I was recently in for service on or about Monday August 17, 2026, and had some warranty work performed and an oil change and Miss Caitlin in the service department promised me she’d have my 2024 GLS 450 ready on time and cleaned up ready to go and Miss Caitlin delivered on her promise with her standard pleasant smile and great attitude toward her customers and the warranty work was performed excellently and she even managed to discover an issue with the dash screen that was also covered by the Warranty and though I forgot to put it on my laundry list of stuff to fix, Miss Caitlin and her service tech found it and fixed it. That’s what I call great service. And Mr. Kenny in the service department always greets me with a pleasant happy to help you smile every time and made sure my SUV was all cleaned up. Also Mr. Tyrone is always making sure I am promptly shuttled home while the service department services my SUV.
