I had a very good experience with Mitchell Chrysler/ Dodge /Ram, I had brought my vehicle into Mitchell's for Emissions Modifications and 2 other safety recalls. In the Service Department -Paul Scata wrote up the service requests. I got it done in a few minutes and was shuttled back to my house by Dennis Mitchell . Paul called back when service was done and Dennis returned to pick me up. I returned to Mitchell's and Paul gave me the completed repair work and keys, This all was done under warranty so there was no charge . In a couple of minutes I was out of there and on my way home . All the staff I dealt with was friendly and courteous .

I need to give a big shout out to a few of the employees at Capitol CDJR. First, to Jimmy "the Greek" Yilmaz for being a great and honest salesperson. Second to Al Curtis and Jim Satalino, the Sales Managers, for their help, patience and total honesty. Lastly, to Greg Lebeau, the "finance guru" who got me a much better deal than I ever imagined.
For me, most visits to the car dealer are exercises in frustration, wasted time, broken promises, higher than usual interest rates, hard sell add ons like paint protection...yada, yada, yada. NONE OF THAT AT CAPITOL.
These guys say what they mean and mean what they say. Every single thing they promised they delivered on, and the finance department over-performed for me.

My Experience with Valenti Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - LA
I recently purchased a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Valenti Auto Mall in Mystic CT. I had looked at a dealership in RI and on the way home decided to stop by Valenti Auto Mall in Mystic CT. It was a very rainy day and Kelsey Kelleher came outside while my daughter and I looked at the Jeeps. Kelsey offered an umbrella. I thought I was thinking of a 2015 model which Valenti had but it was in the shop going through inspection; however, the universe had something else in mind and there was a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee that had come in the day before. The previous owner took extremely good care of it because it looked like it had gone through inspection. I test drove it and liked it more than the 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee (I had tested at another dealership). Kelsey Kelleher’s knowledge of the vehicles she sells is impressive! Kelsey Kelleher’s poise and grace interacting with me made me feel comfortable and reassured. Purchasing a newer vehicle for some of us can be a big event. They did work on my car and it was done incorrectly according to a third party mechanic.
I could have had a serious accident because of the shoddy work they did.
They won't fix it because it's out of warranty, even though the job was done incorrectly by them initially. They even admitted they made the mistake.
I was warned about this place, now I know why. They don't care.
Avoid at all costs...your life may depend on it!

I strongly believe this place does not inspect their vehicles. I would stay far away from this dealership and recommend it no one. This dealership put profit over the safety and satisfaction of me and my family. When we reported 2 problems 6 days after buying our vehicle that made our vehicle unsafe, (transmission problems and heavy vibrating while braking) they refused to fix the problem at first and told us "nothing we can do" It took us 3 WEEKS to finally reach an agreement. They asked us multiple times for money to cover the repairs even though it is the dealerships legal obligation to make the car safe. In my opinion they tried to take advantage of us multiple times and when it was all said and done they only fixed 1 problem, returned our car with an empty gas tank and filthy floor mats. I'll be taking this car elsewhere for the repairs because this dealership is not worth the time and frustration.

Sales person affirmed that can honor an advertised lease deal. Then spent time giving minimal information to where he was coming up with price twice advertised.
Him and manager Refused to disclose lease terms unless I agreed his final number written on a piece of scrap paper with no breakdown. manager said terms are too complicated and I would not understand them, I felt belittled and insulted. Said “you’re dreaming” in reference to advertised lease rate, “what I’m showing you is the reality”
Kept saying they’re not in the business of selling cars, they are in the business of building relationships. Clearly they are not good at either, I’d rather buy a car from someone in the business of selling it.
I took the time to give them feedback about what they can do to capture my business in the future, but they did not respond.

Once again you can't put the oil filter on tight. Finger tight leaked everywhere. But you take out my spark plugs without my permission and try to sell me new ones. The only reason im not doing all the work myself is the life time warranty i purchased. Then you try to tell me my brakes are assembled wrong. You would be better off taking a vehicle to hill billy jack in the back yard than ever trust this service department to touch your vehicle. BEWARE
