He answered every question I had, was very relatable and easy to talk to, and even made time for me to stop in and test drive with my busy schedule. While travelling from South Bend, IN to Indianapolis, IN for business, the left turn signal on my F150 began blinking erratically. Just north of Plymouth, IN I noticed a Ford dealership sign, so I stopped at the dealership and met with Mike Friar, a service advisor. He said he thought the issue was a burned out tail light bulb and had me pull into the service area. Mike and a mechanic removed the tail light assembly, which took about 15 minutes, and replaced the bulb which remedied the issue. When I asked how much I owed, Mike said he was happy to help me and there was no charge. As I drove away from the dealership, I thought about all of the doom and gloom we're subjected to through media and social outlets, and I realized we are surrounded by wonderful people like Mike and the mechanic. Oliver Ford is truly blessed to have employees like Mike and his mechanic.

He was empathetic, patient, and never once pressured us. What stood out most was how well he listened—he took the time to understand our needs and guided us accordingly. We looked at other local dealers, as well as CarMax and Carvana, and there was simply no comparison. Dreyer & Reinbold’s vehicles were exceptionally clean, well cared for, and clearly chosen with pride. Austin never sold against competitors; instead, he highlighted what sets this dealership apart—low-mileage quality inventory, service perks like free Saturday car washes, and added value like the protection package that helped us feel confident choosing a sandstone interior. I have gotten great service from this dealership. This is the first time I have brought my Jeep Gladiator in for service at Fieldhouse CDJR. Service writer Matt Peo was able to pull up everything maintenance wise related to my Jeep and all Warranty items available from my original purchase. Complete inspection and tire rotation done at a reasonable price. Due to the friendly atmosphere I choose Fieldhouse and Matt Peo to insure proper maintenance. I would rate them 10 out of 5 stars. They keep you in mind and do search for vehicles you are most interested in. They were great at provided me with comparable options when available and not filling my inbox with junk. My vehicle request was specific and I was handling all communications via email, but Brad at Fritz in Fishers was great at keeping in touch and offering me great options when they became available. Were great at providing all information that I requested & additional valuable insight. I would at least recommend reaching out to Fritz in Fishers if you are looking for a quality vehicle with an honest dealership.
