The available appointment times and drop off options are always the most convenient. Evan is always prompt and professional when I drop off my truck for service. He is thorough when discussing the recommended Ford Maintenance options and pricing. He always assures me, as best he can, the service timing, and maintains text communication to keep me updated on completion time. I appreciate Evans patience and attention to detail. I never feel like I am being rushed in or out following service. I will continue to rely on Surprise Ford for all of my Ford Truck Maintenance.

This dealership is the ONLY one that I will trust with my car. I had to bring my vehicle in for service in the collision department and from the very first moment I walked in I was greeted and taken care of. They arranged my transportation and took care of every detail of my repair. Most importantly, the repair was spectacular! The car was returned to me detailed and better than when I dropped it off. Again, this is the only place I will take my car for routine service, warranty repairs or insurance claims (hopefully never need that one). My next car purchase will also come from this dealership, as well. Finding a trusted dealership or service center is difficult, so that’s why I’ll continue to be a Bell Ford customer. Late yesterday afternoon, it was my pleasure and good luck to meet Service Advisor, Richard P... I had a rear inside sensor-controlled light that would not turn off. As a walk-in customer, Richard took the time to solve and fix my problem. The acid from an old battery had leaked and shorted the battery cable effecting the sensor... Problem solved! It is nice to see there are a few "old school" individuals, who will make time to attend to an immediate problem. A light that remains on all night would have most likely result in a dead battery! I had to wait almost 3 weeks but that was because of the Warranty company, which finally came through and took care of everything. Peter was great and I am very happy with the repairs. I was planning a trip out of town and noticed my engine was making a sound. Well, my neighbor is the one that told me about it but I thought it was cold since I just pulled out the driveway. To my surprise upon getting an oil change before I left town, my water pump was leaking. The dealership found that my coolant level was very low. They replaced the water pump and completed the service the same day and I was able to head out of town without a hiccup! Its a good thing I decided to get the oil changed when I did. But, the fact they found a problem was even better and fixed it fast. Thanks Service Department!!!

Service Team - $11,000 to replace a transmission on a - Beam Family

Service Team - $11,000 to replace a transmission on a 2021 Ford Bronco with just over 61K miles on it. Yes its over the warranty however stand behind the products you provide. Shameful, absolutely shameful. Will never buy another Ford again and will never recommend this dealership.

In October 2022, we bought a 2018 Ford Raptor from a - cruiser_nancy

In October 2022, we bought a 2018 Ford Raptor from a small car dealership. It had 75,000 miles on it. We bought an extended warranty with the truck. At the end of May/June 2023, the truck went into limp mode on my way home, from out of town. We had the truck towed to Anderson Ford Kingman. Lacie Korson, Assistant Service Manager handled all the details for getting the truck repaired. As it turned out, the engine had to be replaced! Since it is a Raptor, every thing is more expensive. We have the extended warranty through ASC Warranty. This company was the easy one we have ever worked with. Lacie did all the contact with them and they contacted me via text with the status of the repair. The only thing they did not pay for was taxes, diagnostic, filter and fluids and there was no deductible. Lacie kept me informed as to the status. If I did have to call her and she didn't answer, I would leave a message and she would call me back, usually the same day. We had zero problems with Kingman Ford. I was skeptical after reading some of these reviews, but the latest one was from a year ago. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for service or buying a vehicle.
