Great service and knowledgeable staff. Our sales rep, Joey Romano, was especially helpful and provided us with all the details and options available on the new hybrid models we were interested in. While my Lexus was in for warranty service, he even took the time to show us your service center which we were totally impressed with how well organized and clean it was. It’s no wonder Lexus Of Wesley Chapel is rated so high. Jose was our service rep, and he too, was very knowledgeable and helpful in regard to our service repair. I only wish that Lexus would build another Dealership north of Tampa so we don’t have to drive so far for service.

I brought my 2016 Lexus NX200t for service. I had a long list of certain problems Mileage was 80,000+. A number of the items on my list were covered by my extended Service warranty. My service manager explained the procedure that is follower for these extended service items on my list. He took care of everything on my list, gave me a loaner car, and returned my vehicle for the price quoted to me, which covered the item that were not covered by the warranty. He kept me up to date with daily phone calls. It was a very satisfying experience. Thank you Lexus of Palm Beach. Ken
