However, I want to emphasize how impressed I was with their customer service. Despite my initial frustration, the team at Honda Gainesville was incredibly helpful. They listened to my concerns with patience, addressed the problem promptly, and made sure it was resolved to my full satisfaction. Their support turned a negative experience into a positive one. I truly appreciated their professionalism and dedication to customer care. Overall, while the buying experience had a rocky start, the way they handled the situation convinced me that I made the right choice with Honda Gainesville! I’m now enjoying my Honda Passport, and I would recommend Honda Gainesville for their exceptional service!!! I stopped into Vatland Honda on my way home from work to look at a certified 2025 CRV Sport L Hybrid. I was welcomed by Chrem. From the moment she introduced herself, I knew I was in good hands. Chrem showed me the vehicles I was in the market for and was straight forward, honest and very professional the whole step of the way. Within 2 hours, I had my current vehicle appraised and picked out my new one, completed paperwork and was out the door. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and professional. The one thing that impressed me about Chrem is not only all the awards she has received at the dealership but her longevity of being with Vatland Honda since January 2019. I have purchased many cars in the past and have found that salespeople sell me a car and are no longer with the dealership by the time I needed my first scheduled service. My sales advisor, Allen Ryan Ragunt was outstanding. He helped me through the entire process, answered all my questions, and made everything extremely easy. No pressure, no games—just straightforward, honest, and professional. I would absolutely be a repeat customer, especially if working with Allen Ragunt again. I also want to recognize the sales manager, Santiago Rojas, who was really cool to work with and helped make the overall experience even better. The entire staff treated me very well, and that goes a long way. Highly recommend Honda of the DeLand if you’re in the market for a new vehicle or used car. Great people !

I had a very disappointing experience with Dantony from the finance department at Largo Honda. During the purchase of my vehicle, he told us that several optional add-on products — GAP insurance, a maintenance plan, and a service contract — were required in order to “get the deal,” and that we should wait six months to cancel them to receive a full refund. This is completely misleading. These products are optional, and no dealership should pressure or misrepresent them as mandatory. I later learned the truth and had to return to request cancellations for items that should never have been forced into the deal in the first place. A car purchase should be honest and transparent, not filled with pressure tactics or misinformation. Customers deserve straightforward financing without being told they must buy add-ons to complete the sale. I hope management addresses this behavior, because no one else should have to go through the same experience.

The sales team is fine. The service department is completely incompetent and I do not recommend ever going there for service. They are poor at scheduling and their service team is not capable of diagnosing electrical issues. I paid $205 for a diagnosis and I got nothing

We purchased a 2022 Toyota Highlander Platinum on 7/26. Joe, our salesman was great. I would give 5 stars if this was based solely on our interactions with him. The driver seat ventilation was not working on the day we test-drove the car, a fact to which our salesman agreed and attested to. We received, in writing, an assurance from Dylan Dillard of Duval Honda that the seat would be repaired as a condition of the purchase and that if it could not be repaired, they would "unwind the sale." Again, this was provided by Dylan Dillard. We dropped the car off at Subaru of Gainesville, part of the same auto group (Lithia) and closer to our home, on 7/29. After initially determining that the seat was working correctly, we went to pick up the car on 8/1 and found that it was in fact not working and their master mechanic agreed and said they would take care of it. The following Monday, 8/4, Subaru of Gainesville sent both myself and Dylan Dillard of Duval Honda a repair estimate for approval. Dylan Dillard of Duval Honda refused to respond to this estimate, and would not return my calls, or the calls of anyone in the service department at Subaru of Gainesville. I was ultimately forced to text my salesman to get any response. Finally, on 8/11 my salesman notified me that the GSM at Duval Honda (whose name I do not know), Dylan Dillard's boss, was forced to step in and provide the approval that Dylan Dillard initially agreed to when we purchased the vehicle back on 7/26. The fact that Dylan Dillard of Duval Honda provides such incredibly poor customer service after the sale is the reason I provided this one-star review. I have rarely ever been so disrespected in what should be a professional relationship. We have, frankly, regretted the purchase and would return the vehicle if we could.

I lease a 2024 Alfa Romeo stelvio and did a oil change at a location other than the dealership. Maintenance on the vehicle is not required to be done at an Alfa Romeo dealership under the terms of the lease agreement. I do usually get my more intensive service work done at the dealership but for just doing an oil change , the dealership typically charges around $300 more than what you pay at an oil change location like Jiffy Lube or similar. After getting the oil change done buy a non dealership oil change place, we were able to figure out how to reset the oil light, but now there is a scheduled maintenance expired message that comes on the screen when I start the engine. After Googling for a while, I found that on newer Alfa Romeo models , this can only be reset with the diagnostic equipment at a dealership . Something that I did not know before because previous stelvio models were able to reset these warning indicators with a combination of foot pedal pushes with the ignition. I went to Rick Case Honda service department (the dealership I got the vehicle from) to get them to reset this indicator (which is a simple process for them), and they refused to do it without my paying for another oil change even though I just got it done days before. I am so disappointed with them because this is not a requirement for this vehicle in the manual or in the lease agreement. VERY DISSATISFIED WITH RICK CASE SERVISE DEPARTMENT.

I am a return customer. I leased my Honda Pilot 2022 three years ago and couldn’t be more satisfied so I returned to Norm Reeves Honda to lease another vehicle. I was greeted by Tony Galdo within minutes on the vehicle lot. Tony was a pleasure to deal with from every step of the process. He was very patient and accommodating as I went from one vehicle to another trying to make a decision. I finally decided on an 2026 Honda CRV Touring. All of the staff at the dealership were very friendly professional and a pleasure to deal with. I will return when it’s time to buy or lease my next vehicle. Again, Tony was an absolute pleasure to meet and deal with.

Terrible service department. Had Ridgeline seat/tailgate harness recall performed there. The vehicle work never started until 5 hours after my appointment. Then in a haste to get the vehicle done before the end of the day the technician left the interior of the vehicle looking like a tornado touched down. When I tried to address it with the service manager he just ignored me. Then the tailgate lock started sounding strange, when I called the service department to ask them about the recall I got the answering machine and they never responded. When I decided to check it out myself I discovered that the highly trained Honda technician that completed the recall stripped out the heads of the tailgate cover bolts. I would beware of this service department.
