Just wanted to take the time to share my appreciation for Sean Clarke . My brother has bought multiple vehicles with him and has nothing but great things to say about his customer service. I currently just bought a new vehicle with Sean the process was smooth he worked with me to find the car that I was wanting. After chatting with Mr. Raul Ronquillo last Saturday about a specific Jeep Rubicon, I went to the dealership yesterday and met with Mr. Ronquillo, and he had the Jeep set aside and ready to take on a test drive. He has an extreme amount of product knowledge, as well as in the auto sales industry. Throughout the buying process, everything went smoothly, there was no pressure and in my opinion I was also offered a fair amount for my trade-in vehicle. All of my questions and concerns were answered. I then met with Jaff Jafferi in the Finance Dept., and he too was knowledgeable and thorough, and again, there was
absolutely no pressure. Over the years I have bought vehicles at several dealerships in Tucson and this was my first experience at Larry Miller Chrysler/Jeep in Tucson. This was without a doubt the BEST experience I have ever had when buying a vehicle from a dealership. I highly recommend this dealership and the two gentlemen I dealt with. The prices are very fair and the sales experience was the best I've ever had. If I'm in the market for a vehicle in the future, Larry Miller's dealership will be my first stop.

Absolutely horrible customer service bordering on criminal rio off...my 82 yr old dad took his Grand Cherokee in for suspension repair...was told part had to be ordered would not be in for a week...asked if he could keep Jeep until part was in as he needed it for my mom....they said no they would out him in the back of the line....never called back when asking schedule...2 weeks passed they finally got it done after being rude and unresponsive and charged him over 3 times estimated amount....on top of it....broke his windshield....took no responsibility for it....took advantage if an 82 yr old man....rude lied sucked....horrible experience

Brought our 2006 Jeep Commander here for diagnostics that our regular mechanic did not have the machine for. Set the appt in advance, but was not told that it would take multiple days to diagnose the issue. When my husband asked for a same-day appt, he was told there were none available but that he could rent a new car off the lot fore a few days while we waited for it. That's an interesting sales ploy, LOL! I have no interest in buying a new car and apparently they have no interest in figuring out how to a schedule work appropriately or knowin how to service our "classic" inside of a day. Next...!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my pre-owned Jeep Wrangler. My sales person was Cheyenne Clevish. She was knowledgeable and personable and made the buying experience easy for me. She was able to answer all my questions and was no-pressure sales which I appreciated. I had to leave my car for a couple of days and when I returned to pick it up she had made a "Daisy" sign (the name I gave my Jeep) hanging from the rear view mirror...then took pictures of me with my car and with her. So fun. This is the way a car buying experience should be. Thanks, Cheyenne!

Took my RAM 3500 to Lawley for an oil change. At pick up they said front and rear brakes were needed and it would be $270 to replace front pads and machine rotors and they'd have to take wheels off to determine cost for back brakes. Recommended I not drive it before having that done so I took it in a few days later for front brakes and to get estimate for rears. At pick up, the price for fronts had gone up to $330 (I contested and they brought it down 10%). They then urgently recommended rear brakes be replaced at $895 estimate (again to replace pads and just machine the rotors). I decided to get some other estimates in town since I wasn't comfortable with the price on the front brakes increasing, for no reason, over 20% and their unwillingness to provide a formal estimate for the rear. Took it to 2 places the next day for estimates. Really shocked to have both tell me I had 75%+ pad left on rears, they were in perfect condition, and I did not need new brakes. Still wondering if the fronts needed to be changed at all - I'm thinking not since I’d had no issues and the rears were so far from needing changed. Lawley is completely untrustworthy and clearly recommended expensive service that wasn't needed. Will never deal with Lawley in any capacity again. I WOULD however recommend Auto Logic and Desert Automotive!! Honest, trustworthy and they do great work!

Although they had the vehicle that I was looking for in stock, the sales rep I was in contact with was highly unresponsive and seemed almost disinterested to work out any deal. Disappointing, as I previously purchased a vehicle from this dealer and had a great experience.

Untruthful - Disappointed
This is a follow up to a previous review. Prior to signing the final paperwork, I asked about an extended warranty, due to being a used high-end vehicle and it has numerous electronic devises.that are expensive to replace. I discuss warranty options with the finance manager and he told me everything was covered, even “the door lock buttons". He even went onto say it is a 'bumper to bumper and everything in the middle" and it was the best he had seen in all his years of car sales. Based on his opinion, I decided to purchase the "bumper to bumper" warranty for an added $3,500. Well his statements were not even close to the truth. Prior to purchasing the car the front AC was not working, they said they would take care of it. As it turned out the actuators are NOT covered, and the cost was over $500. Now year later, I took it in due to a rough ride and it was determined that the motor and transmission mounts are cracked and needed replacement. You guess it, there are not covered either and the cost is over $1,100. I contacted the dealer and their reply was there was nothing they can or will do. So again stay away from this dealership at all cost. All they want is your money.

We were traveling cross country and had a problem with out taillights which was very scary because we are hauling a 27 ft travel trailer. They worked us in on a Saturday and found a missing fuse which they replaced at no charge. Another couple traveling thru had an electrical problem and were so impressed that the service department responded so efficiently. The receptionist was incredibly personable and the service manager was great showing us how to get to the secondary fuse box (not so easy) and explaining what caused the problem. Great experience and we’re back on the road after a short delay on a Saturday afternoon!

First issue they sell vehicles with major issues. We got a Chevy Malibu the tires rub constantly so we bring it back. They hold it 2 days but we get it back still with the same issue. THEN they charge you EXTRA for paying early who does this?? You're getting your money early and you are charging for it. There has been nothing good to come from this auto shop buy your cars elsewhere.

This dealership does not believe in the use of cleanliness protection inside customer's vehicles. A routine oil change 2 weeks ago resulted in my 06 Ram 1500 being in the shop for a total of 5 days and counting! After the oil change, I received the truck back from service with a 1/8" thick boot print of grease on the driver's door sill along with numerous grease stains on the driver's seat, driver's entery handle and center console. Last two items cleaned easily but they've had to replace the seat cover. First cover came in wrong color they didn't receive replacement until today. Hopefully it'll be done by this evening.
