Patrick Wilson and Bob Spurgeon were very helpful to me at service. They both provided A+ service! My sensors on my Honda Accord were not working properly. I called Bob on Friday around 5:30 pm, before they were closed for the day. I got his voicemail, and left a message, and he called me 2 minutes later and set up an appointment on Monday. When I arrived Monday, Patrick took care of me, and as soon as I got the diagnostic about my car, he explained everything thoroughly. He made sure I got a complementary ride home as they needed a part to be ordered, and were going to be able to get to it the next morning. As soon as the job was done, Patrick called me and even offered to have my car delivered to my house if more convenient for me. I was able to get a ride, and picked up the car in person, and I personally thanked Patrick and Bob in person for their help. Going forward I know that for oil changes, or any other maintenance issues for my car, I will be coming back to Suburban Honda for all my service. They made me feel very important, and my customer experience was top notch! I highly recommend them to anyone!

The service representative Mike Vang is great to work with. He is knowledgeable and answers all of my questions/concerns on the car, and provides me advice on my car even if I am not at the dealership.

I have bought Hondas for years because they are so reliable. This week I needed to bring in my 2013 CRV for a "hesitation" at lower speeds, and Honda service fixed it. But not only did they fix it, it was free of charge, because Honda had determined some older vehicles developed this same problem so they provided an automatic extended warranty. All labor and service was covered free! I am so impressed! Their vehicles are great, salesman Jason was so helpful and informative when I purchased the CRV, and their customer service (if any repair should be needed) far exceeds expectations!

I came in for an oil change. Dan wrote it up right away and got the work going. When they were finishing up he came into the customer lounge to bring me up to date on other needs for the truck. I took care of the coolant replacement then. I'll have to wait a bit on the other two. They are a bit pricey.

Every single car that my family takes in for simple warranty service, oil change or battery change comes out with major damage and noises of metal clanking (noises that were not present before service) and thus very expensive repairs needed. I took the car to another (local) mechanic who is honest and he evaluated and said that Honda takes a pry bars and pry parts loose
because they get paid on commission. He knows that this is their common practice. This happened with another customer of his. A Honda fit was brought in and Honda said it needed new struts and they were badly damaged. My honest local mechanic said nothing was wrong with the struts at all. Fox Honda has very dishonest practices. I will not buy or take my cars there.

This used to be a real good dealership but when it comes to service or trying to get your check from referring somebody it does not work out I referred someone back in June and still never received my referral bonus I took my car to get serviced and the service department told me they had to put it on the bill like I was getting charged because the mechanics do not like working on any vehicles that is under the car doc like the policy states I have the receipt to show everyone if they want to see it I will put a picture up eventually thank you

Bought a 2017 Honda Civic Si in May 2019 at just under 30k miles.
By September 10th, 2019 My car was in service at Brighton Honda for warranty work due to what they diagnosed as a blown head gasket. Warranty covered the issue and I was on my way, or so I thought.
The car had similar symptoms immediately and went back into service on October 10th, 2019. Diagnosed as another blown head gasket and replaced another head gasket.
By November 7th 2019 the car was back in service for the SAME ISSUE. This time the entire short block assembly of the engine was replaced to try to solve the issue. Yet another Bandaid.
The car failed again with the same issue and by Febrauary 4th 2020 it was back in service once again. Another headgasket replacement followed by a spark plug change as I didnt make it down the road to leave without the issues reappearing. (I had to pay for the spark plugs as they are not a warranty item). Still no fix.
By this time I hired an attorney because there was obviously some negligence on the part of Brighton Honda. Honda USA brought in a field tech and on February 28th 2020 I was told that my repair would not be performed because I had removed the vehicles mufflers and installed software on the radio to give me the ability to gain more function over the radio. I understand that any manufacturer will void warranties for modification, but if a muffler removal is causing headgasket failure, there is another issue Honda is not mentioning.
Now with under 51 thousand miles, the car is practically a pile of scrap.
Moral of the story? If Brighton Honda had performed their jobs correctly from the beginning, they would have realized that the component causing my multiple failures was the head itself, which they claimed was in spec despite 4 head gaskets, and NEVER had machined. Honda USA spent a lot of money fixing the wrong things on this car due to the negligence of Brighton Honda's Technicians, and now I am suffering the consequences as well.
To top it all off, Management does everything in their power to avoid facing the issues at hand.
I have been in a Honda family my whole life. I have come to trust them for their reliability. This was so far off base from what I have come to know Honda for, that I will absolutely never be purchasing another Honda, and I will actively try to keep everyone as far away from this dealer as possible.
Stay away at all costs if you want your newer lower mileage Honda to run.
Avoid at all costs.

Honda civic in for factory recall on Dec 18. A/C inop and part was supposed to be replaced. They promised that car would be fixed 2-3 hrs after the part arrived. I live 2 hrs away. Long story short, factory sent the wrong part which they failed to check before taking car apart. I drove to pick up car nearly 2 weeks later to find this out. Now we have car back with no fix and no car to drive for the 2 weeks we waited. They could have and should have handled this so much better. Still waiting for repair - all the headache for absolutely nothing.
