Trunk under warranty does not get repaired - carymore
After taking my car twice last week to have the trunk door fixed, the service department not only did not fix it, but they have ignored the problem. I have left messages for the service manager to contact and nobody has called me back. Since my problem has been ignored by this dealer, I will take further action. I will contact the State Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint.

Having purchased 6-7 LS since 1991 (one 430 from Scanlan) I had to buy my last two LS460s from Orlando. Why, their volume and price. Each time I gave Scanlan and Germain a chance, neither stepped up to find the car I wanted. I met Heather Cotorakas a few years ago and she made me promise to give her a shot when I was ready to buy a 2018. We talked in April before I headed North, and when I returned in October - she "made it happen". Heather knows her cars, knew my choice of LS500s and was able to come to a price and trade in that was executable w/o hours of haggling.

As a long time Lexus customer, I decided to do business with Lexus of Kendall because I expected the buying process to be on par the high standards Lexus has. Sadly, this was NOT the case.
According to the walls at the dealership, Lexus of Kendall has achieved the "Elite of Lexus" award, which is prestigious among Lexus dealers. However, I was not treated in a manner consistent with this high honor.
I strongly urge anyone doing business with this dealership to get everything agreed upon in writing, as well inspect the vehicle in person with your own eyes.

Ruined my bulletproof Lexus - UnhappyNow
Look, this is the first bad review I have ever posted. Brought my car in for an airbag recall and after that it has broken down twice. I am convinced they shocked the electrical system and will not accept responsibility. After driving my Lexus for 7 years, over 100,000 miles, with not one issue, one week after getting it back from their shop the alternator went out and now the starter. I was lucky with the alternator to have a long time friend fix it for under $300 (the same small shop that put an entire new timing belt in at 90,000 miles) but now this starter is being quoted at $1300! Seriously, folks. I have now been without a car for 3 months waiting to save up to fix it.
I have called the dealer and Lexus and will continue to let people know!
