Roger helped me through the whole process. He understood how much I wanted the vehicle and kept me updated on everything. I was working on trying to find something that would lower monthly payments and a vehicle that worked best for family and payments. Roger is the best and will gladly work with you. I can't say enough good things about this dealership. I flew from Denver to pick up my 2017 GMC Acadia. Matt was very helpful throughout the buying process. Even when Matt came down with illness, Shawna was there to pinch hit for him. I dealt with Trace in finance as well, only to find out he was pinch hitting for the finance manager. He also told me he was the one who found my car for me from GM.

I contacted Penske Chevrolet in Indianapolis to buy a new Chevy Silverado 2500 they had coming in. Cameron, my sales person, was responsive and friendly. However, he told me his management refused to sell me the truck, even for their full asking price, because I live out of state and didn't have a trade they could make even more money on. I guess they only sell cars to people that not only buy the car for full price, as I agreed to, but also provide them additional profit streams. That is a new first for me, a car dealer refusing to sell me a truck a full asking price because I wasn't spoon feeding additional profit to them. They think because it is out of state people they treat this way, that it won't haunt them, but my family lives in Indianapolis and they have promised not to give their business to Penske and they have already told their friends the story on Facebook with expected results. People already don't trust dealers, shady stuff like this just fuels that stereotype. Max Profit first, customer last.

I had a screw in my right front tire on my 2018 Chevy Silverado which I discovered at the end of my shift at work. I wanted to avoid long waits at tire shops so I decided to try Bill Estes' shop to get a tire patch. They got me in and out immediately, it was not at all expensive and they even let me use some of my GM rewards points to shave off some of the cost. They also did exactly what I asked and didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. I would definitely recommend them for emergency vehicle repairs and will return in the future.

Shawna, the internet manager, was very helpful in getting our questions answered prior to our visit. The Dealership is very clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. Our salesman, Tim Crosier, advocated for us in getting any discount that applied to the vehicle. Tim was knowledgeable about the many features the car had, and took time to explain them to us. The Sales Manager, Chris, worked with us on pricing the dealer add-ons that had been previously done to the vehicle. We believe we received a good trade in value for our car (with Tim's help). We would recommend this dealership for anyone considering a new car purchase.

My husband and I were mislead and lied to several times by the salesman and told us vehicle passed inspection since purchase we have had to put over 3,000 dollars in said purchase since this past November which is bull yes it was used but we drove it 2 times and it's been in shop repeatedly since. What happened to good quality customer service we will never buy another vehicle from John Jones again neither will either of our families an they buy new vehicles every 2 years. SOME PEOPLE DON'T HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY LIKE THEY THINK. We work hard for what we have and since we didn't purchase new we were treated very badly

Horrible place! They don't care about customers at all! Our car broke down and was towed to this dealership per our insurance request. We were told it would be "a week or 2" before they could even look at it. Then we were told it would be $110.00 for them to do "a quick look" when they are finally able to get it in. We are from out of state...they knew this but never offered any help or even one ounce of sympathy. They had a "we don't care" attitude. I would never recommend this place to anyone...even my worst enemy.
