My wife and I have had a Lexus SUV for many years and never debated what we would replace it with: another Lexus. Being new to Florida by three years, we visited Wilde Lexus in Sarasota to start our search for a new car. Fortunately we met Greg Dowdy who, in short order, found us the exact pre-owned car we wanted. We cannot say enough kind words about Greg. He was the consummate professional and a real gentleman. It is because of people like Greg that Lexus is so successful and the reason they will get our future business. I would be remiss not to add that Eric was great at explaining the car's technology, which is frankly awesome. Also, Frank did a great job handling all of the paperwork and answering our questions. So, if you are looking for a new car don't waste your time. Go to Wilde Lexus and ask for Greg, he's the best.

I traded in my fav car ever, a 2006 SC 430, replacing it it with a 2018 LC 500, which Howard Kent found at another dealership. I first saw this model last Dec 14 when there for the SC 430 service apt. I told Howard this new 2018 was the only car I ever saw that I could possibly replace mine.
Months go by til I received a surprise call from Howard in late May telling me of a LC 500 that had just arrived at another dealership and if I wanted to see it, let him know. Told my husband, booked an apt for the next day. Love at first sight & drive. Left for home, we talked it over and decided to return for another look and drive. This time we talked seriously about buying-trading in 2096 lil Red. The rest is history, and we picked up the 2018 LC500 several days later. Not only is Howard an excellent salesman but his proactive approach, knowledge and cordial demeanor are all commendable. That goes for the entire staff...Gen Mgr, Finance Director, Steven,, and tech experts Mark & Rick.
All in all, including other staff with whom mbrs we dealt this was a most satisfying experience.

He suggested us multiple routes that was best for us ( even offered us to lease when we couldn’t find the right car vs buying a car, when that would have cost him a percentage of his commission). He’s very honest and upfront.Such a kind gentleman, we ended up purchasing a Lexus and I’ll definitely refer our friends and family to this dealership. We are from out of town and it was well worth the drive. :) Everett ( finance manager) was also very informative and so helpful! The only person we weren’t extremely fond of was Ray ( 2nd part of purchasing process) however every other step of the purchase went smoothly and efficiently.

I visited this dealership for the first time in May and was greeted with the most helpful, pleasant and service oriented young man ever. Look, this is the first bad review I have ever posted. Brought my car in for an airbag recall and after that it has broken down twice. I am convinced they shocked the electrical system and will not accept responsibility. After driving my Lexus for 7 years, over 100,000 miles, with not one issue, one week after getting it back from their shop the alternator went out and now the starter. I was lucky with the alternator to have a long time friend fix it for under $300 (the same small shop that put an entire new timing belt in at 90,000 miles) but now this starter is being quoted at $1300! Seriously, folks. I have now been without a car for 3 months waiting to save up to fix it.
I have called the dealer and Lexus and will continue to let people know!
