Everyone was most kind and efficient in the service center. I do have a problem with the person making appoints over the phone. They have no clue. It was a 15K check up, but I barely had 10K when she called. When I told her she convinced me to make an appt in 2 months. When I got to service they told me appt had not been made but they checked the text record. And they said there's no reason you had to be here. I live in Port xx Lucie. 1 hour away. They did a check up, topped off whatever fluids and I left. They need to use their heads. I dont work on cars. I dont work for a dealer, your representative does.

I had no interaction with the dealership, per se, rather solely with sales rep Hannah as she helped guide me through the key decision making process re buying a used SUV, which I ultimately decided against. I had several interactions with her over several weeks. She was always patient and gave me the impression she was more concerned about me making the right decision rather than trying to make a mercenary sale. As a sales staffer she had a rare dedication to provide sincere, empathetic attention to my erratic efforts to find the right SUV, and it is a pleasure to award 5 stars.
