Jeff is the service manger and again EXCELLENT customer service I trust them with my car and they are always honest with me. I appreciate the service I have received the times I have gone in. Service advisor Perla Soto of the service department did a wonderful job at taking care of my TLX from every step of the way from maintenance to doing anything to reassuring me about any and all concerns. She did her absolute best and I will always return to her for any and all concerns for my vehicle. She was able to easily arrange a loaner car for me especially when other dealerships couldn't even get me an estimate on when a loaner would be available. She definitely made going to a dealer an easy choice and returning to one an even easier choice!

Oakland Acura made the process as painless as possible and was able to squeeze me in same day and was able to have it done hours ahead of time. As I was waiting in service the staff would walk by say hi and just do a friendly check in. Have to say they do make you feel like family here!

Great staff and very attentive to my needs and my car needs. The new owner needs to allow for use of coupons, even expired ones. Regular service customers should get some kind of incentive to come back for a service they can do anywhere like an oil change. Otherwise, it's fine.

Toyota Carlsbad Collision Center went above and beyond for my repairs and repaint. Their staff were always courteous, excellent at managing expectations, and most importantly to me: transparent. Robert talked me through all of my available options for my car's paint issues, and was upfront about which options might be best for me--even if that best option financially might be to not get some services done. This earned my trust with him and the collision center, and was why I chose them for my repairs in the end. Repairs happened quickly, and I was always informed along the way. My car came back newer looking than when I first bought it used, and I was surprised to find they'd cleaned my interior too. I'll definitely work with them again if my Toyota needs more services!
