Allyson was completely professional and transparent through the entire car buying process, as were all the other people there I interacted with. Friendly and kind, all went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and informed. I drove 50 miles from Jax to go to this location for a particular vehicle, and it was well worth the trip. Austin was a very patient and informative representative. He clearly shared info and answered our questions. We used the Costco pricing so that aspect was fantastic. We only waited a couple days for the dealership to get the color car we wanted. Financing was complicated as expected. First %rate offered was ridiculously high (shame for trying that). After some analysis and discussion, we somehow found a very good %rate. This was the only questionable activity during our experience. Finance person was polite and helpful but that first offer caused a bit of distrust.

I had to wait way too long to finalize the sale and when I was called in he was not friendly and I am questioning his tag transfer procedures. When I inquired I was not satisfied with the answer. When she went to pick up her car, the dealership tried to charge her for the labor to install the part (but was willing to give her a discount on the part). They agreed to do the repair and not charge her for the part if she left a great review. I’m speechless.
