Swanty's went above and beyond in their efforts to deliver customer satisfaction during my recent car purchase. In looking for the "right car" I came across Swanty's on the internet, and being remote, contacted Ray Henry. He not only walked me through the vehicle specs but sent pictures and teleconferenced while climbing through the vehicle. Being satisfied with the information, and pre-negotiating a potential sale price, I travelled to Bullhead City (from Utah), at which point Marty Dayton patiently walked me through how to use the myriad of features as we went for a test drive. Once we completed the transaction, Marty then drove me to my rental car lot to drop off the car I one-way rented in Las Vegas, filled up my new car's gas tank, and helped me get on my way home.
Both Ray and Marty took good care of me during this remote purchase experience, making it easy for me to understand the car's condition, its history, and how to use all its capabilities. They also negotiated in good faith, such that I felt we got to a win-win scenario. I really appreciated their efforts, and would recommend doing business with Swanty's to others.

Toby and Jake in service are a JOKE! They have the assistant calling when doing warranty work, he will say there was a code then Toby and Jake say oh he was wrong nothing is wrong with your vehicle! My truck has been in for a total of a month and I haven’t even had it 10 months yet!! Funny how all my problems start after they change my oil. They even said “maybe we put dirty oil in by mistake” WAIT WHAT!!!! Never ever use them! They will screw you out of so much money.

I was in the market for a new 2018 Rubicon JL model. I was dealing with some dealerships in the West Valley, however their customer service was not up to par. So, I decide to come to the east valley and stop into Earnhardt Chrysler Ram dodge and Jeep. As a female looking at cars you really never know what you are going to get, or what your experience is going to be. On my initial trip to this dealership I was on a time constraint, and knew exactly what I was looking for, and what I did not want. Rick in sales greeted me as soon as he saw me, and took me where I needed to be at. Rick was awesome to say the least. I was looking for a specific rubicon I had seen online, and when We couldn’t find it, he said he would look to see if it was sold, and if it was he could get another one.
Within a hour of me leaving Rick had found the rubicon I was looking for, and he was already putting numbers together for me.
Rick was texting me photos and videos of the car, and following up with some phone calls to make sure I had everything I needed for my trade in and purchase.
That night myself, Rick, and his sales manager Joel were making an aswome deal for my trade in, and my purchase.

I wish I could say nice things, but no. I really wanted to buy a vehicle, but the salesman wanted to waste time for no reason other than insult my intelligence. While in the phone prior to me setting foot on the lot we agreed on a set price on a Dodge Journey SXT V6 with Power and Connectivity packages for 19.8. Then when I arrive the price suddenly jumps 2 grand higher. Then he went on and on about how he had no control of the price, then I said why am I talking to you. Then he starts talking about the MSRP and how that makes a difference. It doesn't by the way.
So to stop him, I gave my analogy of my widget company. The widget company sells me a widget for 5 cents and says the MSRP is 1 dollar. Customer walks in and says that's too expensive, so I say don't worry you qualify for thec wearing blue pants rebate for 25 cents. He then says sold and buys my widget for 75 cents. I then make a profit of 70 cents.
This analogy seemed to confuse him and he went right back to why we couldn't go back the original agreed upon price. I said I'm going, he said we can still work on it. I replied are we going have a deal at 19.8? He said he stayed late for his kids. I have kids, what does that have anything to do with anything? Then I got in my truck to leave, he went into the building and started laughing with the sales manager. If he didn't do that I wouldn't be writing this. He could've waited ten minutes until I left to make fun of me. He lost the sale over 450 dollars and they lost a family of customers because they were obtuse and demeaning.
Epilogue, I found a better price with Autonation in Phoenix by 2 thousand.

A real no pressure - straight forward place to go buy a car that makes you feel like they actually care....and I think they really do! Mike Harn - our sales guy did all the heavy lifting before we even got there in terms of getting the price he knew we wanted to pay. No tag team tactics. Found that the tires needed balancing after the test drive and they did that while we waited - test drove it again and we were hooked! Loved it! Then on to Steve Hill the finance guy - and he made the whole process easy and fun. We didn't do financing, but still - there's a lot of paperwork - but he made it perfectly clear for us and quick too. I highly recommend these folks. I can say that Jones is going to be where I get all my future cars! They ROCK!

I never bother to write reviews but I have given this dealership multiple chances and their service center is the worst. They are they only Chrysler dealer in town so there is no competition. The dealership itself is filthy, not the kind of place where you would want to spend any time at all in the waiting area. Poor selection of new cars and very unprofessional sales staff- even by car salesman standards. Plan on bringing your vehicle in three or four times for the same repair before they get it right. To be fair I think they just have a hard time finding certified mechanics or skilled labor in this small town, the people working on your car are not knowledgeable, they are total hacks.

I bought a used Dodge Journey from Chapman payson store, vehicle had a few issues, the dealership choose to fix one of them, but not all of them, I emailed the sales person to express my concerns and he said he would have Bill call me. Bill emailed me on Thursday 4/13/17 and asked me the best time to call me, I immediately email back and said anytime at my cell number. I emailed Bill a week later to ask why I hadn't heard from him yet and still have heard a thing! Joe

Tates Ford in Holbrook AZ is over all dingy, water stains all over the celing. No soap dispenser in mens room. A secluded oil change took one hour and 45 minutes. After an hour and a half waiting we were told we were next in line for the wash. After 15 minutes we were told there were 2 ahead of us? Not sure how that works. Anyway the whole experience was bad. Glad we are from Michigan and won't have to deal with them again. Time for Ford to do some inspections of there dealerships. This place was run and looked more like a old truck stop...
A Bad Buying Experience - Kbrown
We bought a used truck there and got home and put it in the garage and realized it was not what it appeared to be at the dealership. But I’m sure they knew that. So we called our salesman Mitchell and told him about it. He was very nice. In the meantime we looked at their website and saw a brand new truck that was “advertised” about $3K higher than what we just paid for the used one so we thought we would just trade the used truck back in and purchase the new one.
We spoke with Mitchell about what we wanted to do and what truck we wanted and asked him to work up the numbers and he said he or his sales manager would get back to us with the numbers. Nathan Woodson called us back later and sent a breakdown of the cost of the purchase of the new truck and the trade in value of the used truck we had just purchased. We only drove the used truck home. The trade-in value they would apply towards the new truck was $3250.00 lower than what we had just purchased it for a couple days earlier. When I said that was not fair his reply was we are running a business and have to make money. On top of that the new truck that was priced on their website was not the numbers that were used in the new purchase agreement that was presented to us. Beware of their e-pricing as it is the old bait and switch game with Woodson and/or dealership. They also add a $1500.00 accessory fee for nitrogen in the tires which is not included in their e-pricing. Nathan was a very condescending jerk too. He wasn’t willing to deal with us at all. A dealership that doesn’t honor their internet pricing and the vehicles they sell certainly doesn’t care about their customers. We will never buy from them again and certainly will warn friends and family of how this dealership operates.

This dealership does not believe in the use of cleanliness protection inside customer's vehicles. A routine oil change 2 weeks ago resulted in my 06 Ram 1500 being in the shop for a total of 5 days and counting! After the oil change, I received the truck back from service with a 1/8" thick boot print of grease on the driver's door sill along with numerous grease stains on the driver's seat, driver's entery handle and center console. Last two items cleaned easily but they've had to replace the seat cover. First cover came in wrong color they didn't receive replacement until today. Hopefully it'll be done by this evening.
