I had an urgent problem with my car and drove to the dealership a day before I was scheduled to be seen … Rick was behind the desk and made arrangements to have my car looked at despite an already busy day . The team was able to evaluate and recommend what was needed as soon as possible… it was later determined that a part needed to be ordered and that it would take a couple of days before I could get my car back … arrangements were made for me to get a loaner car so I was not stranded without a car … everyone was exceptional ! My car is fixed with Toyota parts … it became available exactly when Rick said it would ….i feel safer when driving … it’s a win win ! I plan to buy a new Toyota in a year and know that the place to buy will be Atlantic Toyota

I’ve been using this dealership for over 30 years and it is outlandish that they have suddenly started to charge a 3.25% fee for using a credit card. Other dealers family members use don’t do this and I’m incensed at this charge. If it is not ended I’m taking my business elsewhere.
