I drive a 2001 LS 430 with 237,000 mile. I d extremely pleased with the Lexus service I've received up and down the East coast and in the Midwest over the years until my experience with Lexus of Jacksonville. I picked up my car from Jacksonville on August 7th of 2019. The car would not start after a rest stop at the Maryland House on route 95 on August 9 th 2019. The defective work was repaired at Lexus of Towson.
In an effort to help me get reimbursed for the work they did, the Towson general manager has agreed to verify the problem for the Jacksonville general manager
and has made at least three calls to Jack Becker which were not returned. I have spoken to Mr Becker several times. He says he feels no obligation to reimburse me. I have also made two requests by email for a copy of my bill and one by voicemail from the service agent who handled my case. No response has been received for these requests either. This leaves me with the impression that The people at the Jacksonville dealership are not interested in ensuring my satisfaction. I am left with no alternative but to file complaints with Lexus Headquarters and Florida Small Claims Court.
I am extremely satisfied with Lexus of Jacksonville and rate them no higher than two stars.

This shop is excellent on what their doing. They did a prestine body work to put my Prius 2018 back to its original look. They are fast and keep you updated via text message and/or e-mail. They will handle your insurance issue or claims professionally. They will never give you a problem while waiting for you car repair to be finished. Unfortunately, these was my second trip to them in less than 2 years because of accident that’s why I knew them so much by now. Over the past 6 years, I've dealt with them and have always had a positive experience. This is the reason I purchased the second vehicle from them. Their customer service and professionalism is top notch.
I recently took my car in to get 4 tires installed and an alignment performed. When I got my car back, something wasn't quite right. I notified my Service Advisor, Jafar, and he and his team worked with me to help resolve the issue.
Once the issue was fixed, Ricardo went on a test drive with my wife and I to ensure the issue was resolved to our satisfaction...and it was. Both Jafar and Ricardo listened to my concern and acted expeditiously to help. They were both very professional and understood my concern. It was very much appreciated.
I would believe all of the 5 star reviews for this dealership because they are real. Lexus of Winter Park is top notch and their cars are nice too.

2 hours for a battery check, 2 hours for a sunshade. Unbelievable. This place used to be great and top notch for service. Something is terribly wrong. I hear it is because AutoNation doesn't pay anything. I will not rate the service advisors because they are nice and I don't believe the problems are their fault.

I had my Toyota Corolla repossessed and rented a car in order to look for another car. I purchased a 2007 Mercedes Benz from ABC for $9,999. After I got it home within 2 months I had to put $741.00 for engine work. The people who did the work (an A+ rated shop) advised me it needed another $1,000.00 or so work done. Then I checked with Kelly Blue Book and found the car booked for around $2,500.
I gave ABC Autos $2,500 down and made 4 payments of $250.00. ABC also charged me 22% interest.
I went to a reputable new car dealer and they advised me to drive the car back to ABC and park it and leave the keys in it. I did return it after paying them a total of $3,500, $1,000 more than book value.
Sure they put me in a car when I was in need but the price of being in need was ferocious. I bought a new car with $300 down and half the interest ABC Autos charged me.
BE AWARE!!! this company preys on needy people. You don't have to be treated that way. there are plenty of good-hearted dealers out there.
