I drove off with failure of engine and had to return to find replacement was required. This should have been identified by mechanic prior to incident on the road.

In our brief relationship, Anderson Subaru charged me for a fuel induction service without performing the work (I caught the mistake), lied to me, released my maintenance records without my consent, and multiple representatives (including the owner) yelled at me in the course of trying to "help" me. Incredibly unprofessional place. If it weren't for their monopoly on the market, these folks would be selling boiled peanuts on the side of the road. If you must patronize a dealership, drive to Ft. Walton or elsewhere. Better yet, find a trustworthy private mechanic and save yourself the heartburn.

After my routine oil and filter change I was billed for a oil drain plug, the amount billed is irrelevant. I was shocked that on my sixth oil change visit to the same dealership where we purchased our 2018 Subaru Legacy new and has done all of our routine maintenance, I was told that I needed a new oil drain plug, not the compression gasket. Our previous car, a 2009 Honda Accord never needed a new oil drain plug in almost 200,00 miles. But my 2018 Subaru Legacy now needed a new oil drain plug in less than 40,000 miles. I don’t understand, I’ve been changing the oil in my older vehicles for over 50 years and now I’m told that my 2018 Subaru Legacy oil drain plug requires changing in less than 40,000 miles. Are oil drain plugs in newer vehicles now required to be changed routinely? I don’t think so? I think I know what really happened! If there is a problem with defective oil drain plugs Subaru needs to investigate the problem!

This shop is excellent on what their doing. They did a prestine body work to put my Prius 2018 back to its original look. They are fast and keep you updated via text message and/or e-mail. They will handle your insurance issue or claims professionally. They will never give you a problem while waiting for you car repair to be finished. Unfortunately, these was my second trip to them in less than 2 years because of accident that’s why I knew them so much by now. Since I started to take my truck to that place for service, I realized that they do not do things well because the air caps of the tires began to disappear, they left the oil drain screw loose and my parking lot got oil of the house, they keep me all day to do a simple maintenance of the truck that I have to do there for the guarantee because if I do not do it I lose the guarantee, I have paid for special services such as the change of transmission oil that do not appear in sun files so that way they recommend doing it over and over again.
