...Willy was patient, kind and very professional with us. He was never pushy or made me feel like I was wasting his time, even though I felt like I was. Once we chose our 2019 Chevy Traverse, everything went quickly and smoothly in finance with David Ide...... Again he was not pushy, super nice and professional. Mike Miller the Sales Miller made sure I was getting the best treatment along the vehicle buying path... and that I was!! I watch all the salesman here on a daily basis and really like them all and like the way they deal with customers... Thanks for making my buying experience an awesome one!!

The services was great but your services department didn't put the air stem caps back on the tires when they checked the air pressure.
Awesome, fun, professional, service - jacqui clay
Jeff, Marty and Jeremy we were great to work with, completely satisfied! Will purchase another vehiclevel from them at the end of the year. Fantastic!
Oil change and thermostat - Karen Peters
I've always had great service at Earnhardts. From buying a new vehicle to service to auto body shop. Tammie has always taken great care of me and my oil changed and tire rotations. She goes out of her way to make it a quick, efficient, but complete process. Always keeps me informed. Randy F set up an appointment, kept me fairly well informed of the work with my car, when there was an issue with the rental car he took care of it immediately and then have me a through report of what they had to do. Everyone makes the process painless. Even the cashiers are accommodating and helpful.
RESPONSIVENESS - RVJOHN
TOOK MY CHEROKEE IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND ASKED IF FISHER COULD IDENTIFY A NOISE UNDER THE HOOD. THEY FOUND A BROKEN STRUT AND BEARING AND REPLACED ALL IN A DAY. THIS TOOK AN EXTRA EFFORT BY THE SERVICE MANAGER AND TECH AND IS GREATLY APPRECIATED. THIS IS DEFINITELY THE KIND OF SERVICE WE APPRECIATE.
Back Again! - Richard
We purchased a Compass just over a year ago and love the vehicle. Now we are considering purchasing another Jeep and went by the dealership to look at some other models. It was great to see Ash – who sold us our Compass – again, and Tony Valerio who helped us on this particular day was really great too. Tony took the time (despite the temps : ) to make sure we saw all the options we are considering, and got all the information we needed no matter how small the fact might be. Excellent service! These guys know their stuff and are great to work with. Thank you again!
Bait and switch - Hershey
Told me to buy part from their parts dept. And they would install for free. I gave ok. After taking the front end of my truck. They said the bill would be 250.00. I was told you dont like that to bad. We will put it back together. I said ok took 15min to put back together. Tried to inflate the bill.
Service Review - Kwp
Oxendale appeared to me to be well organized and anxious to provide a quality service in whatever area the request would come from. My vehicle service experience was first class. Kent, the service associate I dealt with was courteous and knowledgeable.
Excellent Service - BigHorn
I brought my Ram 1500 in for a couple of minor recall the night before for an 8:00am appointment. I was pleasantly surprise to receive a text by 8:30am the next morning that the work was done. Thanks for the great service!

Great Experience! - Sunny
What a great experience. I actually did the entire deal online, trade value, truck price and all with Pete Johnson, we had some back and forth on trade value and price of the truck but came to agreement on both prices where we were both happy. I went in, they looked at and confirmed my trade, no haggling or nothing. Did paperwork and was in and out in 2 hours. Best auto buying experience I've ever had, hands down and I've bought a lot of cars in the last 20 years. I had gone to Tempe Ram twice in the 10 days prior to buying at Rodeo and they just kept screwing and haggling me around on price and trade, I'll never go there again, ridiculous. Rodeo was great and I highly recommend Pete Johnson, thank you sir and Rodeo for restoring my faith in the auto buying experience! If I have 1 knock it would be Finance, of course they make you feel like a xxxxxxx for not buying their almighty godly best ever services and crap they offer, god forbid I don't buy all that junk, no thanks, warranty only and then they stiff you with a huge price on that because you dont want the other junk. In the end, I would certainly buy from here again.
Best dealership in town!! - Coyote14fan2
Airpark is the best dealership in town. Very professional and will work you a great deal. Don't hesitate to go there for sales or service.
Good job - Mgrimm
They did their best to get the sale done with a short time window. The price was very competitive and they tried to discount a little more.
LHM may charge you even if they don't fix the problem! - ad4par
On May 26, 2018, I dropped off my 2003 PT Cruiser with Marcus at LHM Chrysler service dept for an airbag light. I picked up the vehicle on Jun 2, 2018 and paid $282.61 for parts and labor. On the way home, the airbag light cycled on and off periodically. I had to fly out of town the next day so I wasn’t able to return the vehicle for a couple weeks for them to relook at it. When I returned home from my business trip, I returned the vehicle to Marcus at LHM and left it with them for about a week to 10 days. They weren’t able to resolve the problem and I needed the car back. In late July, I returned the car to LHM to continue to troubleshoot the issue. On Aug 2, 2018, I went to pick up the car and they still could not solve the problem. I asked for a refund for the repair service that did no repairs so Marcus took me to Tony (service manager I believe). Tony refused to refund anything since his employees worked on the vehicle and “they need to be paid for their time.” Tony asked for one more day to personally see what he could figure out and I agreed. On Aug 3, 2018, I returned to pick up the car and Tony referred to some “possible” solutions that I’d have to pay for with no guarantee it would solve the problem. I asked if we were at an impasse on the original charges and he said “basically.” I took the car and told Tony I would handle my dispute through the small claims process.
Great experience - April101973
Great experience They got my Ram right in for an oil change. They were extremely quick and efficient on doing it. I definitely recommend this dealership.
Start here and you'll never go anywhere else! - TAMMYMCDC
A real no pressure - straight forward place to go buy a car that makes you feel like they actually care....and I think they really do! Mike Harn - our sales guy did all the heavy lifting before we even got there in terms of getting the price he knew we wanted to pay. No tag team tactics. Found that the tires needed balancing after the test drive and they did that while we waited - test drove it again and we were hooked! Loved it! Then on to Steve Hill the finance guy - and he made the whole process easy and fun. We didn't do financing, but still - there's a lot of paperwork - but he made it perfectly clear for us and quick too. I highly recommend these folks. I can say that Jones is going to be where I get all my future cars! They ROCK!
Super friendly and genuine - Niko9982
The entire staff was very friendly, but my salesman Yuri went above and beyond and genuinely seemed excited for my new purchase. I would definitely recommend them for anyone in the market!
Five-Star Service - jerrizona
A heartfelt Thank You to Matt in the Service Dept. He is a Superstar!!!
My wife recently purchased a new Dodge Challenger RT from another dealership. She found that she had constant signal interference/static on any FM radio station that she tuned to. She had taken it to other dealerships only to be disappointed. Since I had such a positive experience with purchasing a used truck at AutoNation CDJRF last month, I offered to take it to their Service Dept on my way to work. Our Service Advisor, Matt, gained my confidence immediately. Not only was he professional, courteous, and attentive; he also displayed great empathy and concern for my wife's troubling experience with other dealerships. It took a couple of days, but Matt kept us informed every step of the way, and they were able to resolve the issue. From now on, we will bring both of our vehicles here for service!
Thank you AutoNation CDJRF!!!
Lousy service - special agent
This is the third Jeep we've owned that was serviced by this dealership! Only Jeep dealership around to keep warranty service records. Examples: Walk-in service, we're too busy, come back after 1:00p.m. Return at 1:00 p.m., do you have an appointment, we're still too busy, come back tomorrow. Came back next day, what, we don't make appointments for routine maintenance!
Attempted to schedule 30,000 mile service on-line, 06/13/18, and next available time was on Tuesday, 06/19/18. Service Manager e-mailed me at 11:00 a.m. to confirm request and stated that someone would be contacting me to schedule appointment. On 06/19/18, still have not heard from service department. Sent service manager another e-mail, but have heard from no one at Hatch!
Prolonged survice. - Don
Tates Ford in Holbrook AZ is over all dingy, water stains all over the celing. No soap dispenser in mens room. A secluded oil change took one hour and 45 minutes. After an hour and a half waiting we were told we were next in line for the wash. After 15 minutes we were told there were 2 ahead of us? Not sure how that works. Anyway the whole experience was bad. Glad we are from Michigan and won't have to deal with them again. Time for Ford to do some inspections of there dealerships. This place was run and looked more like a old truck stop...
Worst service ever - Dan
First issue they sell vehicles with major issues. We got a Chevy Malibu the tires rub constantly so we bring it back. They hold it 2 days but we get it back still with the same issue. THEN they charge you EXTRA for paying early who does this?? You're getting your money early and you are charging for it. There has been nothing good to come from this auto shop buy your cars elsewhere.
Typical Used Cars Sales- All they want is $$$$$$$$$$ - Disappointed
This dealership is typical of used car sales, high pressure, untrustworthy and just want the money.-There is no follow-up after sale if there are problems. I attempted for a month to talk to someone and then the person didn’t believe me and said it was his sales staff’s issue. BLUF-do your due diligence before and walk away if deal is not exactly what you want. They do NOT negotiate from the internet advertised price. Don't be pressured by all the rhetoric from all the sales staff, like comparing value on other sites. If think you need an extended warranty, check other sites for better deals. If you are buying used, get their so called pre-delivery workup and verify the work was done. I didn't and had to buy a new battery the day after purchase and a set of 4 tires after purchase. The tire issue was my fault for not seeing and bringing to their attention prior to sale. The tires were wore to the wear bar and I didn't notice until after the sale. I did purchase the warranty and now I have to pay the deductible for items I brought to their attention, that they said they would fix.
Worst dealer experience ever - Donald H
Horrible service, poor salesmen they didn’t deliver what was promised and lied to me on numerous occasions, their technicians couldn’t properly install a fairly simple option, I had to complete it myself, parts to truck were missing, they wasted my time and tried my patience, and I was not offered any compensation.
They also had the Gaul to ask me to retract my dealer review and post a good review,,
A Bad Buying Experience - Kbrown
We bought a used truck there and got home and put it in the garage and realized it was not what it appeared to be at the dealership. But I’m sure they knew that. So we called our salesman Mitchell and told him about it. He was very nice. In the meantime we looked at their website and saw a brand new truck that was “advertised” about $3K higher than what we just paid for the used one so we thought we would just trade the used truck back in and purchase the new one.
We spoke with Mitchell about what we wanted to do and what truck we wanted and asked him to work up the numbers and he said he or his sales manager would get back to us with the numbers. Nathan Woodson called us back later and sent a breakdown of the cost of the purchase of the new truck and the trade in value of the used truck we had just purchased. We only drove the used truck home. The trade-in value they would apply towards the new truck was $3250.00 lower than what we had just purchased it for a couple days earlier. When I said that was not fair his reply was we are running a business and have to make money. On top of that the new truck that was priced on their website was not the numbers that were used in the new purchase agreement that was presented to us. Beware of their e-pricing as it is the old bait and switch game with Woodson and/or dealership. They also add a $1500.00 accessory fee for nitrogen in the tires which is not included in their e-pricing. Nathan was a very condescending jerk too. He wasn’t willing to deal with us at all. A dealership that doesn’t honor their internet pricing and the vehicles they sell certainly doesn’t care about their customers. We will never buy from them again and certainly will warn friends and family of how this dealership operates.
