Ask for Matt!! I was burnt out and over cars and sales people, but he completely turned my experience around. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional! We spoke on the phone and by the time I arrived my dream jeep was in detailing and he was ready with my paperwork! He turned a frustrated car shopper into an extremely happy one. We were really pleased with the overall service. They were prompt, polite and helped us when we decided to go a different direction. We didn’t feel there was a lot of pressure to buy. Reason gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because after we workout out numbers at home and it made financial sense to go with a different car. We should have looked at all options.

If your going to put a used car on the lot for sale, you could at least detail the inside. Filthy!!! I asked the salesman victor to see if they could clean it so I’d know if stains I saw could be removed. Never even followed up with me. I was really interested in the car too!! Won’t ever be buying anything from them. Cash buyer too!

Beware of this dealer! I took my 2015 Dodge Ram in to the service department for an estimate on what it would cost to fix a ticking noise in the engine. I was told that the exhaust manifold on both sides had broken studs and that it would cost $1200.00-$1800.00 to fix the problem. I took it to another local mechanic shop and got it repaired for under $250.00. It turned out that only one side had two broken studs and it was fixed in around 4 hours.

We have a 2015 Ram w50p 5.7 hemi. We have been taking our truck to Flagsaff. We lived in Rimrock. Our tech Jon Vance at planet dodge in Flagstaff is amazing. We have had alot of issues. Jon made sure to communicate to me about everything that was going on. The only thing is that it took 2 1/2 months to get our truck fixed. We recently moved to Kingman. Our service tech here is Mike Rodgers. He went out of his way to call Jon in Flagstaff to get the whole load down of our truck. He communicated with me on what was being done and what parts we were waiting for. I appreciate that he kept me up to date. He made sure we had a rent a car for when our truck went back in. If in need I will be using Mike Ridgers here in Kingman. He is honest, polite, and knowledgeable about his position at .Martin Swanty. He is a great asset to this company. Thanks Mike Rodgers

I was traveling from Phx to SD and found myself having serious car trouble in 115 degree weather on I-8. Was traveling alone with 2 dogs. I made a call to the dealership. I spoke to Ken and he said come on in. They found the problem. Fixed the sensor and toke care of me and my dogs. Had to wait for part but they could have not been any more accommodating. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you guys!!!!
what a joke!!! - kevin from kingman
i bought a used car. 2013 malibu. sales with Amber and Steve went fine. they even delivered the car to me that day. later at home i inspected it more thoroughly and found detailman's baseball cap in back window, oil monitor wasn't reset and the joke of all, rodent nest under the engine cover. you can see the chewed wires. fortunately they appear not to be chewed through. i texted pics and complaint to Amber and Danelle. no response. 1-day later got 1-response from Danelle as if nothing was wrong. she said never received my pics or complaint. apologized. insisted i bring the car back to get it checked out. Herman the service writer called to make the appointment. when i got there the service writer had no idea why i was there. no record of my appointment. car sat for 15 minutes. then they took it in service dept. 10 minutes later brought it back out. sat again for 15 minutes. then gave me the key and said all is good. service writer came running back out to get the detailman's baseball cap they forgot, again! it seems they were more worried about retrieving the cap then pleasing me. never saw or heard from anyone but the service writer. previously, when Danelle called me about bringing it back in, she stressed that she wanted me to bring it back to them(70 miles 1-way) so she could keep an eye on things. never saw Danelle or heard from her again. if i could have, i would have returned the car for a refund, but you sign a NO cooling off period clause. like i said, what a joke! very unhappy with my experience at anderson!!!
I don't think anyone at this dealership cares about... - bshell
I don't think anyone at this dealership cares about selling cars that much.
Long story short.. ~9+ hours total time sitting at this dealer trying to buy two cars, and it's still not over!
~5 weeks ago, was there for ~3 hours waiting for them to find inventory, looking for keys, trying to find the manager who could appraise my trade-in, waiting for paperwork, waiting to negotiate numbers.. Just waiting. A lot of waiting. 3 hours of waiting.. We weren't able to make a deal, and we decided to part ways. The manager was apologetic over how long the whole process took. "No problem", Every business has a rough day when nothing seems to go right. I won't hold it against them.
Yesterday, I went back, because they had EXACTLY what I wanted in stock. They also had another older used car I wanted for my daughter!
Again - so much waiting. At the 90 minute mark, they finally managed to find the FIRST car I was after. (Yes, I'd been there for an hour and a half and FINALLY got to actually see the first car I was interested in). Lost keys, couldn't find what lot they were on, you name it.
"Okay", I thought, "but surely this will change once I'm ready to look at the brand new Jeeps.. after all, brand new Jeeps are what they do!"
Well, another hour later and they still couldn't locate the Jeep I wanted that was in stock. I told them I was just going to leave. At 6:30pm, I finally jumped in a car WITH the salesman, and we started driving around their lots looking for it. Thanks god I did, because he was convinced it wasn't in this one lot -- when I saw it as he was driving off. "WAIT! What's that white one over there?"... "I don't know"... "Is it for sale?".. "I don't know"... "Can we go look at it?".. "Sure."
It was the Jeep we were looking for. Except he didn't have the key for it. (Why didn't he grab the key before we left?)
So we waited.. NO LIE.. another 40 minutes while he drove back to the dealership to find the key. (It was lost, apparently). Whatever. Then we found out it was in "Shipping mode", so low speed only, and no gadgets work. Whatever.
We drove it anyway. Said, "We'll take it!". By now it was 7:15pm. (~4 hours after we arrived, we finally completed the test drive!). Surely once we're READY TO BUY, this will get smoother, right?
More waiting. Another hour in fact, while numbers got sorted out. Trade-in evaluated. On and on and on.. it's now 8pm, 5 hours in, and I still haven't even seen paperwork, or even an offer on the trade. I still don't even know if we're doing this deal or not.
I texted the sales guy and said we were getting hungry, and could we take off for a bit to get some food. He said it would only be a few more minutes. We waited.. Became hangry. (Not gonna lie, when we mentioned being hungry, I really thought the manager would walk out with a gift card for dinner or something, but we never even met the manager.) They asked if we would mind taking one of their loaners. No problem!!... Except he then disappeared for 20 minutes looking for keys and a plate. Shoot me!!!!!!
We FINALLY left with the promise that when we returned, everything would be ready, and all the paperwork would be ready to sign.
Nope. When we got back, no progress had been made.
FYI, AT NO POINT during this entire process did we receive an apology, or an acknowledgement, that this was unusual. Radio silence on this being major messed up.
And then... 6 hours and 20 minutes after we arrived, they were finally ready. We signed.
THEN we were informed that the brand new Jeep couldn't be taken home because they couldn't figure out how to get it out of "shipping mode", but we could still take the other car home, and they would deliver the Jeep to me bright and early the next morning. We were exhausted. Fine. Whatever.
It's now noon the next day. Well past "bright and early", and the vehicle is still not here. Will it ever arrive? God only knows.
... And still, not even so much as an apology that this whole process has been utter xxxx.. or any attempt to make it right.
Stay!!!! The xxxx!!!!! Away!!!!!!!!!
(Just to add.. this wasn't the fault of my poor sales guy.. he did great through the process)
Untruthful - Disappointed
This is a follow up to a previous review. Prior to signing the final paperwork, I asked about an extended warranty, due to being a used high-end vehicle and it has numerous electronic devises.that are expensive to replace. I discuss warranty options with the finance manager and he told me everything was covered, even “the door lock buttons". He even went onto say it is a 'bumper to bumper and everything in the middle" and it was the best he had seen in all his years of car sales. Based on his opinion, I decided to purchase the "bumper to bumper" warranty for an added $3,500. Well his statements were not even close to the truth. Prior to purchasing the car the front AC was not working, they said they would take care of it. As it turned out the actuators are NOT covered, and the cost was over $500. Now year later, I took it in due to a rough ride and it was determined that the motor and transmission mounts are cracked and needed replacement. You guess it, there are not covered either and the cost is over $1,100. I contacted the dealer and their reply was there was nothing they can or will do. So again stay away from this dealership at all cost. All they want is your money.
Can't do I simple 2 bolt recall, and other issues - meeee
I took my 2018 in for a error code issue, it took 4 trips for them to find the simple wiring problem.
Went in for a easy steering damper safety recall (2 bolts) and an oil change. With an appointment, it took 3 hours and they installed the damper upside down. After arguing with the service manager (providing him with the instructions I downloaded online and showing him 3 times what was wrong) he finally had it flipped over (twisted most likely).
If they can't handle easy service jobs, I'm not trusting them with anything.

Buy somewhere else! Sales manager JB was not truthful and misrepresented the financial institution. Car had a potentially serious safety issue despite being a supposedly certified vehicle, and AutoNation never addressed that.
Worst service ever - Dan
First issue they sell vehicles with major issues. We got a Chevy Malibu the tires rub constantly so we bring it back. They hold it 2 days but we get it back still with the same issue. THEN they charge you EXTRA for paying early who does this?? You're getting your money early and you are charging for it. There has been nothing good to come from this auto shop buy your cars elsewhere.
This dealership does not believe in the use of... - thoman
This dealership does not believe in the use of cleanliness protection inside customer's vehicles. A routine oil change 2 weeks ago resulted in my 06 Ram 1500 being in the shop for a total of 5 days and counting! After the oil change, I received the truck back from service with a 1/8" thick boot print of grease on the driver's door sill along with numerous grease stains on the driver's seat, driver's entery handle and center console. Last two items cleaned easily but they've had to replace the seat cover. First cover came in wrong color they didn't receive replacement until today. Hopefully it'll be done by this evening.
