Great Vehicle Purchase Experience! - DJules
I have purchased many vehicles over the years, and my recent purchase with Shant and his team was the best yet.
I completed the purchase within 2 1/2 hours. Didn’t deal with the back-n-forth negotiations that tends to be a “typical” part of the car buying experience.
I love my Grand Cherokee, and the no-stress experience. Thanks Shant, Ryan and the rest of LHM Jeep Team!

Great service and communication - David B
This was the second time I have used the service dept at Chapman and again the service was the best
that I have experienced at any other dealership or auto repair shop. Leo, got me in on a moments notice, and the process went extremely smooth. Leo, does a great job of communicating to you during the repair process so you know what is going on and what the cost will be. Thank you Leo.
Great Customer Service - happy owner
JC was recommended to me & he by far exceeded my expectations!! All though I didn't buy a car from JC he did everything he could to find me a car in my budget. I will recommend JC to anyone who asks. Thank you JC for all you hard work !!
Awesome buying experience!!! - Kathy Garcia
I want to start out by saying that I am an employee of Henry Brown and work in the service department. That being said, I have worked places that you get pushed behind "Real Customers" as if you weren't important. I was never treated like that.. Hubby and I were not sure what we wanted so we took many test drives...Willy was patient, kind and very professional with us. He was never pushy or made me feel like I was wasting his time, even though I felt like I was. Once we chose our 2019 Chevy Traverse, everything went quickly and smoothly in finance with David Ide...... Again he was not pushy, super nice and professional. Mike Miller the Sales Miller made sure I was getting the best treatment along the vehicle buying path... and that I was!! I watch all the salesman here on a daily basis and really like them all and like the way they deal with customers... Thanks for making my buying experience an awesome one!!

Back Again! - Richard
We purchased a Compass just over a year ago and love the vehicle. Now we are considering purchasing another Jeep and went by the dealership to look at some other models. It was great to see Ash – who sold us our Compass – again, and Tony Valerio who helped us on this particular day was really great too. Tony took the time (despite the temps : ) to make sure we saw all the options we are considering, and got all the information we needed no matter how small the fact might be. Excellent service! These guys know their stuff and are great to work with. Thank you again!
Bait and switch - Hershey
Told me to buy part from their parts dept. And they would install for free. I gave ok. After taking the front end of my truck. They said the bill would be 250.00. I was told you dont like that to bad. We will put it back together. I said ok took 15min to put back together. Tried to inflate the bill.
Excellent service and pleasant buying experience. - Steve.s
Most of the time when you buy a car it is very stressful and unpleasant. This experience was the opposite. Negotiations were made before my visit and nothing changed upon my arrival.
Emily Snelling is FANTABULOUS!!! - Jessica M
My husband visited the dealership determined to coerce me into buying the Jeep Cherokee I’ve wanted for years. I absolutely abhor dealerships and thus refused to go with him, however he went and began working with Emily. She was very knowledgeable, funny, witty, loved my driving and wasn’t pushy at all. She even stayed late to help us work through the deal. She answered all our questions, and frankly made the whole experience pleasant. Thank you Emily!!
We had an excellent experience with York, - Rob47ap71
We have many dealings with York Dodge service department especially Sean Hippe. Our experience with Jeff Simpson I would rate him along with Sean as two outstanding York employees. I would rate them both at the top with a Ten each along with Jarrad Dragon, who did a great job in explaining everything, if 0 to 10 is Yorks Scale, York Dodge shutle service is also very excellent in picking us up and droping us off when needed.
LHM may charge you even if they don't fix the problem! - ad4par
On May 26, 2018, I dropped off my 2003 PT Cruiser with Marcus at LHM Chrysler service dept for an airbag light. I picked up the vehicle on Jun 2, 2018 and paid $282.61 for parts and labor. On the way home, the airbag light cycled on and off periodically. I had to fly out of town the next day so I wasn’t able to return the vehicle for a couple weeks for them to relook at it. When I returned home from my business trip, I returned the vehicle to Marcus at LHM and left it with them for about a week to 10 days. They weren’t able to resolve the problem and I needed the car back. In late July, I returned the car to LHM to continue to troubleshoot the issue. On Aug 2, 2018, I went to pick up the car and they still could not solve the problem. I asked for a refund for the repair service that did no repairs so Marcus took me to Tony (service manager I believe). Tony refused to refund anything since his employees worked on the vehicle and “they need to be paid for their time.” Tony asked for one more day to personally see what he could figure out and I agreed. On Aug 3, 2018, I returned to pick up the car and Tony referred to some “possible” solutions that I’d have to pay for with no guarantee it would solve the problem. I asked if we were at an impasse on the original charges and he said “basically.” I took the car and told Tony I would handle my dispute through the small claims process.

Good experience excellent costumer service - Mando90
Very good experience buying a car at Bill Luke very happy with the customer service they provided , sells man was easy to work with and professional
Poor purchase experience. - bmdinbox
Disappointing follow-up and finalization of the purchase experience. Also avoid up-sells in the contract signing process such as the $1,100 alarm which is NOT a good value nor a market-competitive product.
Dishonest - Gil2018
After purchasing my vehicle I left a raving review. Since then I’ve changed my opinion. We went in with a preapproval from Capital One. Our truck was financed by Capital One. Since then I have received about ten letters from banks denying us credit. So even though we went in with a preapproval and we told them we wanted to use Capital One financing, they still ran our credit with at least ten banks that denied us. Heggs did not have our best interest in mind but sought to serve their own needs. Our credit was marginal going in and now because of all the inquiries it has lowered our credit score. I feel this is a dishonest and deceiving practice. I will not be purchasing my next vehicle from Heggs. I further regret that I signed a maintenance service agreement to have all our service done there.
Salesmen & Managers consider themselves better than you! - Troy W
I wish I could say nice things, but no. I really wanted to buy a vehicle, but the salesman wanted to waste time for no reason other than insult my intelligence. While in the phone prior to me setting foot on the lot we agreed on a set price on a Dodge Journey SXT V6 with Power and Connectivity packages for 19.8. Then when I arrive the price suddenly jumps 2 grand higher. Then he went on and on about how he had no control of the price, then I said why am I talking to you. Then he starts talking about the MSRP and how that makes a difference. It doesn't by the way.
So to stop him, I gave my analogy of my widget company. The widget company sells me a widget for 5 cents and says the MSRP is 1 dollar. Customer walks in and says that's too expensive, so I say don't worry you qualify for thec wearing blue pants rebate for 25 cents. He then says sold and buys my widget for 75 cents. I then make a profit of 70 cents.
This analogy seemed to confuse him and he went right back to why we couldn't go back the original agreed upon price. I said I'm going, he said we can still work on it. I replied are we going have a deal at 19.8? He said he stayed late for his kids. I have kids, what does that have anything to do with anything? Then I got in my truck to leave, he went into the building and started laughing with the sales manager. If he didn't do that I wouldn't be writing this. He could've waited ten minutes until I left to make fun of me. He lost the sale over 450 dollars and they lost a family of customers because they were obtuse and demeaning.
Epilogue, I found a better price with Autonation in Phoenix by 2 thousand.
Start here and you'll never go anywhere else! - TAMMYMCDC
A real no pressure - straight forward place to go buy a car that makes you feel like they actually care....and I think they really do! Mike Harn - our sales guy did all the heavy lifting before we even got there in terms of getting the price he knew we wanted to pay. No tag team tactics. Found that the tires needed balancing after the test drive and they did that while we waited - test drove it again and we were hooked! Loved it! Then on to Steve Hill the finance guy - and he made the whole process easy and fun. We didn't do financing, but still - there's a lot of paperwork - but he made it perfectly clear for us and quick too. I highly recommend these folks. I can say that Jones is going to be where I get all my future cars! They ROCK!
Horribe Customer Service, just horrible! - Slobodan9881
Horrible service at this dealership, do not buy cars from them! Just awful customer experience. I took my Dodge Durango for service this morning (BTW this is the same place I bought my car brand new) at 10:30AM and the service agent Marvin told me there were only 4 cars ahead of me and for me to leave my car that they should get to it today by 3PM. He does not call me all day, I come to see what’s going on at 5PM and he tells me there are 15 cards ahead of me and that they will not be able to see my car and probably not tomorrow. He said “My Fault” and that’s it, not even apologize for being wrong or offer solutions, possibly giving me a quick rental or something, nothing. Just horrible service!
Lousy service - special agent
This is the third Jeep we've owned that was serviced by this dealership! Only Jeep dealership around to keep warranty service records. Examples: Walk-in service, we're too busy, come back after 1:00p.m. Return at 1:00 p.m., do you have an appointment, we're still too busy, come back tomorrow. Came back next day, what, we don't make appointments for routine maintenance!
Attempted to schedule 30,000 mile service on-line, 06/13/18, and next available time was on Tuesday, 06/19/18. Service Manager e-mailed me at 11:00 a.m. to confirm request and stated that someone would be contacting me to schedule appointment. On 06/19/18, still have not heard from service department. Sent service manager another e-mail, but have heard from no one at Hatch!
poor customer service by the manager - Joseph H Brandenburg
I bought a used Dodge Journey from Chapman payson store, vehicle had a few issues, the dealership choose to fix one of them, but not all of them, I emailed the sales person to express my concerns and he said he would have Bill call me. Bill emailed me on Thursday 4/13/17 and asked me the best time to call me, I immediately email back and said anytime at my cell number. I emailed Bill a week later to ask why I hadn't heard from him yet and still have heard a thing! Joe
Prolonged survice. - Don
Tates Ford in Holbrook AZ is over all dingy, water stains all over the celing. No soap dispenser in mens room. A secluded oil change took one hour and 45 minutes. After an hour and a half waiting we were told we were next in line for the wash. After 15 minutes we were told there were 2 ahead of us? Not sure how that works. Anyway the whole experience was bad. Glad we are from Michigan and won't have to deal with them again. Time for Ford to do some inspections of there dealerships. This place was run and looked more like a old truck stop...
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! - Delia
Unable to give ZERO stars. I have had the absolute WORST experience EVER! I really wanted a Jeep so I bought it here. Yuri Trump was my sales person. The WORST, most pushy sales person I have ever experienced. I almost didn't get a Jeep just because he was so horrible, but I broke down and purchased the car I wanted, even though it killed me to give him a sale. Weston was my finance person and he was WONDERFUL. I didn't want to buy the night I was there because MY car that I was trading in needed to be cleared out, but I let them talk me in to it. I use it for work and had a ton of event stuff in it. Yuri was supposed to take the car to my house so I can unload it, but by the time we finished the paperwork it was going on 9pm and there was no one left at the dealer ship to follow him over.
I was PROMISED that I could leave my belongings IN the car and come at a later date to clean it out. I had a bunch of work supplies, a canopy, personal belongings etc in it. I didn't want to do that, but they assured me everything would be safe and fine. They were aware I was going out of town for the weekend.
Fast forward to the next week when I could go get my belongings. I had been in constant contact with the dealership so they were aware I still needed to come get my things.
I called to make a time to pick them up and Vanessa (very nice customer service rep) had put me on hold to check. She came back and told me that they had SOLD my car with all my belongings IN IT!
I had my son's letters from boot camp were in there, my sons High School Year books, work items and more!
I am so angry and beside myself. If I could take the Jeep back and be done with this company I would! Stay away! Once they have your money, they could care less about you. ALL of my personal and work belongings are gone and there is nothing I can do about it.
Typical Used Cars Sales- All they want is $$$$$$$$$$ - Disappointed
This dealership is typical of used car sales, high pressure, untrustworthy and just want the money.-There is no follow-up after sale if there are problems. I attempted for a month to talk to someone and then the person didn’t believe me and said it was his sales staff’s issue. BLUF-do your due diligence before and walk away if deal is not exactly what you want. They do NOT negotiate from the internet advertised price. Don't be pressured by all the rhetoric from all the sales staff, like comparing value on other sites. If think you need an extended warranty, check other sites for better deals. If you are buying used, get their so called pre-delivery workup and verify the work was done. I didn't and had to buy a new battery the day after purchase and a set of 4 tires after purchase. The tire issue was my fault for not seeing and bringing to their attention prior to sale. The tires were wore to the wear bar and I didn't notice until after the sale. I did purchase the warranty and now I have to pay the deductible for items I brought to their attention, that they said they would fix.
A Bad Buying Experience - Kbrown
We bought a used truck there and got home and put it in the garage and realized it was not what it appeared to be at the dealership. But I’m sure they knew that. So we called our salesman Mitchell and told him about it. He was very nice. In the meantime we looked at their website and saw a brand new truck that was “advertised” about $3K higher than what we just paid for the used one so we thought we would just trade the used truck back in and purchase the new one.
We spoke with Mitchell about what we wanted to do and what truck we wanted and asked him to work up the numbers and he said he or his sales manager would get back to us with the numbers. Nathan Woodson called us back later and sent a breakdown of the cost of the purchase of the new truck and the trade in value of the used truck we had just purchased. We only drove the used truck home. The trade-in value they would apply towards the new truck was $3250.00 lower than what we had just purchased it for a couple days earlier. When I said that was not fair his reply was we are running a business and have to make money. On top of that the new truck that was priced on their website was not the numbers that were used in the new purchase agreement that was presented to us. Beware of their e-pricing as it is the old bait and switch game with Woodson and/or dealership. They also add a $1500.00 accessory fee for nitrogen in the tires which is not included in their e-pricing. Nathan was a very condescending jerk too. He wasn’t willing to deal with us at all. A dealership that doesn’t honor their internet pricing and the vehicles they sell certainly doesn’t care about their customers. We will never buy from them again and certainly will warn friends and family of how this dealership operates.
This dealership does not believe in the use of... - thoman
This dealership does not believe in the use of cleanliness protection inside customer's vehicles. A routine oil change 2 weeks ago resulted in my 06 Ram 1500 being in the shop for a total of 5 days and counting! After the oil change, I received the truck back from service with a 1/8" thick boot print of grease on the driver's door sill along with numerous grease stains on the driver's seat, driver's entery handle and center console. Last two items cleaned easily but they've had to replace the seat cover. First cover came in wrong color they didn't receive replacement until today. Hopefully it'll be done by this evening.
