I recently took my 2018 Audi Q5 to Audi Wesley Chapel (FL) for a repair and routine maintenance services. A rear window had been shattered and I wanted it replaced with an Audi factory-tinted window to preserve the vehicle’s resale value.
My service advisor, Niko Jimenez, provided outstanding service. He was professional and courteous throughout the process. He recommended a cost-efficient service plan that addressed various maintenance items my vehicle needed, and provided the necessary paperwork to get reimbursed by my insurance company for the window replacement. He also assisted me with using Affirm to pay for services upfront, since I had chosen to get reimbursed by my insurance company afterwards to speed up the repair process. I’d also like to acknowledge Miguel, the service technician who did the window replacement and the maintenance services. He provided a video of my vehicle with narrative detailing items he addressed and service recommendations, which was very helpful to me.
