I had the good fortune of meeting with Joey Woods as I was waiting for an oil change for my RAM.
I went to the sales section to inquire about a used SUV for my niece. I had seen a used one on-line(2013 Ford Explorer). I mentioned to Joey that I had seen one and I was interested in looking at it.
Joey makes you feel comfortable and at ease. He answers your questions and gives you gives you pertinent information. He had it ready for me to check it out relatively quickly. I brought my niece the next day and we bought it and out that day. He is fun to talk with and still maintains a professional manner all the while making you feel that you are a VIP. I couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with. He has a rare affable manner and is an asset to the organization.

Bait and switch - Hershey
Told me to buy part from their parts dept. And they would install for free. I gave ok. After taking the front end of my truck. They said the bill would be 250.00. I was told you dont like that to bad. We will put it back together. I said ok took 15min to put back together. Tried to inflate the bill.

This is the 3rd vehicle purchased from Earnhardt Chrysler Jeep Dodge Dealer. Each time the service has been very good. Hector Quinto even brought out a missing floor mat to our home on his day off.
The follow up after the sale to make sure we had any questions answered was appreciated.

Worst!!!!! - Honest Review!
Worst experience ever and Rude! These people don't care about anything! I bought my brand new car at Tempe Chrysler Dodge Jeep and was called back two weeks later because Sterling in finance messed up on the paperwork. Here we are 6 weeks later, I still haven't received the tags or license plate. I call again, Jenny tells me, it's ok, your good in the system! I asked what happens when I get pulled over for expired temp tags? She say's, "I cant speak for the cops!" Wow! What a joke! My car was fine! I wish I would have kept it because these people can't be trusted! I emailed my sales person about my antenna missing, he didn't respond! Nobody helps anybody and messages, ignored! Don't go there! I am reporting them to the BBB! Let me just add, still no permanent plates! What a mess!

I spent the last few months car shopping, trying to get all the safety features and some luxury. The prices online were never as advertised, or they wanted me to come in and talk price. After spending many long afternoons in many different dealerships and walking away frustrated and unhappy, I knew that I was not doing that anymore. That was exactly what I told Ghaleb when I reached out to Airpark about a Jeep and he was perfectly ok with that. We texted throughout the day, prices, payment and such. By the end of the afternoon, Ghaleb was able to get me “the” Jeep with all the safety features I wanted and more luxury and technology than I ever thought I could get in my no-budging price range. After agreeing on the deal, Ghaleb assured me that the price would not change when I came in. I was shocked when I saw the vehicle in person, it was unbelievable, beautiful and LOADED, I was in love and imagine my surprise when I walked into the finance office, and Danielle changed my price…even lower. Ghaleb let her know I was sticking to a strict payment amount, and Danielle took the time to find extra rebates that I qualified for. I rang the sales bell, met the General Manager and his wonderful employees and have recommended them numerous times already!

General Manager Heath Wacker was personally responsible for poor decisions regarding the purchase and maintenance of my 15 year old daughter's brand new 2019 Jeep Wrangler for which we paid $80k:
He allowed a salesperson to keep login access/credentials of my daughters security system and GPS long after the purchase was made and accounts transferred. Why do you need to track the movements of an underage 15yo girl???? Heath Wacker personally disputed any problem, made it hard to get the system uninstalled, and only refunded a portion of this useless aftermarket accessory.
Eleven months and 4k miles later, when my daughter finally got her license, we took it into the Earnhardt family Rodeo CDJR in Queen Creek, Arizona for a review and warranty repair of a very serious steering issue probably related to the $20k aftermarket upgraded suspension, lift and tires/wheels put on by Rodeo CDJR. It had very loose steering and was causing my daughter to easily drift into oncoming lanes. Although the service department wanted to help, and admitted that there was a dangerous problem that can be fixed by one or a combination of three things, they were getting blocked by the manager Heath Wacker. I went to meet with him and when we sat down he said he remembered me and immediately said "I'm not doing anything for you".

We were traveling cross country and had a problem with out taillights which was very scary because we are hauling a 27 ft travel trailer. They worked us in on a Saturday and found a missing fuse which they replaced at no charge. Another couple traveling thru had an electrical problem and were so impressed that the service department responded so efficiently. The receptionist was incredibly personable and the service manager was great showing us how to get to the secondary fuse box (not so easy) and explaining what caused the problem. Great experience and we’re back on the road after a short delay on a Saturday afternoon!

Typical Used Cars Sales- All they want is $$$$$$$$$$ - Disappointed
This dealership is typical of used car sales, high pressure, untrustworthy and just want the money.-There is no follow-up after sale if there are problems. I attempted for a month to talk to someone and then the person didn’t believe me and said it was his sales staff’s issue. BLUF-do your due diligence before and walk away if deal is not exactly what you want. They do NOT negotiate from the internet advertised price. Don't be pressured by all the rhetoric from all the sales staff, like comparing value on other sites. If think you need an extended warranty, check other sites for better deals. If you are buying used, get their so called pre-delivery workup and verify the work was done. I didn't and had to buy a new battery the day after purchase and a set of 4 tires after purchase. The tire issue was my fault for not seeing and bringing to their attention prior to sale. The tires were wore to the wear bar and I didn't notice until after the sale. I did purchase the warranty and now I have to pay the deductible for items I brought to their attention, that they said they would fix.

First issue they sell vehicles with major issues. We got a Chevy Malibu the tires rub constantly so we bring it back. They hold it 2 days but we get it back still with the same issue. THEN they charge you EXTRA for paying early who does this?? You're getting your money early and you are charging for it. There has been nothing good to come from this auto shop buy your cars elsewhere.

Horrible service, poor salesmen they didn’t deliver what was promised and lied to me on numerous occasions, their technicians couldn’t properly install a fairly simple option, I had to complete it myself, parts to truck were missing, they wasted my time and tried my patience, and I was not offered any compensation.

A Bad Buying Experience - Kbrown
We bought a used truck there and got home and put it in the garage and realized it was not what it appeared to be at the dealership. But I’m sure they knew that. So we called our salesman Mitchell and told him about it. He was very nice. In the meantime we looked at their website and saw a brand new truck that was “advertised” about $3K higher than what we just paid for the used one so we thought we would just trade the used truck back in and purchase the new one.
We spoke with Mitchell about what we wanted to do and what truck we wanted and asked him to work up the numbers and he said he or his sales manager would get back to us with the numbers. Nathan Woodson called us back later and sent a breakdown of the cost of the purchase of the new truck and the trade in value of the used truck we had just purchased. We only drove the used truck home. The trade-in value they would apply towards the new truck was $3250.00 lower than what we had just purchased it for a couple days earlier. When I said that was not fair his reply was we are running a business and have to make money. On top of that the new truck that was priced on their website was not the numbers that were used in the new purchase agreement that was presented to us. Beware of their e-pricing as it is the old bait and switch game with Woodson and/or dealership. They also add a $1500.00 accessory fee for nitrogen in the tires which is not included in their e-pricing. Nathan was a very condescending jerk too. He wasn’t willing to deal with us at all. A dealership that doesn’t honor their internet pricing and the vehicles they sell certainly doesn’t care about their customers. We will never buy from them again and certainly will warn friends and family of how this dealership operates.
