We was in the market for a bigger SUV and had seen one at the dealership on a Sunday. I went online to check out more info and sent in a request. The next morning they was prompt on getting back with me and made sure the vehicle was available for our appointment.
The process took a total of maybe 2.5 hours from start to finish.
I would highly recommend them for tour new and used purchase and also for the service department as well.

My husband and I went to Summit City Chevy to check out a 2017 Malibu that we saw on cars.com. It was POURING down rain when we went. Shawn came out in the rain to greet us and took us inside. We got there around 9. By 9:15 we were out for a test drive. By 9:30 we were back inside discussing details. By 10 they were running credit, and at 10:30 we were signing paper work for our new car. The entire process was so easy, quick, and painless. Shawn was great and very detail oriented and was great with communication. We would highly recommend Summit City and Shawn!

Superheroes with an extremely difficult situation - Chris M.
Bill Estes Chevrolet service department is the best there is. They were superheroes when it came to a most difficult situation regarding my Corvette. They pushed for over two months at my request to have GM intervene and pay for a repair that was botched TWICE at Betten Baker Dealership in South Haven Michigan. They wound up having to accept warranty pricing for this which they did not have to do.
A dealership up in South Haven Michigan, Betten Baker, attempted twice to repair my Corvette. In both cases they did not complete the repairs correctly. The first time they missed a bearing and failed to run my electrical wiring correctly. Bill Estes caught the mistakes and informed Betten Baker of the issue and provided an estimate of the repairs. Betten Baker wanted to fix the car themselves to which I agreed. Betten Baker returned the car to me. Three weeks later I was having issues with my car.
I brought the car back to Bill Estes and they diagnosed that the wiring issue was not fixed and that now wiring was melted as it was run too close to the exhaust and the whole wiring harness needed replacement. Further, they found bolts missing, ordinary hardware used in places instead of factory bolts, brake lines run incorrectly that increased the chance of brake failure. Betten Baker refused at first to pay Bill Estes to fix the issue. They wanted to fix it again themselves. In my opinion, based on giving them two chances already and that short cuts were taken and mistakes made, I was worried that they would take short cuts again on repairing the car. I wanted it done right.
Through pressure from Bill Estes and myself on GM, Betten Baker agreed after a month or so to pay for the repairs. Once Bill Estes took the car apart, they found further issues such as low coolant, more missing bolts and further issues resulting in an increase to the repair cost.
Again, Betten Baker refused to pay for the additional cost saying they did not agree with the assessment. Bill Estes got GM to come out and inspect the car for themselves. GM agreed with Bill Estes assessment and had their warranty department pay for work.
Bill Estes agreed to accept warranty pricing in order to get this done through GM. They were nothing short of superheroes.
