I traded in my 2022 Subaru outback Limited, edition XT and purchased the 2025 model as I found out they were changing the body styles in 2026 thanks to Anthony Landers. I love this body style and decided I wanted to keep it so I traded it in purchased a new one. I bought my first one from Anthony in 2022 and Anthony is now on thw finance team. He made this process extremely easy I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with my brand new car and Allan was great with showing me some of the new features and letting me know that any questions that I had or came up with after I left that they are always available for me to call. I had a very disappointing experience with Dantony from the finance department at Largo Honda. During the purchase of my vehicle, he told us that several optional add-on products — GAP insurance, a maintenance plan, and a service contract — were required in order to “get the deal,” and that we should wait six months to cancel them to receive a full refund. This is completely misleading. These products are optional, and no dealership should pressure or misrepresent them as mandatory. I later learned the truth and had to return to request cancellations for items that should never have been forced into the deal in the first place. A car purchase should be honest and transparent, not filled with pressure tactics or misinformation. Customers deserve straightforward financing without being told they must buy add-ons to complete the sale. I hope management addresses this behavior, because no one else should have to go through the same experience.

Stuart Hyundai sold me a car 2015 Sonata with super low mileage. I purchased it in 2018. I have to believe they knew my car had a very bad oil issue I spent over $2000 to fix the worst oil leak you can have as far as fixing so labor was ridiculous. After a full oil change I still have to put 1 to 2 quarts of oil every two weeks, it burns oil like crazy! The only way this can be resolved is if I burn up my engine running out of oil. So if my car dies as I’m driving I have to pray the car behind me doesn’t slam into me! The suggestion nearly floored me. By the way the freaking Judge denied a major recall for a civil suit! My husband purchased a $75,000 pick up and it was in the shop at the beginning. Sunroof leaks, broke I don’t know 2 or 3 windshields trying to fix it. Never happened was told nothing they can do anymore!! His transmission went on a 2022 we purchased Brand New. He had 70,000 mile warranty he had 71,000 or 72,000. We of course respected the warranty was up but it just seemed a little suspicious. SWORE WE WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH WALLACE AGAIN! However we went to Ft Pierce Wallace Hyundai and purchased a Kona. So I am waiting to see what recalls or defects happen with my 2026 Kona. I praying for a more professional service team. 3rd car purchased and I really don’t think they care if we ever come back. Sure wish the previous owner was still the owner. Had a wonderful experience purchasing a Toyota Tacoma pickup and a Volkswagen Jetta. Sorry Wallace of Stuart.?we just feel the sale is complete now get out.
