On July 2, 2025, we arrived at Lexus of Wesley Chapel, FL from Ocala, FL on a flatbed recovery truck. Our 2024 Lexus ES300h (hybrid) had a flat right front tire. Our Service Advisor Viron Liburd was excellent in helping us through our problem in finding the correct original equipment manufacturer (OEM) Michelin "Energy" tire for our hybrid Lexus. Veron's knowledge and courteous manner are great examples of what Lexus of Wesley Chapel, or any organization would want from their employees. This type of experience with Service Advisor Viron Liburd is the reason why we have purchased many vehicles from Lexus of Wesley Chapel and will continue to do so. Werner Hyundai service experience was worth the wait. I got a great Starbucks coffee with some great cookies and didn't really wait long. This was my first oil change and tire motion on my new car. Everything was covered under my warranty. The service man made me feel like I was extra special and he answered all my questions. I can not wait until I go back again.

This shop came highly recommended by a friend who had work done on her car. I am very satisfied with the work at the price I paid. Very professional auto body technicians made my car look like new. Very knowable and great job installing the brake pads and determined that the rotators were ok and the old pads were worn completely out like paper thin. The technician was great keeping me informed as she progressed through the task. Work completed on time and expressed appreciation for the opportunity to install the brake pads.

Your service advisor read the first sentence of my coverage and said she could do nothing. This was discouraging and very rude, unprofessional. My warranty was sold to me in another state?However it is accepted here with approval. I have your competitors looking into transferring the warranty for me, and using them for my sales and service going forward.
