Unfortunately, warranty work needed to be performed on my 24 Encore GX. The essential part needed to be ordered and was not delivered on Friday. Reggie Shelton, Assistant Service Manager, informed me that the car would not be ready until Monday or Tuesday. Reggie had already ordered a car from Midway Rental for me and the car was delivered in less than 20 minutes! Well, on Monday morning Reggie called and informed me that the part came in and one of the service men worked on it all day Saturday and the car was ready!! Great service as usual from Penske!!

Took my car, did all services, plusvreport on what may need to be done ir what has to be done. But my car passed so far doing good. But definitely friendly great service for your car. The only issue I have with the dealership is that the wait to pick up the repaired vehicle is very long. At the end of the day, when most people pick up their cars, the dealership could do a better job of getting vehicles to their owners.
