First met Jeff when he supported Acura cars about 10 years ago. He transitioned over to Honda, so our interaction was limited until I purchased a Civic for my mom. Jeff has always reached out to me to advise of the service my mom's car needed so that i would be in the loop of what's going on. I am and always will be grateful for his thoroughness and consultative expertise. Great listener, even better explainer of situations as it pertains to repairs. I seek Jeff out when i have to return, and I'm always pleased when he is available.

Recall service on our CRV was completed in record time. Unfortunately the car wash was terrible this time.. Didn’t wipe down the windows now have water spots on the windows and whole car. Won’t do it again it use to be a great extra service and the car came out great.

The service department at this location is all about money over customer satisfaction with service. My salesperson was not thorough with my request which lead to my work being incomplete and I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. My time was wasted and I have to spend another day off at another auto repair shop to get my car serviced. Will never buy another Honda vehicle . The thing they don’t realize is there short comings in the service department ruins future car sales for them.

I have bought Hondas for years because they are so reliable. This week I needed to bring in my 2013 CRV for a "hesitation" at lower speeds, and Honda service fixed it. But not only did they fix it, it was free of charge, because Honda had determined some older vehicles developed this same problem so they provided an automatic extended warranty. All labor and service was covered free! I am so impressed! Their vehicles are great, salesman Jason was so helpful and informative when I purchased the CRV, and their customer service (if any repair should be needed) far exceeds expectations!

Jon is only mechanic I'll let touch my car. Sure I pay more using a dealers service dept but the piece of mind is worth it. Jon has done the services on my last 3 Honda vehicles and the work has always been perfect. John at service desk is always friendly and helpful.

I take my Honda Civic hatchback here for routine maintenance. I have never had a bad encounter with any of the employees here, everyone is friendly and willing to help. The service representative Mike Vang is great to work with. He is knowledgeable and answers all of my questions/concerns on the car, and provides me advice on my car even if I am not at the dealership.

Bought a certified used vehicle there, they also talked me into the extended Zurich warranty for an extra grand. I brought my vehicle there for all service/oil changes every 5K miles, no issues for 2 years. I then brought it in for service for some rattling in the engine, they told me my 6 year old CRV had “no oil”, the piston rings were now sticky and it needed a new engine. They wouldn’t cover anything, saying it was my fault for not checking oil level. The engine had never smoked, no smell, no leaking, no engine light had ever came on…..no matter, insisted it was my fault, warranty was null and void. After I appealed, the regional manager eventually called me months later, said he couldn’t do anything for me, nada, nothing, not a penny. I won’t even mention here how I feel about the Fox service dept. Hope they sleep well at night.

We brought my wife's 2020 Honda Fit in for service today because the car required a jump start earlier in the day. Chris O'Lear on the service team brought the car in for service earlier than the scheduled appointment so my wife would not have to wait. They did a thorough evaluation of the battery and determined that it needed replacement (fortunately it was under warranty). After my wife checked out, he texted me to let me know the rest of the electrical system was fine and that the battery replacement resolved the issue. Chris' professionalism and excellent customer service was most appreciated.
