An Exceptional and Outstanding Customer Experience with Mr. Walter Mclemore. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tempe Chrysler Jeep Dodge and meeting Mr. Walter Mclemore, and I can honestly say that my experience with him was one of the best dealership experiences I have ever had. As a retired United States Air Force veteran who spent over two decades serving our country, professionalism, respect, integrity, and the way people treat others are qualities that mean a great deal to me. I have come to deeply appreciate genuine courtesy and people who take pride in how they treat others. That is one of the reasons my experience with Walter stood out to me so much. From the moment I met Walter, he was extremely professional, courteous, respectful, and welcoming. I was there to look at and test drive a vehicle, and he immediately made me feel comfortable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything I wanted to know, but what impressed me most was that there was absolutely no pressure whatsoever. That is extremely important to me when visiting a dealership. Walter allowed me to take my time, evaluate the vehicle, ask questions, and make my own decision. He never made me feel rushed, pressured, or as though I had to purchase a vehicle that day. Instead, he treated me with genuine respect and made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. I have visited many dealerships before, and unfortunately, the dealership experience can sometimes involve aggressive sales tactics or unnecessary pressure. That was not the case with Walter at all. His approach was completely different. He was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure I had a positive experience. The test drive was excellent, and Walter was there to assist me without making me feel like I was being pressured into a purchase. He answered my questions thoroughly and gave me the time and space I needed to evaluate the vehicle for myself. As someone who spent over two decades serving our country in the United States Air Force, I understand the importance of professionalism, integrity, respect, and treating people the right way. Walter demonstrated those same qualities during my visit, and I sincerely appreciate that. That level of service means more to me than he probably realizes. What impressed me most was that Walter did not treat me simply as someone who walked onto the lot looking to buy a vehicle. He treated me like a person and a valued customer. He took the time to build a relationship and establish trust, and that goes a long way with me. Even though I did not purchase a vehicle during this particular visit, the experience I had with Walter absolutely made an impression on me. If I decide to purchase a vehicle in the near future, Walter Macklemore will definitely be one of the first people I contact. That speaks volumes about the kind of experience he provided. Walter, I want to sincerely thank you for your outstanding customer service. It was truly a pleasure meeting you, and I appreciate the professionalism, courtesy, patience, and respect you showed me throughout my visit. I have.I had great service at this dealership. Joel Ingalls has been my service adviser. He is very motivated to complete my truck's repairs. He communicates with me while my vehicle is being serviced. I had my truck serviced last month, and expressed that my breaks were replaced, but they still squeaked. This time, it was found that the rotors were glazed. The problem was solved, at no charge. I travel across town to go to Larry Miller on 22nd dealership. They have delicious coffee and munchies as well!!

Purchased a new car with Craig F., who went above and beyond for us, including a 4-hour drive. The website consistently had the wrong pricing on vehicles. I would call and would be given a different price; at one point, to the tune of $10k, so do double check pricing I don't know what the issue is. I never would have purchased from this dealership had Craig not been so great to work with.

From the salesperson (Robert), the finance guy (Jim), to the service department (Debbie – because we had retractable Amp steps installed on our new Jeep) these people will treat you like family! I just can’t gush enough over the wonderful buying experience we had and the enjoyable and respectful way we were treated! Once again, just buy your new Jeep at Swanty’s!

I have purchased numerous vehicles over my 37 years of driving, and Planet Jeep is, by far, at the top of my list for professionalism, quality, honesty, and integrity. From start to finish, my experience was outstanding. I worked with Dalton, and not once did I feel like I was being “sold” a car or pressured to make a purchase. I fully understand that this is a business and dealerships exist to make money—but every dealership in the world could learn something from how Dalton and Planet Jeep treat their customers. My daughter has been with me for my past several car purchases, and she has often said she never wants to deal with salespeople because of the typical experience. Dalton proved that not every dealership or salesperson fits that stereotype. Dalton didn’t just help me purchase my Jeep, he helped me find a dealership and a salesperson I feel 100% confident returning to in the future. I also want to recognize Dominic in financing. This review is about the Chapman dealership for Dodge ram Chrysler Jeep. I saw on their advertisement on their web for a ram 2500. It was a 2014 ram longhorn and I was interested in it. I called and talked to the salesman Quinton Middlebrooks who explained the vehicle to me and we set up a date and time for us to meet and go over what was required for me to purchase this 2500 Ram Long Horn. I arrived at Chapman Chrysler, Ram, Jeep in Scottsdale Arizona. The truck was already pulled up in front of the sales area for me to look at up close and personal . Clinton is a relatively new salesman for Chapman Dealership and he was very attentive and answered all my questions. If he was not sure about the answer he immediately checked with another salesman to make sure he had the correct answer. We went for a test ride in the most beautiful used truck I have ever seen. Upon returning to the dealership I was directed to his office and began filling out the application to start the buying process. You’re the time I was at Chapman dealership. I was introduced to other people in their south and area and also with the finance department and was offered copy. Anything else that I needed? Everyone was very professional very friendly and any questions I have they took my application and came back and we started the process of moving forward. I had a 2004 Ford pick up that I was going to use as a trade-in and they took it in at the mechanic area service area check it out and put a value on the trade-in as the talk went on. I was never pressured to buy this truck. I was always treated in the most professional manner that I would say was the best buying experience of an automobile that I’ve had in my entire life and I have bought a lot of cars. Clinton was always Johnny on the spot making sure that I knew exactly what the status was in my application if there was anything else they needed, and I was making sure that I was comfortable and a very relaxed, friendly professional dealership.i am happy to say that I am now the proud owner of a very clean 2014 Ram 2500 Long Horn which has a lot of extras on it including a 5th wheel hitch. After the sale was completed Clinton gave me the keys and then personally sat inside the truck and went over the different features of my truck making sure that I understood how they operated and pointing out a lot of the features that I was not aware of. I was given a complete CARFAX report at no cost and also a list of what was included in my truck. The dealership accepted my trade in and Clinton was there to assist me in transferring my personal property into my Ram 2500. His immediate help in making sure that I had the best experience I have ever had. Thank you Clinton and Chapman Dealership for working with me and making sure that I had a terrific experience. DO NOT BUY from Ed Morse Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram I purchased a vehicle from them in February 2025. Within 10 days, it started having electrical issues and has now been in the shop 5 times in 4 months (over 30 days total in the service bay). They still can’t fix it, and when I filed a Lemon Law buyback request — which the vehicle legally qualifies for under Arizona law — they flat-out refused. The check engine light came back on less than 72 hours after the last repair, and their service department told me it would be another 10 days before they could even look at it again. Their service department has basically given up telling me they have no idea what is wrong with it, which is completely unhelpful, and their sales manager after telling me a month ago that he was keeping his eye for a replacement for me, and would buy back the truck and get me in to something good because this was absolutely crazy, has now gone against his word and now told me the legal folks can handle it. I’ve had enough. I’ve now filed complaints with the Arizona Attorney General, ADOT, and the BBB. Save yourself the money, time, and stress. This dealership has shown zero integrity or accountability.

Within a month I had my 2500 Truck in for the same engine light problem, they could not find the problem. I took it to Chapman Motors in Payson and they fixed the gas line problem. The fuel line needed to be cleaned out.

We were traveling cross country and had a problem with out taillights which was very scary because we are hauling a 27 ft travel trailer. They worked us in on a Saturday and found a missing fuse which they replaced at no charge. Another couple traveling thru had an electrical problem and were so impressed that the service department responded so efficiently. The receptionist was incredibly personable and the service manager was great showing us how to get to the secondary fuse box (not so easy) and explaining what caused the problem. Great experience and we’re back on the road after a short delay on a Saturday afternoon!
