Great service and knowledgeable staff. Our sales rep, Joey Romano, was especially helpful and provided us with all the details and options available on the new hybrid models we were interested in. While my Lexus was in for warranty service, he even took the time to show us your service center which we were totally impressed with how well organized and clean it was. It’s no wonder Lexus Of Wesley Chapel is rated so high. Jose was our service rep, and he too, was very knowledgeable and helpful in regard to our service repair. I only wish that Lexus would build another Dealership north of Tampa so we don’t have to drive so far for service.

Staffs are very nice and friendly and helpful. Buying a used car with lower Mileage, it was a problem,no many options. Sow only two cars to choose, one or the other. I was very desappointed. The new 2026 cars are very nice but I couldn’t afford. At the ends it was a good experience. I choose one of the other car, I was lucky, I was sitting with Mr Javier Crespo in the office, showed up another sales person to show the car. Mr Crespo gave the key 🔑. Mind time I was discussing with Mr Crespo that I’m going to proceed with the paperwork to buy the car. After awhile returned the other saler and said that his customer wants to get the car. I was very nervous, Mr Crespo told him that we’re working with the paperwork, so he returned the key to us. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Later a lady showed up by the door and said to me, Miss you are very fortunate because I love the car and you are very lacky, because you are getting a beautiful car, I thank her for her gracious remarks. 🙏🙏🙏 will see what happened 🌹🌹🌹🌹

Everything about getting my car serviced at Lexus of Palm Beach was a pleasure, from making the appointment, arriving and being greeted at the service department, talking with the advisers (Chris and Brian were so nice), and waiting in the beautiful showroom with a fresh bagel and coffee. They communicate with you in a no pressure, we’re really looking out for you, kind of way. It’s what every service department should be like. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
