We went in to discuss options on the end of our lease. We originally were thinking of purchasing after the lease ended. Instead, we walked out with a new car arriving by the end of the week. Peter Kirschner, who we had worked with on our current car, worked with us on our next car. He worked to come up with the vehicle we were thinking about and the numbers we felt comfortable with. At closing we worked with Alex Quiñones. He also was able to come up with the final numbers we could work with. We never felt pressured and actually got our car a few days sooner. This is our fourth car from Lexus of Palm Beaches. The dealership as a whole is a wonderful organization who treat their clients in a professional manner. We never felt taken advantage of and always felt appreciated. Can’t wait for our next car in three years.

Other than Israel, I really did not deal with anyone at the dealership. I have a problem with one of my wheel calibrations, which was replaced. So far, I am very happy with my car. Israel was very knowledgeable in showing me, and taking the time to set up my navigation screen, which I greatly appreciate.

Very friendly and professional and made the process seamless. He explained everything about the vehicle and answered all questions that I had. The car was ready to roll out the door when I arrived.
