We were greeted by a very pleasant sales consultant Steve Caudill . He was very professional and knowledgeable of the inventory and was very easy to work with. After test driving a 1500 V8 Silverado 6.2 High Country my Ford man is now a Chevy guy. We highly recommend this dealership and the friendly staff. They make you feel like family.

Worked with Landon at the Decatur Location that stayed later than normal business hours . Had test drove a automobile before it had a broken mirror on it was to get fixed the next day went back over a week later still wasn't fixed . Not the sales person fault . That things are not getting fixed . Brought a SUV that was to be ran threw sevice with several things checked to make sure everything is OK. Drove a different Automobile that had bad tires on it and a cover laying in the back that needed fixed . Sold (as-Is) Didn't get to the other side of town and a tire Monitor Notice came up on the screen. At one time Kelley filled the fuel tank with fuel and gave a couple of oil changes with a purchase and Sirius Radio free for a few mouths . I guess not anymore . They do have the free Car Wash. The Warranty and Oil changes and other extras offered for extra cost seemed hi priced . $82.50 for a oil change isn't a good deal maybe someone it is . Seemed different that a than the last time I bought from them a tire issue was fixed . And wasn't told it could be tires or it could be a wheel bearing. If it has been threw all these service checks it seems like a good Automobile Technician would have found and fixed these issues. Again not the salesman fault that someone else isn't doing a job correctly.
