Satisfied! Service was incomplete. I had to go back for review of the repaired vehicle. The service should had been completed promptly and efficiently. I should not have to go back for the revision of the same repair? Once a repair is done the customer should trust that it was done properly. But to go back for the same thing is disgusting and carelessness. I have no time to waste.

Trunk under warranty does not get repaired - carymore
After taking my car twice last week to have the trunk door fixed, the service department not only did not fix it, but they have ignored the problem. I have left messages for the service manager to contact and nobody has called me back. Since my problem has been ignored by this dealer, I will take further action. I will contact the State Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint.

Cindy Engel took down my concerns and one service was completed I asked about one concern I still had and she took the time to have a service rep come out to demonstrate the working of the air (fans) in the passenger seat cooler. I was pleased! I appreciate both of them showing rather than telling me this worked.

Ok Sam Vince! You are amazing, friendly, hard working, organized and a complete delight. My husband and I are past our middle 60's so we've bought quite a few cars on our journey. By far, Scanlon as a whole and Sam Vince specifically have been the greatest dealership ever. And I havent even mentioned Reilly Morris in finance that made signing papers fun!! Its not even the big things (great prices and quality cars) but the small things (kindness, compliments, concern and free espresso!). Just love Scanlon. We dont want to shop anywhere but Scanlon! Look, this is the first bad review I have ever posted. Brought my car in for an airbag recall and after that it has broken down twice. I am convinced they shocked the electrical system and will not accept responsibility. After driving my Lexus for 7 years, over 100,000 miles, with not one issue, one week after getting it back from their shop the alternator went out and now the starter. I was lucky with the alternator to have a long time friend fix it for under $300 (the same small shop that put an entire new timing belt in at 90,000 miles) but now this starter is being quoted at $1300! Seriously, folks. I have now been without a car for 3 months waiting to save up to fix it.
I have called the dealer and Lexus and will continue to let people know!

After speaking with the Internet sales manager and Bill Shaw, one of the dealership managers, we came to agreement on Wednesday at 4:17pm regarding a pre-owned car. I was driving 6 hours to the dealership on Thursday afternoon and had an appointment to purchase car on Friday at 9:00am. I was just about to call my insurance company to add the car on my insurance and then leave for Tampa, when I received a call from Bill, the manager that someone else had put a hold on the vehicle on the internet on Wed. at 9:00pm and that took priority over our previously agreed upon deal. He said this is how Autonation does business. I don't know what kind of shady business practice this is but something doesn't smell right. Maybe they wanted to take it off the internet and raise the price???? Won't be buying from this dealership.
